A quaint, historic park on the outskirts of Dartmouth's downtown. Ducks a-plenty!

This pond was originally a part of the dam on the stream flowing from Lake Banook. It is a small park with a pond in the middle. Here is a pleasant area to go for a walk or just relax o the benches. Here, it is very popular with Dartmouth locals.

Great little place to take the family to see lots of flowers in season, ducks, sometimes a rare duck, geese (in season), and a palm tree 🌴 right here in Dartmouth.

Very beautiful and zen place to walk, sit and watch the ducks or read on a bench. The greenery is beautiful. Lots of info on history and nice benches dedicated to loved ones. Playground nearby.

One of the most prettiest and peaceful place to ever be at in Dartmouth. The landscaping is so perfectly maintained and the fountain in the middle of the pond adds a remarkable beauty to the Pond Park. The walkway allows us to walk, jog or even cycle through this natures beauty. We also have got some swans and ducks to greets us along the walkway. All together it's a calming experience both for the eyes and body. Recommend everyone to visit the park.

Wonderful.place and so many people walk to this pond on nice day. A huge problem in Dartmouth and Halifax is public washrooms. There are none in most places.

Everything's beautiful. Excellent for walks. Word to the wise... Geese are pretty to look at, quite entertaining to watch, great for photos... Not good for petting or talking to. Keep your children close and teach them to respect the wildlife and their personal space. Also, please don't feed the ducks! But if you insist, give them peas, not bread or popcorn.
