The staff, if present, is nice enough but the whole gym is very shabby. From crumbling rubber mats to a variety of weights scattered all over the studio, the whole interior does not give the best of impressions. The women's showers smell of stale water and are not very well lit. Of course, they have very low prices. A feeling of cleanliness would still not come amiss.

Ophelia was very helpful! I am traveling and just wanted a day pass to visit. The gym is very big and Ophelia set me up with a day pass and a wrist band for the lockers. Highly recommend!

Everyone is friendly and cool. The equipment is sufficient for a really good workout. I love the lady zone. Ray was very friendly and helped me a lot with the contract, as I don't speak German.

Very complete gym, they offer food and drinks, it has all the machines one could expect, the best thing is that it is open 24/7 and one can go to train whenever you want.

It's a great place to work out. People are really nice. Not that expensive as well. Very accessible by train, bus or tram. Highly recommend !!

Its a very clean and more spacious studio to do workout and its near to HBF. Ray is an excellent fitness trainer to help all the time.

In a word just awesome. Very clean gym & the stuffs are just awesome. I really like the trainer Mr ROY. He is just Super friendly & he patiently listened my talk since i am beginner . I would recommend everyone to get ROY as a trainer.

Helpful staff and great prices! There is plenty of space and even a ladies area. The machines are in great conditions and there is many of them for different muscle groups. That being said, the ventilation should improve, since the smell of sweat and lack of deodorant shocks you when you walk in (eventually you get used to it). Avoid doing between 17:00 and 19:00 since it’s annoyingly full. Otherwise, it’s amazing!
