On top of that they managed to charge me 7 Euros for iced coffee, that wasn't even good, (they charged it as Aperol Spritz because "that's how their system works") and failed to hand me the receipt. The best part was, when we were paying our server interrupted our private conversation with a comment. A "thank you" for our tip would also have been nice. All in all it felt really out of touch. I wish I could leave two stars, but reflecting about my experience, I'd rather not enjoy their unpleasant staff again. To leave this with a positive note and some feedback: hopefully this establishment can find a way to change the shifts of their staff more appropriately to the amount of work that is in front of them.
