Small units, noisy with guests and beach goers. Our unit required a good sweeping, lots of sand on the floors. They said it was blowing in from the beach, but I wouldn't expect newly cleaned units to have the patio doors open. Also thick with dust on the lamps and other furniture, we had to wipe them all down before using. If you want to be close to the beach, listen to blasting stereos off the beach, this is your place. Some people might enjoy it more than we did.

We've owned a timeshare at Catalina for almost 40 years. We look forward to our trip every year. The amenities and location can't be beat. Staff has changed a lot over the years, but they take great care of guests and owners.

Great resort, Loved having two bathrooms, and the walk-in shower. Very few resorts have comfortable furniture, very comfortable at Catalina beach club. Would definitely come back.

We love this place, so many fun amenities to fill our days besides just the beach! We hung out by the pool, read a few books from the library, played an afternoons worth of ping pong, and went to the top floor sun area for a panoramic view of Daytona. Personally, I love the nautical decorations that make me feel right at home. Dianna at the front desk is a gem and very helpful. She makes you feel like family.

The room had an excellent view from the balcony! Located directly on the beach side with plenty of restaurants, attractions, and bars nearby. The rooms were very clean and seemed well maintained. There is a game room on the second floor with computers, pool table, pong table, and arcade games. Also a rooftop deck on the sixth floor that is perfect for viewing a sunrise or sunset. I had an amazing experience!

Been coming here since I was in diapers. They have definitely kept up with the upkeep over the years. It is like one big family reunion every year when we come the last week of July!

We had a great time weather was good,but the storm before we arrived did damage to the beach,no stairs to get on the beach ,they were gone

This is our 3rd time visiting here and we have always been satisfied. Love the fact all rooms face the ocean.

This is a smaller simply run resort. The room we had was 2 bed 2 bath spacious well appointed, full kitchen. We were on the bottom floor by the pool. The only negatives would be the small area by the pool could be loud depending on the people there at the time.

We trade into Catalina beach club as often as we can! The villas are freshly updated. We have stayed in the 1 bedroom, 2 bath units and the 2 bedroom 2 bath units. The property is right on the beach with a nice pool and pool deck for sunning. Unfortunately at this week's visit the beach access stairs have not been restored since they were obliterated in last years hurricane. Otherwise, great place with great location and small enough to be family oriented.

Aside from the private beach entrance being taken out by hurricane Ian, awesome time!

Great units in a great area with some of the best staff members! They do everything they can to please, and accommodate. Hope to come back or purchase soon.

Our annual go to place in Daytona. We love it here. This facility is consistently affordable and their goal is your pleasure while you stay. We enjoy the amenities on the property. Y'all need a hot tub.

I stayed in a two bedroom unit, and love the balcony over looking the beach and the roomy feeling of the unit. I also observed the pool water being checked by an outside company, so felt confident in the cleanliness of the pool. The beach access was convenient and location more private than other resorts. However, this was the first time in all my visits here that I felt it was a little dated: the dishwasher was pathetic (wheels constantly fell off, top shelf broke, failed to adequately clean dishes), one of two elevators broke for 50+ units and 6 floors (elevators were not air conditioned and often had to wait), no security guard (sketchy situation observed one evening after 8:30p), pool closes at 8:30pm, and key cards stopped working on Friday evening (despite check out not being until the next day and when most people were loading vehicles...big inconvenience).

Had a great time. This is the best timeshare we have stayed at in a while. Well staffed and fun place. Karaoke by the pool was a lot of fun! Right on the beach with great view close to everything!
