I went shopping at noon today, and the young black cashier served me with a very bad attitude. That's what happened to her every time I visited. Today I bought one thing, the price shows that if I buy more than 5, there will be a discount. But when paying, she said that there is no such discount. When asking for help from other waiters, others also push it, and there is no service meaning at all. In addition, the black waiter at the high and low drive is in charge of the cold storage, and his attitude is also very poor. Not only did he not answer your questions, but he also swears. The sense of service in this place really needs to be improved! If there are zero negative reviews, I really choose zero negative reviews!

The workers on the cooler, the meat section every single worker is asking me for tip. For him to even give me the chicken or meat, if you didn’t give them tip, they will not help you or assist you. they force me to give them a tip. I seen someone pay him a tip, and he did it so fast and he gave him the meat, but when i ask him he didn’t even bother. Its the halo driver. African-American. He is short and has a mustache also skinny . He has to be fired. Advice from me when you enter this area please have cash money on your side because they will not help you or will bother to assist you. I know this review will not be seen but if you see this in speaking 100 percent facts. The restaurant depot has potential but the workers are the worst and the customer service is failing. Also the workers do they get paid or they need our tips because some people will not have any cash on they side. And he is here to buy for his work. If he doesn’t want to give tips its his free will. They should assist anyone with tips or no tips please don’t hesitate to leave a review on whats going on here.

Zero stars or even negative. Drivers stop delivering to this place otherwise your day and time will be ruined . They schedule app but that will not be applied when You come because their corporate trucks will show up and your offloading will be terminated and they will start working on their trucks. So assume other good reviews were written by the corporate office truck drivers since they have priority. Let them do why to hire people from outside and get all the negative and all the excuses,. Stop delivering and they start feeling the pain

This place is trying!!! Most of the workers are nice but a few are real questionable!! Ghetto is one word to describe this place amongst others!! They whip around in there forklifts super fast and we are no longer pedestrians at this point! Boxes of food are always broken and messed up and I have no option but to buy some days!

I am not sure why my review was removed. But we will write another one. Very bad place to shop or to even deal with the staff. Very unfriendly, not helpful at all. The place is dirty and they only run 2 caah registers with about 20 people in each line. Some of the staff are so discriminating to the point where they think the kind of shoppers ..... are so stupid that they called fu....g stupid people. And when i told the manager about the situation, she said sorry..... i left my cart and called the the lady who said that a b..... and left the store. I have not been to that store in over 2 years. I always go to the Ypsilanti store. There, the people there are kinder, nicer, more helpful. I am not saying costumers are always right but that lady was a real bi....h and very disrespectful.

I love the establishment but the entire facility needs to be trained on customer service. Every single employee there are all rude. I come here quite often and every time I've been here just nasty folks. I believe this will be my last time supporting this business. Very disrespectful and just nasty people here. Not worth my money. I'm going to reach out to a few of my friends with the news and get a story put out for this place.

Ms Dominique needs to be fired. She really is a first class c u next Tuesday. Seafood people terrible. And the management must have the most filthiest of homes. It is not the USA in this place, it is a dirty 3rd world country in here. They must be in bed with the health department. Should be illegal for these grocer's to stack delivery appointment times like this, especially since they only have three working docks. Plan on several hours sitting to get unloaded.

Best thing I ever did was to stop delivering at this place. Not a single manager cares about the drivers time. They act like they do but actions speak louder than words. Not to mention after I was told that it's ok for me to leave 2 times the store manager walked back onto my trailer as I started pulling out. Super dangerous.

My appt was 12 noon I be there night before The guy knock my truck 5.45 am and I go for cheak in he said my appointment will 12 but he give me door right way. And done me by 6.30 am that’s awesome

Iv been using this location for a little over 2 years now. I won't go anywhere else, even knowing another location is closer to me. The staff is friendly, helpful and nice. They always ask if I need assistance. I read some of the recent reviews. If I had to put myself in your employees shoes, I would have quit a long time ago. I dont know how they do it day after day and during the pandemic. Most of your customers have attitudes and are just generally rude. I witness this almost every time I go. I would give your staff a raise for having to deal with some of these customers honestly. Moral of the story. Treat others as you would like to be treated..

