I spent 2 days at the hotel. Staff was friendly and supportive. Rooms were clean. Food was delicious, there was a menu for wide range of foods. I hope they could improve the pressure of thw water in showers.

The hotel is located 20m from the beach. A sea view is guaranteed. In front of the hotel are the best beach bars in the area. I chose the accommodation because of the reasonable price and the air conditioning. In the morning, a rich breakfast is served free of charge, where you can choose from three variations the night before. Coffee and tea is always available free of charge. There is also a large lounge area. Parking and an adjacent train station are there. I stayed here for three nights until I travelled further.

Very nice and clean place. Close to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants on the beach ,all walking distance away. Kalum's hospitality has been amazing👏

Good hotel with nice SEA VIEW rooms. Rooms are very clean, has hot water, cable TV, AC & free WiFi. Food is very tasty and staff is very friendly. I would recommend and visit again.

Very disappointed👎, i made a reservation for a day-out and informed 1 day prior and got a call around 10.40 p.m informing me that there were no rooms and the customer extended stay. Even though I made the reservations for the particular day. The person talked to was careless with his responds and doesn’t even care about the reviews as well when i told i will put a review. The only suggestion was that we will be given the reserved room after the other customer left. Wouldn’t recommend this place because of last minute cancellation and careless responds.

A Clean and safe place. Good customer service. But Little bit of overpriced. Damaged sofa was in the room.

Room condition was average & wash room conditions was pathetic. Hot water shower was completely out of order. The normal shower was not clean and not working properly.

I spent at Lavinia blue for 3days during feel like home ... Friendly staff and clean and tidy room s with a nice menu for any meal. Located near the beach so you'll get fresh breath always... I do highly recommend this place. Sisil Peiris Anuradhapura.

Super service by young guys and , every thing was on time. A super place to stay in Mount lavinea, family friendly. Few steps away you get a super beach and restaurants that will keep you entertained throughout the night.

This is an excellent accommodation option. The place is conveniently located, and the staff is very hospitable. The check-in process is hassle-free. I highly recommend this place as I had a fantastic experience during my stay.

Location is good. But washrooms are pathetic and not even properly cleaned. Mosquitos everywhere. Staff is annoying for customers. Not soundproof and even TV was not working.
