Excellent hotel in Darmstadt with comfy bed and cozy room. It is located at a convenient location. They offer good breakfast buffet options. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, I checked in online and collected my key card from the self check in machine which made the whole check in process extremely fast and convenient!

Highly Disappointing :-/ Booked the hotel 2 months ago with cheap offer and then 10 days before my arrival I get an email that they canceled my booking with thier operation reason offering there another branch which is 44km away from my actual location. When called the hotel to discuss why is that so the staff of the hotels were very rude and not at all being supportive enough to help I wanted to visit Germany from Spain with my 3 children and in short time to find another Hotel with expensive price they said it’s not my problem. Never ever trust such Bookings :-/

The hotel is fine. AC is good. Breakfast is good. Wifi is absolutely awful. A Telekom hotspot for a hotel? No. No. The last hotel I stayed at in Darmstadt had 500mbit fiber. This is almost shameful. Can't even stream a 480p single YouTube video at certain hours. I have to bump it down another star. This internet is worse than my internet ever was in Mexico. I'm here for work and have had my internet drop out countless times. In the last 40 minutes, my WhatsApp conversation has stopped working 3 different times. 😒 Now, for the last 15 minutes the internet has been nearly completely broken. Can't even stream at 144p. I can stream that on dial-up. This is just false advertising at some point. I literally can't stay here any more nights if this keeps up.

I have nothing to complain about my stay at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the single room was spacious and the hotel receptionist was friendly. He even showed me how to get to Darmstadt Luisen Platz, and gave me a map to nagivate.

Rooms are dated. Somehow clean, but carpets and towels are stained. Bathroom in condition of 3-* hotel on a good day. Reception crowded with complaints in the morning. Worst parking in a hotel ever seen - Duplex with no room to get out of the car. Try to park on the street if you can - easier and cheaper. On a good side, bed quality is OK, and breakfast is also a fairly good standard. EDIT (after seeing the response): No, I did not enjoy the time at your hotel. Will not come back. Just do not offer a parking, it's a joke.

The room was poorly soundproofed and disturbed by road noise. Unfriendly bar staff. Excellent breakfast. Overall sufficient.

There was no cleaning the room without a closet or a mini fridge we got yelled at by the owner for being loud when we were sleeping

Rather unhelpful frond desk, super small parking lots and strong cigaret smell in the hallw! We had to change the room twice and wait for over 30 minutes for a baby cot, although it was confirmed to us that it'll be delivered beforehand.

Breakfast service was very good. More than enough options and fresh.

Reasonable price at a good location in Darmstadt. The breakfast buffet was worth it and it's a typical German palette. The rooms were clean and everything in order.

I found myself without a room when I discovered my hotel (another hotel in town not this one!) had closed reception at 11pm... so I was desperately looking for a room. I then was recommended the H+ hotel and went straight there. i was pleasantly surprised by the room and the attention of the front desk at midnight! Really helpful and accommodating. Thank you very much!

For the price I paid it was very reasonable. Rooom was big and comfortable.

Good upgraded room to one with a bathtub, excellent value for money , comfortable beds, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast typical for this kind of hotel, so absolutely fine. Recommended

All facilities are good, but, the sleep quality is impacted a lot by the NOISE from the road even all windows were fully closed, door closed, the sound insulation is too bad, you could hear the sound from the road where cars come and go.

I stayed one night at this hotel. Excellent value for 77 Euros. Well appointed rooms, clean and quiet. Friendly efficient service. However the thing that stood out in my mind was the absolutely superb breakfast buffet. It had everything from scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages to cold meats and cereals.

This hotel offers good quality rooms: soft beds, big bathrooms, thorough cleaning every day. The breakfast is rich and tasteful, actually you get almost everything you could desire. The staff (front desk, breakfast space, cleaning) is polite and ready to help in any situation. I consider it a peasant stay.

Hotel room was great. The room was great, well furnished and clean. The only downside was I had to pay an extra 10€ to have a bath. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great, good choice. The underground parking garage was a little "weird". You parked on a metal frame. The spaces were a little tight. The hotel is in walking distance to the city centre.

Very comfortable, tidy, clean and classy customer service

Overall: good but not great. Wifi connection was so so bad - we were on the 2nd floor and once you’re sat in bed the connection is gone. Only got connection when standing in the hallway next to the bathroom. We checked in quite late and the man at the check in desk wasn’t particularly welcoming or professional. He didn’t seem very well trained for the role. When we told him the wifi connection was bad he didn’t respond professionally “no one else has complained about it”. The lady upon check out in the morning seemed far more trained and was friendly and professional. Was an issue for both myself and my husband. Hotel lobby wasn’t welcoming - cold in terms of style and basic. Bed was very comfortable and room was v clean. Bathroom was spacious and clean but shower door has a gap so water leaks out when you have a shower. Breakfast was very good - we were very impressed by all the options and the quality. Maybe some plastic gloves as otherwise everyone is touching the tongs to serve themselves. Underground parking was v easy to navigate and reasonable price per night also.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were really clean and we were pleased about the coffee machine in our suite. Beds were extremely comfortable so we could ask for nothing more.
