The Food is always fresh and they do not make you wait you long Pros- nice food good value for money. food served with in 5-10 mins. Less waiting time Sitting area is quite big in size. Follows social distancing. helping staff and quick response oriented people. Good offers which could be even available when your budget is tight especially during month ends. Cons- I was appalled to notice the bar stools type seating chair after entering the restaurant do not have leg rest so it becomes very inconvenient for short people to sit and enjoy the meal for more than 10 mins. For a matter of fact even for tall people . Legs hurt after sitting for 10 mins or so on, if the meal has more items then , it will take sometime to finish and it may lead to unexpected hanging leg pain and lead to Back pain as well.. The urinal in men's Toilet has some serious sense malfunction. Auto Water flushing spout after use has continuous flow of water even when someone is not using it hence it's actually wastage of water which I noticed on several occasions , Its shocking and depressing to see staff is least bothered even when hundreds of liters of water is being wasted daily without being noticed.

Had the worst experience ever. I have been having mc donalds since 20 years. I have never faced an issue like this. Went to get breakfast menu in the food court , they told they have some issues there, so i should go to groundfloor. Went there and ordered through the kiosk, and i couldn't pay there because of the kiosk error. Had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to pay. They were 2 counters, and only one was open. Worst experience ever. Also, staff members get your attitude right. Finally, I got one of my milk shakes after having my whole meal. Very disappointed.

Worst branch A situation that occurs for the third time while placing a delivery order. They ignored what I asked and when I was evaluating on McDonald’s app, someone from the branch called me and told me, “We apologize, and such a mistake (ignoring) will not happen again.” But today 14/12/2023 it happened for the third time, with order no. 9740. French fries are full of oil, No sauce was included as requested, and The drink was filled with ice, the opposite of what I requested. So disappointed

A McArabia Meal @ McDonalds is a must if you visit UAE or even transit through Dubai or Abu Dhabi. It is such a wonderful dish that I wonder why it is not viral yet. A bit of history here, McDonalds always have items very specific to a country or a region catering to regional taste and preferences, very similar to the McAloo Tikki, that is specific to India, and is not available anywhere else in the world. McArabia is something that is very local to the McDonalds across UAE and Pakistan. It is a folded pita bread sandwich with a mild flavoursome round grilled chicken patties, with some lettuce, tomatoes and the creamy white sauce. It screams arabic flavours and I first sampled a McArabia way back in the early 2000’s during my visits to UAE. Post that whenever I transit via Dubai I make sure I drop-in to McDonalds to pick up my most favorite McArabia. It is the most fluffiest pita bread beautifully folded to ensure it does not break, containing two grilled chicken patties with mild spices that are simply perfect. It is something that I am simply mad about, and this outlet in Al Ghurair Center served me just that beautifully. I recently discovered that the McArabia is now available not just across UAE & Pakistan, but also in Malaysia and Singapore too, but somehow I missed them on my trips in 2018 and 2019, or maybe they were introduced post my visit. It is called a Grilled Chicken Foldover in Singapore & Malaysia, as well as in South Africa. It is called the McOriental in Spain, France and Holland, the McTurco in Turkey, Greek Mac in Greece and Cyprus, and as the McKebab in Israel. The sandwich was originally made to meet West Asian local taste and it simply delivers. Do try them out in your trip to any of these countries and share your views..
