Quality of KitKat chocolate cake is awesome. Tried cakes from many other shops but this has some unique taste.

I have ordered the Heaven cake slice, a Cookie piece, Cappuccino and Signature Lattes (Mochaccino). Overall had a good experience. Food quality and atmosphere were good. A bit expensive because of GST inclusive prices.

We order signature pizza, latte, and lava cake. All items are praiseworthy.

Pretty much your average Second Cup (and the only one in Sialkot) but found their customer service and dealing quite impressive. Rest is pretty much the usual - decent coffees and okayish brownie/cake. Only thing that's making me give it a 4-star is the slightly claustrophobic interior sitting, especially the super dim lighting in one of the sections.

They perhaps brew the best coffee in the town. A well furnished cafe with nice decor. Overall ambiance is good. We tried their coffee and various types of sandwiches. Coffee was good, specially Americano. Taryaki and club sandwiches were nice too. Service is reasonable. Rates are quite on the higher side and it will cost you Rs 750 to 1100 per person for snacks and coffee alone. There is ample parking space along the road side.

Latest view: After my first review today I'm decreasing from 5 stars to 3 stars because in October 2019 I found a cockroach on their sofa and upon my complaint they were called upon by food authorities and cantonment board for scrutiny, but now again in December right after two months I found another cockroach on their premises near eating area. (Video is published and I'm launching complaint to food authorities again). So disappointed. Old review: One of few brands which did not compromise on quality in Sialkot. You're always left undisturbed and on your own. Staff is friendly even on busiest of days. Interior is kept clean and stylish. Space is cozy. Can be visited with families. Is a good place to bunk a day. I enjoyed my time there nearly always. One addition I would want is in variety of snacks. Its already reasonable but I would appreciate more range of it. Other than that it's my top 5 favorite places to hangout in Sialkot.

Had a fabulous time there at Second cup while having Coffee and their molten lava and Ice cream. A good place to hang out or have an informal meeting. The music plays loud so not a place for a formal meeting though. One of the good coffee hang out in Sialkot, Pakistan.

This is awesome place to sit and enjoy the environment. Very neat and clean Light smell of coffee make u crazy when enter Interior also very awesome. A side corner is fix as a library. It's a great idea. Service is excellent. Want to visit again Also recommend to others to go and enjoy.

The cafes music was so loud, it was keep on pausing. The wait time was also terrible I had to wait 20 mins for my order to come, the waiter even spilled coffee on my uncles pants without apologizing. The peach chiller was tasteless while the strawberry banana milkshake tasted like rotten bananas. Horrible experience never coming back.

I often visit Second cup, here I am sharing my last visit experience 3rd January 2023. Atmosphere was so good and feel nice. We have ordered two cups of coffee with a bucket of fries. Fries was very good and tasty. Coffee was loosed temperature as they served us. We have asked Waiter and he took cups and get to the oven to get it hot as staff was good and cooperative. It should be served at a good temperature immediately as it gets ready.

This is my go to spot in Sialkot. Wish they could add more vegan friendly options to the menu.

Full marks for their service and quality food stuff along with hot coffee etc and also for their interior decoration and comfortable seating arrangements etc so you should visit this quality place as it's top of the town in fast food stuff...

Place is good but personally not having good experience. At the time of visit the atmosphere was very irritating as 3 kids were jumping on the seats and running here and there while shouting badly. After 15 minutes of placing order I was told that the item is not available and asked me to select something else but I refused. My friends had their tea etc and left the place. This would be my first and last visit

Visiting Second Cup after a while now, the quality has greatly improved after opening days. A small cup of cappuccino is sufficient for an adult, tried their strawberry smoothie too, their lemon tart, coffee brownie and their banana bread and choco cupcake. The cupcake I wouldn't order again the fudge wasn't very good nor the sponge The banana bread was very poorly made. The brownie and the lemon tart were top notch.

Good vibe and ambience. Coffee is not bad but I still believe small size cup is too big and supposed to be XL. Make sure you don't ask for a large cup otherwise you will need two days to finish it.

Used to be my favorite coffee spot, but now it has changed. Their Ferrero Rocher cake used to be served by the slice now they want you to purchase the whole cake. The place no longer feels cozy now they just want to serve you and don't conversation at all. The majority of the coffees listed are not available so was not pleased at all

The quality of food has dwindled over the years. The staff keeps insisting the cake slices are fresh but they're usually not. Coffee is still Ok. Feels very bad being lied to about how 'fresh' an item is repeatedly. I haven't gone to 2nd Cup in six months now. Coffee Bean Tea Leaf are doing far far better.

Quality of coffee is not consistent. Sometimes they're pretty good, sometimes below average. Tried Latte, Cappuccino, Macchiato, Espresso etc. Bakery is good and above average always ! They need to work on quality consistency. Better train Barista to be consistent!

I visited today, second cup brand village.. Our today's experience was more then worst.. We order 1 chiller and 1 shake but there was only crushed ice and chocolate nothing else.. I haven't try such kind of shake before. I heard its really good but it's just worse. We wasted our 2000 plus rent.
