The service here was really friendly and fast. The food came fast and the food was really good. The restaurant was really clean and the staff wore mask. I had a good experience here.

We had an absolutely amazing time for my daughter 14th birthday. The wait was long but the food was fresh and delicious. I'm not a fan of the marinara but hey I'm not a fan of Italian. The drinks were strong and the calamari was delicious for a new try. Our server Taylor did an absolutely amazing job to only be there 3 weeks and she is the reason we'll return.

I LOVE THIS PLACE I came here for my birthday and our waiter was Kenneth he was the sweetest waiter ever!! He quickly gave us refills for food and drinks, he was very kind, and awesome! Looking to come her again!! Not to mention, the food was great and came very quick!

Food was prepared as ordered, got kid meals that were very filling! Only reason 4 Stars instead of 5 was baggers need to pay attention to detail a little more. Asked for no bread sticks and cutlery in bag and received a bag full of sticks and a good handful of cutlery, even checked receipt and it did clearly state no bread sticks, no utensils. We are not fans of wasting but none of us like the bread sticks so we had to throw them out along with 6 plasticware packs.

There was a 40 min wait when I got my food the bread sticks taste like salt and were hard, the salad was nasty with large sandwiched sliced tomatoes and onions. The pasta had no taste and the steak was like wood and the drink had no liquor at. The service was great, I saved my money to treat myself to nothing. Very disappointed.

everyone but the server was very attentive. asked to place my to-go order before i finished my entree and the server told me to wait and walked away for probably 20 minutes before coming back. the server was training a new employee and he seemed to be more attentive and actually care about the tables more than our actual served. i continue to come here for the good food but the service is always below average.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at an olive garden. The wait time was ridiculous, and no reservations were accepted. The bread tasted like it was baked at least 2 or 3 days earlier, and the soup was disgusting. This place really seemed and felt like they were struggling to remain open. I hope they will be able to bounce back.

Have been here a couple times.. The first time service sucked but the food was decent.. Second time the host didn’t seem like he knew what was going on at all but luckily our waitress was amazing!! The food during our last visit wasn’t that great though either so not to sure how quickly I’d be rushing back.. I always like to say though with places like this you may just need to try out your self.. it’s just been hit or miss for me

Ordered take out.....it was ready as stated, and the process wasn't complicated. My order was the Fettuccine without meat and the Seafood Fettuccine. 2 salads (1 not very fresh looking/tasting) were included, and 4 pieces of bread (fresh). The packaging for everything was good. My primary complaint was that the broccoli was waaaaayyyyy overcooked and mushy when I attempted to eat it. By the way, it costs an extra $2.99 for the mushy broccoli. The pasta itself wasn't bad, but the broccoli took away from the taste.

Food wasn't bad, the green apple sangria drink was delicious. Shout out to our server Reyana! Made good recommendations, provided excellent service and made our princess' birthday extra special. Thank you!

The girls that were in the front checking people in were incredible! All 3 were very sweet. For a Saturday, the wait wasn't bad. Our waiter was great. For the most of it the food was great. The staff definitely were the highlight. Superb customer service!

I feel bad because I can't remember my waitresses name and I'm not even sure I'm at the right olive garden (I'm from Missouri) in hopes you're reading this we gave you a ride home in the sparkly blue truck. I just wanted to say I'm sorry for my grandmother I thought you were an excellent waitress! Especially for two people who came in with less then an hour tell closing (not by my choice) I just wanted to say you were amazing! Well dressed and outstanding manners! I walked into olive garden @9:10 i see on their website that they close @10 i understand if you're closing soon and you are no longer accepting dine in orders or take out but they let us stand there for over 15 minutes without anyone saying a word not even a Hello so i said “maybe we should sear ourselves “ as we do so we sit there for another 10 minutes without anyone saying a word mind you there are other people seated eating food i even tried to order on the tablet and call a waiter but nothing so i gor tired of waiting

Very pleased with this location. Food and service is always nice. I never dined in but take out service is great and if a mistake is make they fix it right away. I never met such a polite manager.

ZERO stars! Not only did we get TERRIBLE service, his portion size was so small he ended up eating half of mine, which left me hungry! The waiter never once asked if we wanted refills. Never once asked how our food was or if we needed anything. I felt absolutely treated poorly because of my RACE, i kid you not. Even my other half, who is Asian, came to the same conclusion. We were served breadsticks that had bites taken out of them!!! The tomatoes were unbelievably green in our salad... They tried segregating us at a table away from the entire restaurant. When I spoke up, they moved us to a half booth, though full booths were clearly available. The waiter repeatedly slammed our plates, drinks, food on the table.... I had to report to cooperate. No doubt we were treated differently because of our races, as we watched the people around us get treated COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.