Asked Ms Dominique is her register open once, she responded very rudely saying stop asking her 10 times if her register is open, can’t you see with your eyes n word . She’s always very rude and nasty behavior. This lady making me not want to shop here for my company anymore.

Everything is all good when things are marked with a price. When a tag is missing from an item or if you bring to their attention that the price is wrong verses what previous tag said.( Might I add the tag was missing because I brought the issue to them a few days ago and they were going to "correct it"). They are free to charge you what they want.

Today I was there trying to get supplies for my business. There was only one cashier between 7 and 8 am. And long line. Manager just standing there doing absolutely nothing to move the line. This is very inconvenient for the business owners trying to get in and out. Hopefully there will be a change The epsilanty location is much better management.

Worst place to deliver .... I got here 15 mins before my appointment time ...yes sure they give me a dock I had only 4 pallets vegetables.... They started receiving other dock ... Two hours passed by I went inside to ask what's happening I have next appointment to Ypsilanti store ... The lady on receiving very rude looks like she works for free ....she acts can't handle this job ... Why she is even there ...? She told me I don't care u have other appointment I have to receive coprate truck first ...I nicely said I have four pallets only ...she said she don't have place and ordered me to out of here ..anyways after broker sending email she said her only one dock is working and we will get to him shortly...what a lie ... Anyways long story short about 5 hours after I was received.... So keep in mind coming here Or if the management reading this .... Why would you make appointment time when u can't receive and make drivers wait this long ...why would she say she don't care about appointment time or if I have next stops ....??? And please tell the lady to fix her attitude or put someone else in receiving

Worst staff ever. We were there yesterday and the manager of the seafood section was very rude. He scared my kids and made them cry . He was disrespectful to us and I was about to call the cops on him.

They were quick to unload and the staff was friendly my appointment was for 1000 I arrived at 0800 and was done by 1045. I've been to several Restaurant Depots in Ohio and Michigan and they have all been pretty easy to deliver.

It doesn’t matter who you ask will never get help. even if you go to the management manger still same thing if you try to ask for help they just looking at your face like they’re ready to fight you and you begging them to give you the stuff they Ask for lol take a lot of time end they tell you we couldn’t find it. just to get you of their way. honestly I don’t know how is this business is still running. What an absolutely sickening dump of an establishment. There is trash all over the parking lot and I just watched an employee dispose of his liquor that he’s drinking at work in the car, on the lawn. The inside is equally disgusting. How is this place still in business and legally able to sell food with facilities like this? There are rats too. Don’t even get started about the management and customer service. Laughable. Has to be one of the most pathetic places in America. Go anywhere else

For drivers. Got pulled into the dock right after arrival that was an hour before my appt time. There were no trucks ahead of me. The unloading took less than an hour.

I find this place to be a good place for low prices and bulk products! My experiences with the staff always are helpful and courteous! Sometimes when truck is unloading I have an extra long wait, but I could always choose to come back when they are finished unloading the truck! I have seen many many rude privileged customers giving staff a hard time and I see they comment negativity but still return to shop here! Why give people a hard time like their your servants? And then expect them to treat you better the. You treat them? Overall I give this establishment 4 out of 5 stars making the note that I haven’t been to any bulk or commercial foods supply that ever got 5 stars from me

I thought there would be alot more inventory on the equipment side. There was not. Food side is great and reasonably priced!

1. Fresh raw seafood variety 2. Variety of Chicken brands including Halal but not Zabiha or Crescent brand. Request to the owner to have Crescent brand please. 3. Hugh collection of restaurent needy products and raw foods.

A very nasty receiving department. It stinks. Can’t believe that they actually put the food next to those stinky piles of discarded food. Which sits there for hours and stinks.

Zero stars, all bad reviews are correct. Delivery time means nothing at this place. FCFS since is one way around building.
