Not a great experience this time around, I waited about 20 min in the drive thru. Patiently I waited until there was one vehicle left in front of me at the order speaker....and then the stores payment system crashed which meant no Vente Americano for me or anyone else! Technology is great when it works, but brings everything to a grinding halt when it doesn't.

The people at this location are great. They are always friendly and good-natured and for the most part the coffee is prepared just the way I like it. The location seems to be busier than when I first started going there after my local shut down because of covid. It can also be very noisy. My friends and I will go to another coffee shop if we want to sit in and talk which is our preference. One day recently I had to wait 15 minutes to get my coffee. The staff were run off their feet. I felt for them but I also wanted my coffee. Getting into the parking area can be tricky, I might even say dangerous at times and sometimes you can't get a spot without waiting.. I'd like to suggest you reopen the Starbucks next to the Chapters Indigo Store on MicMac Blvd. It was a great location. There was no problem with parking. It was never too noisy, whether that was the crowd it attracted, the size of the space or a little of both. It's in a pretty densely populated area as well. Thanks for providing a forum where I can vent my frustrations with getting my coffee at this location.

Starbucks has become so over trendy it's really lost the charm that made it great.

Showed up at 7pm today (Saturday) to get my birthday drink and they said they are now closed on saturdays to do a deep clean? Google should reflect these times. Kinda ruined my bday. I waited all day to get the drink cause I worked 😡

Counter staff is not has friendly as drive tru. Lady cancelled my order after it was charged on my card and then walked away, second lady comes by saying it was canceled and I showed her proof of payment and then threw my food on the counter. Terrible service inside.

Worst Starbucks staff ever, I wanted to purchase a star bucks cup, I was asking staff which kind of cup is able to fill the hot tea or coffee, and she just left,and talking to another staff and told another person the question I asked is stupid….. sigh….. if people are tired of their work, just take a rest. Making fun of others is not going to make your life any better….

Terrible experience picking up an order today. Arrived at 3PM Wasn't acknowledged until 311 then was rudely asked are you waiting for something I replied yes the order for uber which the 2 drinks were sitting on the counter when I arrived she was busy making drinks so asked the other employee to pack it up finally recieved it and said thanks which she said have a great day and I didn't respond then she yelled it again as I was walking out get in my car to deliver the order then received notification that they downvoted me. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Was I rude no was I frustrated yes but that doesn't make me rude

Yesterday we been to Starbucks Portland street branch. We order Vanilla Beans Frappe, we thought it’s with coffee beans but it’s just the Creamy Vanilla which was bad selection. When we ask the one of server ( lovely lady DREW) that we was not expecting this taste. She was so nice and she explain and offer us a sample of coffee flavour Vanilla frappe it was amazing. Over 15 minutes for a latte, which was very frustrating. Drive through was busy, which was what held up my order inside. Definitely won't be returning to order inside. Staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Subpar Starbucks experience

Penhorn location is sliw and not warm and friendly. The product is good and they are close by.

The food and drinks are expensive. Employees were friendly, but the order took way too long.

Busy spot! Luckily they have a good hand dryer!!! :D Really cold inside tho so my hands are freezing now :(

Every rainbow ends at a Starbucks! Overall, just what you would expect from a Starbucks. Leave yourself lots of time if you’re stopping here because they take their time (but trust me it’s worth it!). This particular Starbucks is small, but very clean. Not a lot of seating but that’s probably because of Covid restrictions.

30 min wait in the drive thru. 5 mins just waiting to tell them I had a mobile order. They need to cap on what you can order in the drive thru

Drive thru line up was a bit slow. Middle afternoon on a Saturday. Order was accurate and server at the window was very nice.

I think this is the best coffee in Dartmouth I haven’t had them all yet, but it’s always good

Very pleasant and efficient staff. We visit this Location often. Update: While the staff is still fantastic and enjoyable to interact with, unfortunately the quality of our beverages is hit or miss, usually miss. We went last week for a seasonal drink, which were good, but the time before that the americanos we ordered were incredibly weak/bland. We went this evening (new year's day) and got a black drip coffee and a decaf Americano. The black coffee was lukewarm (we brought it home and warmed it up) and sadly the Americano was bland once again. Dartmouth Crossing will be our preferred location and we won't be returning to the Penhorn location.

Ordered coffee which is usually great, but upon starting to drink my coffee once I got to work, there was plastic in the cup. Called them and they had no idea what it would be from. They offered me a free coffee next visit.

Starbucks always has good customer service but the staff at this location specifically are so amazing. They are always smiling, the drive-thru goes quickly, and they always make the time to include a pup cup for my dog.

"Venti" has the same amount of liquid as grande. Edited to add a photo of the same drink made properly at a different starbucks for comparison.
