    Chaotic is the word I would use. The drive-thru was as backed up, so we inside. The employees were definitely at odds as they (very loudly?) discussed who the orders belong to. The customers rightly so, was frustrated as they wait while the employees tried to figure out the orders.

    The employees that work for them must really need the job they have burger king needs to do something for these people every time I go there's always one cook one cashier and there always busy customers are rude because it's a corporate name they expect it to just be right inside. I contacted a manager we'll see if it matters. My rating is for the company the employees are god sent they get 5 stars all day!

    Rude drive thru rep., totally can tell they don’t want to work here. Kept asking anything else with an attitude, and messed up our order big time. Manger was nice, and fixed it. But the drive through worker had a huge attitude, even though we were very polite and respectful. Don’t understand the problem.

    Food wasn't prepared as ordered. Didn't have time to wait for it to be remade, so I ate it anyway. Most of the staff appear clean, and are attentive. Dining area is mostly clean.

    Fast food, there's so much you can expect from it. But this time, the manager went beyond to make us happy customers. She prepared our burgers during breakfast time. We were so glad she offered that flexibility. After all, that's what we went there for, not breakfast items.

    Customer Service Good!! But when someone asked you the difference between the whopper and the incredible whopper and the other whoppers your selling MAYBE TELL US ITS ALL PLANT BASED ITS NOT EVEN MEAT!!! Other than that no complaints!! Good service but I like meat I’m not a vegetarian or vegan or plant based person 👍🏼

    Waited ay least 10 to 15 minutes through the drive through to only get home and realize a burger was missing figured like anywhere else I could go back have it made quick and situation corrected. WRONG! Went waited for at least 30 minutes because I had to speak up again and ask if they were sure my burger was being made because the guy who was verbally told to make my order left for the day while i was waiting! After the girl at the counter tried to figure out where my burger went if it was even made got home with it and it was COLD, then informed by my husband his burger was cold too and chicken sandwich tasted like fish. Don't even bother going there.

    EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE THERE IS A PROBLEM. They only take cash 90% of the time because their system is always down. They don’t accept coupons. And it takes about 30min for your food to be ready. Oh and they never have chicken sandwiches EVER, but it’s being advertised on the windows. Never going back!

    The district manager and the general manager have no clue how to manage anyone or the stores they are given to operate. They will make you to duties that you aren't getting compensated for. Shift coordinator is not a manager and should not have managerial responsibilities. Go to the burger King in port orange. This store is better run which means better service and a better product.

    I arrived at the restaurant and the outside was filthy. I approached the door and the handle was literally falling off the door. The lobby was closed, which wasn’t advertised on the website. I then went into the drive-thru, and the drive-thru speaker didn’t even work, it looked smashed up; I’m surprised they even had a working screen. I arrive at the window and they tell me that they don’t have the bread for the promotional whopper. They had no manager present either. I was told I would have to wait for the manager if I wanted a refund, which was not an option. I left short $17 and with none of the items I ordered in hand. I’m surprised this location is even allowed to stay open, especially with far better competition nearby. Terribly neglected restaurant and the worst fast food experience I have ever had. If you’re looking for civil customer service, I recommend anywhere else.

    First time it happened, I thought it was a "one off".. Everyone has a bad day. But for the second time in a year, I just sat in the drive thru lane to order for ten minutes, no cars at all in front of me and nothing, not even acknowledgment. Pull up to the window, maybe they don't see/hear me at the speaker and the person working looks right at me, turns around and walks away. If this is how Burger King treats customers, no wonder they're not doing as well as the other two.

    We stopped here to use restroom and get breakfast before hitting the road. Cashier opened restrooms for us quickly(first time I've been in a BK that restrooms were locked). She took our order, friendly talk, she even gave us extra hash rounds.

    Just go to Wendy’s. Don’t waste your time. I sat at the speaker box for about 10 minutes before I gave up and pulled to the window. They were still supposed to be open. When I pulled up the window there were no workers to be seen and everything looked a mess and lights. After working the race all day, I am not a happy camper.

