The pizza here is really good. I like mine with double pepperoni that said. The reason I gave this place 2 stars. Has to do with the poor customer service at this location. I was calling and was on hold for over an hour. I figured I would just go and order inside. I didn't hang up along the way, to see if I could order before I get there. I get there and see it's lonely. I was confused, why aren't they answering the phone. I hear their phone ring and the employee picks it up and says please hold. Apparently the caller says something about being on hold for a very long time and are bothered. The employee says they are the only one answering the phone and they don't have time to argue. I was still on hold while that was going on. I ordered, and I waited for my pizza. The whole time I was on hold still and I'm sure many others. I observed the employees, they were just talking. There was no one else in there placing orders. The phone had many red lights, people on hold. Every employee was ignoring the phone. I don't know why, it wasn't closing time yet. I got my pizza and left and the total time was an hour and half on hold. Over all its good pizza, but if you call to place an order and no response now you know why.

The last 2 orders my family placed here ended up being wrong. The second time they didn't even show us the pizzas and 3 of the 5 were wrong so we went back. They said they gave us an xl hawaiian but it was pepperoni. The staff stood there in front of the manager lying that they showed us and accusing us of replacing the "hawaiian" with a pepperoni. And our 2 pepperoni pizzas came out as half cheese and half pepperoni. Very poorly managed and did not take responsibility.

Loved the pizza tasted great.

Been going to Tony's pizza for over 30 years in all the years I had only one episode not satisfied. I want good food and quick for family gathers last minute they are quick with my needs. Thank you for your service.

Just bought a Chile verde pizza it was beyond disgusting!!!! It wasn't even green it was gray and it looked like dog food! They definitely need better cooks or the owner needs to be more involved disappointed!!

My husband ordered a xl half combo and pepperoni with wings. They Forgot the wings, husband asked for a refund. This was about a week ago. No refund! They didn’t refund the money for wings. 12.41. They said they put it back on the card and they didn’t. Audrey R was the lady who did the suppose refund! I checked the receipt and she did a cash back. I wonder who kept the money. Another thing the service was horrible and the attitudes form these grown ladies is sad to see. One thing I do have to say is if you are miserable in a job don’t take it out on the customers. We just want to eat. Keep the $12.

Pizza Is Good , But I Received Expired Pizza Sauce When I Asked For Sauce On The Side In The Small Cup .

Do not go here! Honestly horrible! Pizza was so hard like a rock and thin! Plus the guy getting slices did not use gloves. If you want to eat hard bread go for it. Never again!

I grew up eating the original Tony's pizza, and still to this day I am never disappointed with their pizza. I always know if I want some good quality pizza I know I can always rely on Tony's pizza.

Been going there for years family friends but the other locations dont hold up to the original Delano spot i think thats the only one that still uses mom's original reciepe and ingrediants

This pizza place is one of the few I've gone to as a kid, and enjoyed it too. It's usually always full for dine in because of it's popularity, so it's LOUD. I'm not a huge fan of loud, but if you want a place to host a pizza party for your kid this is THE place.

As far as pizza is concerned this place has some of the best tasting pizza in Delano with a good family atmosphere 😋 love it

I love the pizza good flavor but only problem that they take to long try to call to place the order and they put me in wait for 25 minutes they forget about you and some of the workers need to work with there adittude

Childhood favorite! No more long benches and plaid table covers And red globe candles.. The cigarette Vending machine has gone too. But the pizza is still great and the service is efficient and quick.

Undercooked wet taste pizza. Barely any cheese a sweet taste to there pizza sauce. Over all nasty pizza. Not the Tony Pizza it used to be.

Amazing pizza place. Customer service was excellent. Many locals stopped in and the staff knew their names. Service was quick and friendly. Pizza dough had excellent flavors, toppings were fresh and the pizza sauce was perfect. If you are looking for a good pizza definitely stop in and give them a try. Cheese sticks were also excellent. Great flavor and definitely cheesy. Made with the same great pizza dough. Pizza and cheese sticks come with ranch. Ranch had great flavor.

This is the original and to me still the best. Been going here since I was a kid. Hands the best pizza in town. I had moved to another state and was only able to visit once a year. I would always make a point to come back here. Now that I have moved back I've been coming back more than once a year for sure. I always go for the combo. Outstanding place thank you.
