Amazing and caring staff, hygienist & I can't say enough about dr Macpherson. He was the best dentist, I was extremely anxious for my appointment, he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He knows his stuff! I am actually (for once) looking forward to going back in the new year for the rest of my dental needs. Extremely grateful

Erica is amazing.. I’ve had fear of a dentist my whole life, and she has changed my perspective of a dentist completely. She is so gentle, makes sure ur comfortable, cares if u are in pain, and always there to help. Shes great with adults, and children. My 8 year old also goes to her and wants to go back, and no problem getting her to sit there and get a cavity filled. She is just absolutely amazing and I would recommend her and her office to anyone, no matter the age. She has definitely changed my view on dentists and I’m ever so grateful ❤️

By the time Dental offices had reopened with Covid protocols, I had a serious abscess going on and had not been to a dentist in over 10 years. My remaining teeth were in bad shape and I required immediate help. I contacted Woodlawn Dental and received an immediate reply. I was at the office the next day getting my abscess dealt with. Dr. MacPherson had a good chat with me and we discussed my limited options. All I can say is his demeanor was professional and he showed genuine concern for my condition. It is now 3 months later and I have a full set of top and bottom dentures and I cannot be happier with the outcome. I am 3 days into having them in my mouth and I have no sore spots at all, they fit snug and I can eat again. Yes I feel like I have a mouthful of marbles but I am slowly getting used to them and it is becoming less noticeable. Thank you Dr. MacPherson for your quick reply and you outstanding service.

The front staff are always polite and helpful, Dr. Doucet always takes her time, and explains things fully, which I really appreciate. I don’t feel like it’s an assembly line here, I get the care and time I need.

Dr Erica Doucet is my dentist and the best I have ever had ! Always gentle and cautious with me , needles are pretty well painless . She is always checking to make sure I am ok. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I recommended Dr Doucet to a friend who’s child needed to see a dentist , and Dr Doucet came through with flying colours when no other dentist could get past the child’s fears. Highly recommend this Dentist.

Took my two kids in for their first appointments. Everyone was so kind and had a very geared approach to kids. It was really cool to see.

Took my son today for some cavity work, could not believe how awesome the staff was, they went above and beyond to ensure my son felt safe and comfortable getting his dental work done. I cant recommend this place enough. Dr. Doucet and Melissa did an excellent job. Will be using their services for the future for sure. 5 out of 5 all day.

I got my braces here, and it was quick! I didn't feel any pain, less than 30 minutes, and I have a kit to brush my teeth, along with a fridge magnet that tells me what and what not to eat. I recommend this place for anybody who needs braces or dental care for that matter. If you arrive early, it's not that rare to get take in early! The inside is very nice. It feels comfortable, which is good for people who have fears of dentists / orthodontists. It just makes me feel so calm when I'm inside. The staff are excellent, they are very nice, and they really know how to get the job done! This place deserves 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dr. Doucet is the best! She’s supper gentle in her approach and has a way about her that makes you feel instantly comfortable. You will feel very confident in anything she suggests or does. Out of all the dentists, go to her!

Nothing to say but great things about the Woodlawn dental team! I had the most thorough and professional cleaning from Michelle. The atmosphere is very relaxed there, highly recommend if you have fears of the dentist.

The staff at Woodlawn Dental Centre are wonderful. My daughter and I struggle with dental anxiety, and they always treat us with care and concern.

I am afraid of needles and very anxious in the dental chair, but the team at Woodlawn Dental is so caring, kind and patient they make each visit an easy and calm experience. I would highly recommend this office!

I go and see Macpherson. He has to be one of the best dentists I have ever had. And I have had a lot over the years. He is the only reason I go back there. He knows me and how I feel about my teeth. And he is vary professional at the job he is doing. I won't trust any one eles lol.. He is my dentist lol. And for the other staff they are great as well they make u feel welcomed. And I just want to say thank u to his assistant as well she is awesome and makes u feel at home. Sorry I don't know her name

Finally a dentist I can trust! Dr. Erica Doucet has been great and I will continue to recommend her to family and friends. To give you an idea, she does root canals in two visits instead of one. This reduces her profit (same dental code used) but decreases the chances of an infection. Her staff are great, very friendly and professional.

Wish I could give them 10 stars!! Dr.Doucet is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable with the whole process of having my fillings done today. I have such a big fear of needles, and these were my first cavities so I was really scared. First of all, she talked me through the whole process and told me everything that would happen and for how long, which really put me at ease. Secondly, I didn't feel the needle AT ALL. The rest of the dental work was a walk in the park. I would recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Erica Doucet is amazing with small kids! My 2 y.o daughter had a bad experience with another dental clinic and she arrived scared and stressed but Dr. Doucet was so patient, she played with my daughter with bubbles and sang a songs. My daughter was so calm and sit with open mouth during the checking procedure. She got out smiling and was totally happy. I strongly recommend Woodlawn clinic for a small kids!

We recently changed dentists and could not be happier. Dr Doucette is kind, friendly, and we knowledgeable. She takes the time to ensure you're comfortable and understand the work she's doing. The hygienists at Woodlawn Dental focus on education and ensuring the clients are aware of how best to care for their teeth. Our toddler was nervous about his first appointment but was soon put at ease. After the visit, he was so excited to share his experience with his friends at daycare. They made what could have been a stressful visit easy and fun for him! We would highly recommend Dr Doucette and her team!
