The food was great! Nice hot and fresh. Why did I give 1star? The place is filthy! I told the kid who was helping me that I was eating in. I got my drink and went to sit down. I couldn’t find a clean table/bar in the regular dining room and I did not want to eat in the play area. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned. The kid who took my order said that most people like to eat in the play area because it was felt private and warmer. When kids aren’t in there it’s nice. I didn’t want to eat in the play area. My number was called and my food came out in a bag. I I had to ask for a tray. There was a guy working I think in the back and I could he was new since he didn’t know where the trays were at but would find me one. The kid who had been helping with my order and cleaning the tables came up asked what I needed (in a nice way). I told him and he gave me a tray without a liner. The other guy came up at the same time and gave me a tray with a liner. In took the lined tray and thanked him. As I was eating, flies kept buzzing my food. I looked over at the window and there were several dead flies in the window ceil. Well that explains the flies bugging me I guess. There’s allot of flies inside. I know you can’t keep them out but there are bug zappers that most restaurants use to help with this. I ate my food and went to dump my trash and the garbage can was stuffed full. I could understand this happening if the lobby was busy but I was the only one there and then a lady walked in as I was leaving.

All of the food tastes fake and old, this isn’t just this location but almost everywhere I go all the food tastes grossly fake and old, the chicken in the McChicken sandwiches taste like it was canned chicken shredded and mashed together turned into a patty. The fries taste weird and everything was bland and very heavily processed, there isn’t much to expect from a fast food restaurant but the food here at McDonald’s taste like it shouldn’t be legal to serve and all of it is so processed and modified that it doesn’t look real either and doesn’t taste like a solid food. I feel like I’m just sampling a flavor that isn’t supposed to be eaten by itself, I don’t understand the hype of a place that serves “food” that has meat in it that is hard to tell what it is unless you’re told what it is. I was looking at the McChicken and the inside of the fried chicken looked so weird and concerning, the after taste was horrible, but the employees are nice and McDonald’s is a bad place the workers deserve a better place

Threw away my meal.. Which with COVID I was especially looking forward to hot salty french fries. Sent My fiance to grab some lunch for us 1:20pm since I have COVID we ordered 4 Hamburgers, 4 spicy McChickens, 1 milkshake that had Oreos added. The milk shake had the consistency of bottled water so I ended up throwing away that first, I then went for my french fries that I was really looking forward to and those were the biggest disappointment ice cold rubbery sticks of potato those ones straight out the door. So then I decided to start in on my hamburger and spicy McChickens. Needless to say I threw those away too because they also had issues with being cold. Biting into the spicy McChicken I could hear popping and clicking of the tmj in my jaw Which really is never an issue until it meets a cool rubbery McChicken apparently. So for fear of choking between the soreness of my COVID torn throat and the precarious state of my jaw I couldn't have that either, by that point all I had was my hamburger left and It wasn't great itself either.

Really happy with the play space! The six year olds were thrilled and ate all their breakfast so they could head back to play. Will definitely be going back.

It's a cheerful place. My personal favorite is the spicy McChicken. The fries are always amazing, and yes the ice cream machine does work. Other than that it's pretty clean. You don't have to wait too long for your food. I love the play area it does keep your little ones occupied and safe. I had a wonderful experience there.

It's a McDonald's. It's clean inside, the bathrooms aren't disgusting, the service is consistent and relatively fast for indoor dining. The play place is super helpful when you need to do a Bible study, but need a place for a toddler to roam safely. She played and enjoyed the slide, and we had a sun-filled space to enjoy our study and eat some breakfast.

Usually friendly and fast, the service has gotten better the last few years. They used to forget a lot of what I'd order but it was too far of a trip back once you get home and realize the stuff is not in the bag that you paid for. The drive thru I'm not sure I understand there are two different lanes and they always ask me if I'm using an app or if I have a card? maybe someone can explain? Their Sprite is the best when you're a three year old min ded critic but still have an old soul and picky about letting your so bare with

Not once have I had a full thing of fries. It's like the only McDonald's that doesn't fill up the fries all the way. Never fails. All in all, great service. Just wish they wouldn't be so afraid to put the proper amount of fries in the cartons.
