Perfect spot for two people tops. Balcony, little kitchenette with cookware. Bring your own coffee or tea and sweetener (was not provided at our location). Over all hubby and I enjoyed our stay. They do have a restaurant attached so if you are looking to stay in, you have that available thru lunch hours. The VIEW was my most favorite part of the stay😍

We gave it 2 stars because you only get 1 key fob, that's used to get in and out of the pool area and to get on and off the beach! There's no bathroom in the pool area, you have to go to your room if you need to use the bathroom. The TV itself wouldn't even turn on and it's a newer Vizio. There's no staff, everything is done via text message. The only thing that was nice was the room itself. Small kitchen area but nice nonetheless. Oh and the TV finally came on around 11pm. Never found out what that was all about. So we won't be staying here again😕

The place is older but both the rooms and the pool are was very clean. Didn't look like much from the outside but was pleasantly surprised. The location is pretty good too, about a mile from main street and the beach in this area is pretty nice.

We were at Ocean Jewels during the last week of March. From sunrise, there is swimming in the heated pool, breakfast at the pool tables, a walk on the beach, a little bit of sun taking, and finally, back to the room for showers. Then off to some of the many activities easily found in the Daytona Beach area.

We stayed in unit 214 for 3 nights. The first thing that threw me was that the lovely lobby was unmanned and we had to go around the back to take an elevator up to our unit. I never did get inside, although my husband did. There was an alarm going off in the lobby, but no one came. The second thing was that the unit itself has no ventilation in the bathroom, which itself needs renovation. The unit above has had a leak, so the ceiling is moldy and has cracking plaster and a poorly-executed repair. The tub is uncomfortable, and not - as advertised - a spa tub. The caulk is in need of replacing. To be honest, the whole building seems to have seen better days. It may not be worthwhile making big, expensive changes. Third thing: I know that roaches are everywhere, but finding them in a condo unit is not pleasant. I did see one other review on Booking.com that mentioned roaches, but only after I'd booked. Given the plethora of positive reviews, I figured I'd risk it. Fourth thing: there are no restrooms by the pool or the fitness center. Call me weird, but I don't want to be running back to my room every time I need to use the restroom, and I'm damn sure most other people don't. Anyway, as somewhere to sleep while in Daytona, it was adequate.

The hurricane unfortunately really did a lot of damage here. There is no beach access and you have to walk next door for access. The patio has been destroyed and only half remains for sitting out. The beach front pool is gone but the side one remains. The owners probably won't tell you any of this as mine didn't.

Total dump. I booked an air B&B. I was so excited, I hadn’t been on vacation in awhile. None of the pics that i looked at were of the room i stayed in. The comforter had dried blood on it. An electrical outlet was coming out of the wall & did not work in the Full Bath. The ad said there was a washer & drier in the unit which there was w a big sign saying DO NOT USE! I was so upset. I went and booked a Hotel 1.5 hours away.

Perfect location to everything walking distance. Park your and walk!! Ruth and Orville Haskett were the best Host, always available very pleasant!! Sister and I have already planned and partially paid for Condotel 150 for June 2023 we can’t wait to return!! The Residents and Staff would stop and chat if we were on the stoop just enjoying the view the breeze and sound of the waves.I could live here !!

Great place right on the beach! Convenient distance from the boardwalk, restaurants and other attractions in Daytona!

I went there after I had gallbladder surgery for some relaxation by the beach. Very nice room. The host was amazing.

This place sucks!!!!!!!! Rooms not cleaned between guests (including not stripping the sheets off bed!), mold under sink, the last guests food was still in mini fridge, broken dead bolt, broken balcony chairs...go anywhere else!!! Thus place is a bait and switch...the rooms don't look like pics online!! Don't waste your money here!!!

Awesome Resort! Sea wall will be rebuild soon and Ocean Jewels will be back to normal!

Some rooms are dated but still perfectly fine, property always well maintained and pools are always clean and inviting. Overall we like staying here and is not a far walk on the beach to downtown.

Our room 504 was really nice and very well taken care of! The building outside could be fixed up. A little rough.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! The host does not know how to communicate with guests! Laundry facilities didn't work. Fitness room had a lock on it. No one at the front desk. Had the wrong network/password listed for the wifi. Would never suggest anyone to go there! Waste of money!

Great condo. Beautiful beach... pool and deck still under hurricane repair. Building is aged but not in disrepair. Room was recently completely redone... paint... furnishings all new. Great views off the balcony. Would come again.

The Rooms are very nice, and clean, alot of friendly people, I highly recommend this for tourists.

We already are planning a trip back!!! Our particular condo had a beautiful garden off the patio. Loved it here!!!!

Loved everything about the place other than 1/2 bath messed up. But all around great place a d love to come back

Nice location. It appears they were rehabbing rooms. Our room was an Oceanview, over the pool, and was very comfortable. It had the usual weird places for light switches and such, but pretty new looking.

Gary my host was great and responds quick! Room had amazing view.

Love the view, the bed is so comfortable and love how it has 2 pools . Only problem bathroom is small and needs a new couch

Very nice. The pictures they show do this place no justice. We thought we were on the side with a partial beach view. In reality, we had a fabulous view. It's small but cozy. 2 pools and you are on the beach in 2 minutes. Easy walk to the Pier and Bandshell amphitheater. We will be back.
