very
unmotivated
and
restructured
team.
Even
though
only
one
employee
is
there
70
percent
of
the
time,
you
wait
a
long
time
because
he
starts
talking
to
every
customer
whether
they
want
it
or
not,
be
it
because
he
didn't
have
time
and
for
that
reason
goods
were
not
there
that
the
customer
wanted.
Or
that
it's
so
stressful
being
alone
here,
even
though
he
always
finds
enough
time
to
talk
to
everyone.
And
as
a
result
things
simply
don't
come
about.
And
you
always
have
to
wait
a
relatively
long
time,
and
then
you
know
that
this
employee
just
comes
from
the
side
and
is
served,
so
you
have
to
wait
even
longer.
It's
also
very
unhygienic
when
you
see
him
constantly
wiping
his
nose
on
his
hand
doesn't
even
clean
his
hands
in
between,
then
touches
the
goods
and
then
the
money
again.
In
this
day
and
age
I
find
that
incomprehensible.
So
I
decided
to
stop
standing
in
line
for
ten
to
fifteen
minutes
during
my
lunch
break
for
an
unhygienic
pretzel,
cheese
sticks,
etc.