    They have been getting a lot better lately. BK is my favorite fast food place and it was taking very long for food to come out and some employees were not so nice. I recently was in there and it seemed like there might be new employees they were much more nicer and timing was better

    This is the absolute worst burger king on the planet. Service is horrible, long waits at the drive through. I only ordered a breakfast combo, which was normal quality, however I had to wait over ten minutes just for my coffee! Who needs to wait ten minutes at 0945 in the morning. Finally just left. Couldn't wait any longer. Don't think I'll ever go back to that one as it wasn't the first time there anyway. Always have a bad experience at that particular King.

    After leaving a McDonald's whose ice cream machine was of course in self cleaning mode, Burger Kings' machine was also off. The young lady was willing & offered to turn the machine on & serve an ice cream to me once it was ready! Thank you Burger King for making my sons' day!!!

    While getting my order taken it sounded like the person there did not want to be there very dull toned. When I pulled up to the second window, they handed me my drink and told me to move up to the stop sign so that they could have better times on their drive-through even though there was literally nobody behind me for at least a good 7mins minutes waiting for my food

    IT’s current 7:41 and I have been here for almost 20 minutes. I am not blaming the worker because he’s the only one here, but he is substantially slow. I really don’t know what these people problem are ans when hew forget my French toast.

    It's fast food, so it's not exactly the best choice for a meal, but when ya gotta eat, and if like me you ate there when you were a kid and you miss those good days out running errands with your pops, their burgers are pretty tasty. Customer service here is great, at least when they are slow. I don't usually get fast food during busy hours, I always have too many issues, regardless of where I'm eating.

    New drive thru and they can't take an order properly. Got in second lane and let three cars go before me. Had to reverse and go in first lane just to have the associate leave her mic on and not answer my order..very disorganized

    I thought this would be a good alternative to the McDonald's in my neighborhood because frankly they're just awful. The food was hot and taste is good. Their soda machine refused to work at all and once the employee was able to get it pouring it makes the drinks with way too much carbonation and not enough syrup. I gave up and asked for a bottle of water.

    The drive thru lady was just terrible! Very rude! She asked me what I would like, I begin to tell her, she then yells at me to hold, she comes back 5 mins later, I tell her my whole order this time, she repeats most of my order back to me but I tried to clarify part of my order again, and she didn’t even acknowledge me and kept repeating my total to me, luckily everything was correct, but someone else needs to do the drive thru, truly terrible customer service!

    I experienced the worst customer service in my life! Just now! The person in the drive-through window, for some reason could not understand my order. I didn’t ask for extra cheese. I didn’t ask for extra mayo I specifically said, whopper with cheese, extra onions and mayo. She told me when reading back my order and I said no and clarified my order. That’s what I said that’s what you said if you would listen! I confirmed I only wanted xtra onions, and I need the mayonnaise and the cheese not extra cheese not extra mayo then she told me I was confusing her because that’s what she said! advise her to keep my order. I will not be going back to that Burger King. It was a simple order. She wouldn’t listen talked over me and then told me I needed to listen to her!

    The Internet was down so they could not do any orders or anything like that. The general manager was there she was very apologetic. And even though I was not able to place an order, I was treated really really nice at this location.

    The lady that greeted me at the drive thru windows was very nice. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say. From the time I pulled into the drive-thru to when I received my food was over 20 min. All I ordered was a cheeseburger and a whopper Jr meal with no onions but of course they put onions in it and the onion was bigger than the burger and almost overlapped the bun. I seen a sign that this is a franchise owned establishment but if I was in corporate I would strongly recommend coming out without any notice and see what is going on. Even though this is a Franchise owned establishment Burger King should still have standards that need to be meet especially when you have Wendy's right next to you and McDonald's in the same plaza. O and while I was waiting there was 7 vehicles that pulled in behind me and left because they could not get service. So I guess you can throw profit loss in this as well.

