given
to
both
Eyes
on
Lacewood
and
Eyes
on
Portland...only
because
they
helped
pick
out
frames.
Better
honesty,
better
followup
and
faster
completion
of
an
order
is
needed
-
they
will
not
get
my
business
going
forward.
July
19th
I
ordered
and
was
advised
they
would
"rush"
glasses
and
sunglasses
as
mine
were
left
on
a
plane.
After
calls,
emails,
and
going
in
for
2
months,
September
13th
the
glasses
arrived
but
not
the
sunglasses.
In
order
to
be
given
the
glasses,
I
HaD
to
pay
the
balance.
Well
going
without
progressives
for
the
summer
was
no
fun
so
they
had
me...
It
is
now
October
12th
(going
on
3
months)
and
I
today
went
in,
no
sunglasses
-
but
got
a
call
later
in
the
day
saying
they
put
the
incorrect
prescription
in
them
and
sent
them
back
to
the
lab!
I
laughed
out
loud.
After
7
weeks,
I
asked
for
a
refund
and
that
got
nowhere-
no
one
got
back
to
me
at
all.
They
had
my
insurance
money
and
my
cash.
Last
week
I
reluctantly
ordered
the
third
pair
at
Bedford-
said
Happy
New
Year
to
the
manager
and
fingers
crossed
maybe
they
will
arrive
for
Valentine's
Day....
No
one
should
wait
that
long
for
glasses,
especially
when
told
they
would
be
rushed.
They
are
not
set
up
to
offer
a
3
for
1
"deal"
and
they
should
NOT
be
supported
for
basically
giving
lip
service
excuses
to
customers.
I
could
name
the
managers
I
encountered
but
why
bother,
they
know.
Oh,
and
when
asked
to
speak
to
Dr
Chow,
that
was
a
whole
other
review
I
could
vent
to
you
