The advice in store was super good. But the products are no longer recommended. The electric pepper mill (approx. 60 euros) has an ancient glow lamp as lighting, no LED yet and the tank is much too small for the pepper. The competing products are worlds better and cheaper. And the cutlery with Protect already has a lot of minor scratches after about a year. For the price I just expect more. The sets both cost over 300 euros. When I watched a documentary that said a lot of things are produced in China, I was very disappointed.

The apparently boss is very unfriendly. The saleswoman's behavior was very disappointing, especially during the pandemic, when many shops are in financial distress and are supposed to be happy about every customer. However, a younger saleswoman was friendly and was able to persuade me to stay. It's a shame that one employee's behavior could harm other colleagues.

Always a pleasure to visit the WMF store. I'm a big fan and like the brand. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They have some very nice pans 🙂
