It's not a bad place for chilling. The crows are very bad in the evening time. When I was there the services were very poor, short staffed & no one to take the order. Serving people were not at all friendly or pleasent. No complaint against the food or beverage other than the time took for the preparation. I only visited once, I give them the benefit of the doubt.

Great experience, Staff was friendly and supportive. Cleanliness is good, Enjoyed the stay but the little things could have been better.

I have being to Sawadee, the restaurant of Mount Breeze Hotel many times. It’s located just near the mount Lavinia beach. We really enjoyed their freshly made food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Their food is delicious. My favorite dish is sea food koththu, It’s so yummy.🤩

Great place... didn't stay at the hotel but bar and facilities are great. Needs a bit of TLC.. but hey, worth a visit, for sure

Room was not ventilating and the bathroom had a huge leak. Food had a odour as if it was made from old coconut oil.

The food was good. Likewise, the services themselves were good. But don't come here for celebrations. We didn't find any facility that they said would give us. The manager does not know how to speak well to customers. I insist that you do not go to this place for celebrations. 👎

Service is good at the hotel and restaurant is not good. Food is good but if young nice woman all the waiters are doing nothing just looking at her like they havent seen woman before. It was one guy look different and this guy was really stange so, if the food is good how can you enjoy with normal feeling. As long as boys working like this hotel owner just loosing his business and still have to pay sallery. Poor owner and the hotel...accept this guy all others was okay.. Thank you hotel staff specially Mahesh at the front...🙏

Undeniably soft and eloquent in service and food- I do however, highly request that you bring up the rest of your establishment up to the standards of your heart. I plead that you please make an unhesitant reinvestment in rebuilding and renovating your restaurant facility with much attention towards a shower system and well-functioning bathrooms- your establishment and all your customers deserve much more than you’re allowing. Rooting for an uprise in your service in these moments of great difficulty. Keep up the amazing work! Keep Going. P.S. loved your music playlist- keep bursting out all the classics- it’s perfect.

The beach side is good for a drink and a quick bite and the hotel has a good pool table. Definitely a good place for friends to hang out.

Unfortunately the basic standards have dropped drastically at this beautiful location, where we have been coming to for years... ordering a whole fish and then not even bothered in preparing any side dishes even when they were order extra.... 🤦🏾‍♂️ the chairs and tables were exrta dirty ... understanding the hospitality traide, non of the basics were kept... sad sad, sad...

Pretty ok food but terrible service. Make sure you're prepared to wait for ages until your food arrives. Kinda seemed like the waiters really didn't care if you are there.

Good place. You can take sea bath and sun bath also. Foods are excellent. They have garupa fish dish is amazing. Recommend for visit. You can arrange your own parties also. Well comittment crew ia there.

The beach bar at Mount Breeze is my local haunt in Mount Lavinia. I can't speak for the hotel but the restaurant and bar is a good place for drinks and food with friends. The food is on the meh side but after a few drinks everything tastes great. The staff is nice but sometimes you need to work hard to get their attention. But it's inexpensive and the location is fantastic for the most perfect sunset.

Relaxing ambiance. Good place to hangout with friends and family. Good affordable food comes with reasonable portions. Friendly and helpful staff. NOTE: place your order earliest possible. They tend to take a quite a lot of time for preparation.

I use to visit here since 2010 and i still visit there to spend a qualitative time with my family. Its a place with calm and serenity and food with best taste with affordable prices...no negative experience throughout this period

A good hotel. Food is tasty. You can access the beach by few steps.

The chips are fried in old and Mouldy oil. The noodles are horrible and really spicy. The Sizzling chicken was just a piece of chicken with sauce. Overall, worst food I’ve ever eaten. I would not recommend going here for the food. However, the sea is quite nice but can get quite strong.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Lovely staff, right next to beach and has great swimming pool. Rooms nice with kettle and fridge. Very comfortable bed.

Good place to stay out of Colombo for a night or two. Nothing fancy but it gives value for the money you spend.

The Hotel is near to beach, you can explore different food to near by restaurants. Mount breez hotel food was good. Room I can say it is ok good stay. I booked for dates 28th Nov to 5th Dec 2021 If you are booking hotel through booking.com or online then you would charge high. I got charged 4400 indian rupees per night on booking.com but if you directly call to hotel & book the room then you would charge approx 1800Rs indian ruppes( that is 5000LKR). Please book hotel directly to save your money. If you have long stay & you booked with BB (brekfast bed basis) then you'll find they have only 2 types of breakfast veg & continental. They have limited option for breakfast. Everyday you will get same breakfast menu. Buffet breakfast not available. They should add multiple option for breakfast.

Very unprofessional i must say the front staff because they mention many things over the phone and confirm But when your go to the hotel they change the discussion they have with us and even the person who speaks do not appear in the front. very disappointing

Friendly waiter, very reasonable prices, and lovely views of the sea.

I have visited there many times. But each and every time, I have faced many confusions. Although I had reserved a room before I visited there, I couldn't get my reservation as I told the receptionist. Also after my visiting, the receptionist did not consider much about their fault against me. He doesn't know how to handle a situation like that and he didn't kind enough to us. He acted as the hotel owner and he doesn't consider about the profession he has. It is very important for him to understand that the way he addresses the guests of the hotel has a strong impact on the reputation of the hotel. The only satisfaction we had was the meal we had from their restaurant. (I am not satisfied with accommodation and services that provided by the hotel) Thank you!

It's a very nice hotel and the staff is very friendly and supportive. You can easily access the beach. The hotel is kids friendly and restaurant prices are also affordable. However, it's better if they could improve the quality of the restaurant and hotel maintainance.
