A nice little place to walk. I suggest walking all around the lake. The sunrise from that parc is beautiful.

I had a blast living there all last summer. The animals tasted very well, the weather was great, the park goers were nice. All in all, it was a very pleasant time πŸ˜€

I love walking around here with the hiking club I'm part of. They do have a new building going up in the park, but the lake is still wonderful to walk around. There are restrooms here also near the parking lot.

Lovely spot to go for a dip or a paddle. Just not the most secluded since it's by the highway. ☺️

Nice small park in the water. New buildings are a great addition and you can get a giant ice crème.

Nice new facilities, landscaping and dock. Parking and walking paths are a little challenging for loading and unloading to go paddling.

Great new space for this ritual of Summer! Abundant flavour choices, great service and even though they only have regular and large cones, I asked them not to put as much on mine .... and it was still great value and a stroll around The Grove while enjoying our treat capped off a great treat!

Building a new Kiwanis dragon boat boathouse with canteen and restrooms not sure if it is going to be open to the public.

Great little park. It is perfect for a getaway in the city. There are some lovely spots by the lake in the trees where you can relax, and there is a beach as well. This one is used for many community events. People used to swim here a lot more but now the lake is mostly used for paddling.

I've been to this park a few times. It's a beautiful place to walk through and I always found it very peaceful. It's on part of Lake Banook where, if you walk in a ways, you can see the boats pass by at the lower end, where they turn around during the races. You can walk your dog through the park too. There's a walkway you can take, around the lake and that's another nice walk, but I personally rather the walk through the beautiful wooded area. There are a few picnic tables there too. They have an ice cream place at the entrance of the park, in the summer. There's no cost to go there and I highly recommend it. It's beautiful.

Very nice and well maintained little park in Dartmouth. There's docks for boats and swimming which are nice in the summer (check government bacteria levels if swimming.) The small trail is well shaded which goes to an open field nice for a picnic or having space for the little ones to run around. There's a superstore across the street to pick up everything you need!
