Went here before the drive in last weekend to grab ice cream because they also serve cold stone here. Waited in the drive through for 20 mins after trying to go inside. There were no signs posted as to why. Get to the intercom to order and they say they only take cold stone orders in the store knowing they’ve locked the doors. I bring that to their attention and the only response was “that’s not up to me” about posting a sign saying they aren’t serving the ice cream.

Yesterday's morning I got my iced coffee from there and I found long hair inside. It's so disgusting never going back to there ever. If there was zero star I would give them

I recently visited Tim Hortons in Windsor, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The coffee was delicious and the donuts were so fresh and tasty. I loved being able to grab a quick breakfast and a cup of coffee on the go, and the service was fast and friendly. One of the things that stood out to me was the incredible selection of donuts available at Tim Hortons. From classic favorites like glazed and chocolate to more unique flavors like maple and blueberry, there was something for everyone. I especially enjoyed trying some of the seasonal flavors, like pumpkin spice and apple cider. They were all so delicious and fresh! Aside from the food, the coffee was also fantastic. I loved being able to customize my drink just the way I like it, and the quality of the coffee was excellent. It was the perfect pick-me-up to start my day. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting Tim Hortons if you're in the Windsor area. It's a great spot to grab a delicious breakfast or snack, and the coffee and donuts are top-notch. You won't be disappointed!

Came before my 3 am shift and the customer service was seriously the worse customer service I’ve ever had. I didn’t get her name but she was so rude and almost threw the coffee in my face. All my other visits are great but I was so disappointed.

i never leave reviews but this is the 2nd time it’s happened to me. i ordered delivery and half of my order was missing. the staff was rude & instead of issuing me a refund they gave my reward points instead. either order for pick up or save your time & money.

Morning crew is amazing doors open quick service whether there’s 13-15 people in line or there’s only one or two people in line, service is always quick. Now the night crew on the other hand I don’t know if they have their thumb up their behind or what because the doors are always locked. Drive-through lane is always one lane and service, Seems like you’re standing still 20 to 40 minutes .

I was there tonight around 9pm waiting in line for a half an hour. The girl struggled with my order even though it was just one vanilla latte. And I'm almost positive they put something weird inside of it because I couldn't drink it. Poisoning coffee is super illegal and this place is shady. I will never be coming back to this location. I would also like you to know there were five to six staff members with a line wrapped around the building. So that's just how incompetent the people that work there are, it takes six people to make coffee and they suck at it. POISON COFFEE I'll be back in tomorrow to ask for the camera footage. I'm so positive they did something weird to my coffee.

I got to give it to them. During Ramadan the drive thru was LONG! I thought I would be there forever but it went pretty quick. Plus, I had a large order and it was all ready when I got to the window. Very impressive!

Customer service is hostile. When ordering through drive-thru, the window attendant was purposely unresponsive, snappy and even making heavy breathing noises for such a small order.

What horrible service, and the store is not in order. And waiting for my drink. all the staff are just standing around chatting in their language, while 1 person was working. Lazy ppl, and will never come back. My response back, can't be bothered.

This is one of the best Tim Hortons stores I have been to; This is my go-to store. The atmosphere of the store, in general, is excellent, alongside the store hygiene, and the staff is very respectful. I Love the place

I went to cold stone and was disappointed because they were out of a lot of toppings. A young man assisted me he had a great personality and did his best to make sure we were happy.

Not what I'm used to when it comes to ColdStone ice-cream. They didn't even have a menu!! Customer service was excellent. The employees saved the day. Please invest in your business, if your going to be a part of the franchise, take pride and make your store more welcoming, with options like a menu!!

Great coffee good food I took one star as several times I got my kids hot coco and they begged me to stop they said it was not good. I tried it and it was very watery. So they don't get beverages here anymore. I still get my coffee and they enjoy the food.

The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that they make crazy money here....just remodeled the place... and still can't fix or turn on the water fountain out front. I'm not sure if I ever seen the thing on...But I would like to! Come on Timmy Tim's Your valued customer 😊

Is this a TIM HORTONS or a HOMELESS SHELTER. There's 2-4 Homeless men that seem to live outside of this business. These homeless guy's are very aggressive and they stand either in front of the entrance door's or walking beside your car in the drive through...

Not sure what is happening but this tim location used to be amazing. Now you need to plan a half day off if u need to pick up something from them. They closed the indoor pick up and their drive thru takes hours even if there are only 5 cars you will spend at least 20-30 mins. Their coffee has a different tastes every time

Best Tim Hortons. I've been to plenty and this is the cleanest and coffee is always on point. I used to work here and the owner is as sweet as pie. I drive from Redford to get coffee from here.

Very happy I came inside your establishment about 4 months ago as I work at another location and was looking for some travel mugs that our own store didn't carry. You didn't have them either, but you did have some very beautiful coffee mugs. Since that day I have acquired 12 of these coffee mugs. Original retail is $10.99 apiece. By the time I acquired all that I wanted, I ended up paying about $7.99 apiece with the discounts that they always gave me when I came in. TY so much guys! I love my cups!!!

Attention management Very important, someone in the store is using powder lotion and when we get our drinks they stink like it and it turns our stomach isn’t any one paying attention on what theses workers r doing just came from there if I didn’t live in the next city it would make me turn into Karen 😡you will lose my business if something isn’t done about this.

I only went through the drive thru, but they were quick and everything was right, except there wasn't any napkins. That would normally take a star 🌟 away, but the food was hot, and coffee orders right.

Got here at 7:12 pm was told coldstone dosent open till 7:30pm. Waited got back I'm the long drive through line to be told that cold stone is only serving on the inside.🤬🤬🤬 There is no signs out side of this place saying the cold stone hour are different from Tim Horton and that u only have to order inside. The young lady should have told me that the first time I came through the drive though. Now there's a long line of people. 5 people behind the counter one person working coldstone . Terrible customer service!!

The people that work there are so unprofessional we ordered a 4×4 XL coffee and a large Coke and we paid Waited 30 minutes to get our order because the people were joking around and playing and not paying attention. I had to call to let them to let them know we had been waiting for 30 minutes for our order and if they could get it to us .... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF except for the one that gave us our order very apologic .....

The drive thru line was kind of busy but moved quick. The staff was nice and the donuts and cappuccino were good. The orange juice is a very small bottle like for a kid.

👍👍 This was a very cool and unique restaurant. I loved the atmosphere, and all the older Ford cars and decor that surrounded the place. They had indoor and outdoor seating. A variety of craft beer (got my flight sampler) and the food menu was amazing with a lot of options too! I'd definitely recommend...