For the food part, it was delicious ! I’m very picky especially when it’s about Italian food. So 8/10 , but so far the best Italian in the area compared to others For the service, a little disappointing, we’ve waited an hour to be served our main dishes and the waitress took forever to bring a drink.. it kind of spoiled our moment. Everything took so long to arrive that we passed the dessert because we didn’t want to spend the whole night there. But again, love the food !

I'm honestly over restaurants getting away with giving false information to get you to go to their place all for the wait to be unmanageable. I called asked how long the wait was he stated no longer than 10 minutes they only had 10 people in the lobby. I drove 21 minutes to get there all to be told there was a 2 hour wait. Asked to speak to the manager to say welp sorry can't help ya. Don't worry about it. I don't need to be "helped" your GM will know they failed everyone on training though! Do better! I have 5 kids ready to eat it's a Sunday night you made me go out my way for no reason. Good fail!

Ordered soup and salad. Got lukewarm soup right away but had to wait 25 minutes for salad, which is unacceptable. Due to delay never really had unlimited soup and salad. No bill adjustment for inconvenience! Server did her best should have told us about delay up front.

Well, it was sweetest day so we expected a wait. Unfortunately you can't reserve. Initially the wait was said to be 1 1/2 hrs but it turned out to be around 50 min which was appreciated. Our server was nice but really busy. They seem to be understaffed like so man yo restaurants in America. We ordered the unlimited pasta promotion which is initially 13.99 but if you add meat toppings it's a one time fee of 4.99 each person. We tried different pastas and sauces. The 3 cheese marina was salty, the Italian sausage was small and and salty which we couldn't finish. The others were well seasoned and delicious. We were partial to the creamy mushroom sauce with our pasta and toppings. Overall good service relaxed atmosphere long wait but worth it. Btw fountain drinks are 3.50 lol

Food was very good but we waited for our refills...waitress was slow. Food was getting cold by the time we got more bread sticks which we wanted to eat with the food. Love dipping them into the sauce on the food.

The food was good, server was great and attentive. Why I give the one star is because you’re floor manager Bridgett I believe that’s what our server said her name was, was very rude in doing her table check. Also seemed to be walking around doing a lot of nothing.

We enjoyed lunch our server was the best! And the drinks honey are great! I brought my designated driver!

Experience and people there made this the 4 that it is. The breadsticks were great! Salad and olives were different than what we've had in the past. I don't know if the olives were off, or they were from a different supplier but they just seemed off. Otherwise near perfect family experience.

Ordered take out, was very excited as I use to regularly order from this location. But when it came time to eat it almost felt like I was given a cold entree that you’re supposed to heat up. I had ordered the meal online and waited in front if the restaurant maybe 10 minutes after I placed the order as I really had nothing else to do. 15 additional minutes passed before I got the notification that my food was about to come out (original eta. 25 minutes for the food) opened the food less than 5 minutes later as I stay pretty close by. Disappointed but also should have saw it coming I guess.

The manager Shawn was so kind and accommodating. I called early to reserve a private area for an important meeting and he made sure that my group and I had a space for ourselves. Our server, Mike was excellent! Several places I called said they weren’t sure they could accommodate a group of 12 but Shawn and Mike got it done. Thank you! 1.29.22

Was hungary for their Minastroni soup..bought a 1/2 gallon..no bread with the soup..only comes with Pints...I just couldn't understand that! Paid more for 1/2 gallon then a pint & no bread with my soup..other then that all was well! Very organized & ran smoothly for my pick up!

It was fantastic. I didn't know Olive garden had such great food and customer service. I was very impressed with my visit. It was very busy when we went on Saturday at 5pm. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table but we went shopping at the plaza during that time so it was to bad. I did notice there were a lot of empty open tables inside once we got in. It annoyed me that they had so many people waiting for so long and there were table we could sit at. But I guess they didn't have enough servers or staff in the kitchen to host that many in a decent time. Any way our server was great and the food came out in a decent time. I want to note the soups are bland even the Chile and chicken soup was not that great. Every thing else was nice it looked nice and clean staff was nice and helpful. Great place to eat and the prices aren't too high but they aren't cheap.

Family and I visited on 1/1/2022 and we had a great time. had and excellent waitress. I forget her name but she was friendly and got our orders all correct. The food was good as well. Half of my family ordered the chicken alfredo with broccoli added. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara. My youngest had spaghetti with meat sauce. Smelled especially garlicky but she said it was good. My oldest daughter ordered the stuffed shells and added chicken. She said it was good as well. I also had the Strawberry-passion rum punch. Very good!! Ended up drinking 2 of them. Highly recommended. I would go early to this location as it gets crowded late.

I’m 9 Months Pregnant And I Went With My Oldest Son Tonight. The Service Was Fantastic And Fast! We Got Seated Quite Quickly For It To Be A Full House. My Server Was Awesome, She Made Sure We Had Everything We Needed. The Food Was Hot, Fresh, And Delicious! Will Be Back Soon