    I went this morning and received the flattest recooked looking french toast sticks I have ever seen. It is really sad how fast food restaurants just give any type of food to customers and expect them to continue business. I will just continue to go to Sonic for french toast sticks. They are always fresh there. What a disappointment this chain and location has become.

    Absolutely disgusting, I just got into town and was starving. This is suppose to be a Big BK or whatever it's called sandwich. I asked nicely if my food could be made fresh, I was told they always make it fresh. FAR FROM FRESH. I'm really disappointed, I should be surprised but I'm not.

    Simply awful. I think I already review about this. This time it was worst. I went to BK in Mason with Nova they should close. Employees are always rude...that lady on the door just told me "we are closed"...she didn't even apologize with good manners it was almost 12:00 pm. They should close this one. I then went to International Drive and guess what ...we only have chicken we don't have meat...I left because if I want chicken I go to KFC duh! Not to Burger King. The best and only good BK in Daytona Beach is the one near the beach. I went to one in Edgewater and the service was excellent, food hot and fresh, place really clean and very friendly staff too.

    No point in giving any stars. Went for breakfast, there was a sign on the order box advising to pull forward to order. We pulled forward and the worker asked if we were an online order. We explained the sign on the order box. The worker, walked off mumbling that they don’t take orders at the window. She didn’t come back, so we drove off to Wendy’s next door. As we were pulling off, we noticed that she had gone outside to remove the sign.

    Came here traveling on 4/3 at 11 pm, there is nothing open, burger king says it is open until midnight. There is a line of 4 cars. There is a lady working inside but she never answered the drive through. She is sitting inside on the phone while there is a line of cars waiting to be helped. She never came. Us and the cars left. The sign says midnight, Google says midnight and there is an employee there but refuses to help us.

    Awful terrible place. Sat in the drive thru with another car in front of me for 10 minutes and was not helped. I spoke into the speaker and was ignored. When I drove around the employees inside still ignored me. This is no way to do business and definitely not during a busy weekend with Rockville in town. 2 quick plain chicken jr would've been an easy order but to flat out ignore your customers will close this location down. Lost out on many sales today because the team there doesnt want to work. Clean it up. Get it together.

    So the GM of this Burger King which is my wife Mehgan Gill is sleeping with her Boss Tim Gaskin the area GM! How can we resolve this issue. It’s been a problem and I was results. I’ve read the BK manual and know what has to be done. Is this thee type of people you want running your corporation? I think not! I want action! This has been going on since December of last year.

    I was the only vehicle in line, there were hardly any vehicles in the parking lot. When I got to the speaker, the lady said one moment, yet I was there for over 5 minutes and was getting no response. I went to the Wendy's next door and got immediate service.

    The food was cold and nasty. Couldn't eat it. Soda machine was out of ice, and most selections. The machine was not broke, just empty. They were out of salt. The restaurant appeared to have only 2 employees.

    Whoever was working the drive through at 3pm on 6/8/22 needs to be removed from that position. Sat at the speaker box for 20 minutes. For 10 minutes she took the order of someone inside with the headset on so I'm listening to the whole thing. Then when I try to order my food says they don't have it. Tells me to hold on and never comes back for my order. Said "hello" into the box about 20 times before I finally just left.

    Waited 5 minute for a lady to answer the speaker box, said to wait, took the order and then said to wait, 5 minutes later asked what we ordered again and then didn't answer. This is symptomatic with how burger king's seem to be run in Daytona beach and any any further north. It's either terrible service, understaffed, long wait times, high turnover with constant trainees, poor food quality. You may get lucky but at least 50 percent of the time you will encounter one or more of the problems above. There are good people that try their best but the few can't make up the problems that make Burger King the lowest on the fast food totem poll. If it wasn't for nostalgia and their gimmicky flavor people would never come here.

👍 Stopped here for supper and it was a very good meal! Nice and relaxing, chill spot right on the ocean! Chicken Tenders were good, good quality meat for sure, 8/10. Our waitress Morgan was fantastic!!
