update
my
opinion
for
this
Bio
Kaiser.
After
my
first
review,
I
visited
three
times
more.
In
the
second
visit,
a
young
staff
made
a
mistake
even
if
I
asked
twice
where
is
the
ordered
bread.
She
pretended
giving
everything,
until
another
customer
brought
me.
And
she
didnt
say
anything
(No
Sorry),
looking
at
me.
Yesterday
(I
am
sure
it
was
the
last
time
in
my
life
in
Bio
Kaiser)
I
was
there
to
take
my
magic
box.
First
of
all,
all
customers
for
magic
box
should
wait
outside
the
store,
but
normal
customer
could
go
inside
anytime.
(I
felt
that
this
is
the
discrimination)
The
same
old
staff(with
black
and
short
hair)
took
my
order.
Even
if
I
said
a
simple,
clear
and
polite
word,
she
pretended
not
to
be
heard.
I
told
her
at
least
more
than
twice,
even
if
there
was
no
noise
in
the
store).
For
another
bread,
I
was
confused
with
the
detailed
info.
So
I
needed
a
few
second
more
to
think
about
which
bread
I
can
take
or
want.
However,
she
didnt
listen
to
me
and
took
some
of
breads
to
the
box.
After
that,
she
was
talking
with
a
young
staff
and
looking
at
me
with
a
pitiful
eyes.
I
was
only
the
international
customer.
I
watched
her,
how
she
treated
other
german
customers
(Smiles
and
giving
extra
breads
and
so
on.)
There
were
some
more
details.
I
dont
want
to
explain....
because
I
am
already
disappointed
at
her
and
Bio
Kaiser's
service.
Again
if
Bio
Kaiser
would
like
to
treat
customers
in
this
way,
please
withdraw
the
Membership
of
TOO
GOOD
TO
GO.
Sometimes
I
go
to
Bio
Kaiser
in
other
cities
as
a
normal
customer.
But
from
now
on
I
won't
be
there!!
Never
ever!!
There
are
other
stores
with
good
service
and
quality.

evevning
I
was
in
Bio
Kaiser
in
Darmstadt
city
center
because
of
the
collection
of
the
Magic
Box
from
"Too
Good
To
Go",
but
I
have
a
terrible
experience.
I
arrived
at
the
store
one
minute
before
and
first
was
told
to
wait
for
a
second.
After
me
in
1-2
minutes
other
people
also
came
to
get
some
food.
However
in
my
turn
the
old
female
staff
said
to
the
young
staff
in
frond
me
that
a
normal
customer
should
be
first,
even
if
it
has
been
already
reached
to
the
time
for
the
collection
of
Magic
Box.
In
addition,
while
I
ordered,
they
didnt
listen
to
what
I
told
and
gave
the
bread
to
the
other
customer,
which
I
already
ordered.
When
I
left
the
store,
they
gave
me
the
extra
small
bread..
Maybe
they
felt
also
that
something
went
wrong
from
their
side.
Almost
I
was
gonna
say
"No",
but
I
didnt
want
to
make
any
problem
there
because
of
other
customers.
I
felt
that
I
was
discriminated
by
the
staff,
because
I
use
the
App
"Too
Good
To
Go".
I
thought
that
all
customers
should
be
treated
equally.
I
used
to
get
food
at
Bio
Kaiser
without
"Too
Good
To
Go"
and
sometimes
I
use
the
App
because
it
could
help
to
reduce
food
waste
and
also
I
can
save
money.
If
I
am
treated
differently
from
other
"Normal
Customer",
why
should
I
go
to
Bio
Kaiser?
People
can
say
that
it
is
only
the
fault
of
the
staff,
but
Bio
Kaiser
Company
or
Shop
owner
has
a
responsibility
to
manage
the
situation
or
educate
the
staff.
If
the
different
treatment
between
Too
Good
To
Go
and
normal
customers
is
the
policy
of
Bio
Kaiser,
please
Bio
Kaiser
can
change
the
collection
time
also.
The
User
of
the
app
should
pay
money
and
time
to
get
food
there.
I
am
considering
to
complain
this
situation
to
the
company("Too
Good
To
Go"
&
Bio
Kaiser)
officially.
If
you
are
the
user
of
"Too
Good
To
Go"
or
want
to
get
food
at
Bio
Kaiser
in
Darmstadt,
I
seriously
and
really
will
not
recommend
Bio
Kaiser.
