IN MY FULL HONEST OPINION, all i got to say is that this restaurant in particular is one of the best ones in town. Literally goes above and beyond for their customers, like let me tell you. The restrooms r always sparkling clean. THE FOOD IS FANTASITC! But what i got to say is the customer service is just so welcoming makes me feel like I'm at home. It would be devastating to ever try to let go one of those delightful employees. They all seem very clean and good people. AND DID YOU KNOW, all the burgers are customizable? LIKE IMAGINE THE POSSILBLITES OF THE FOOD. i always get something different and every time i could just feel the food is made w love <3

Our visit here was good on our way to Oxnard,CA the food and drive threw was easy in and out and the outside looked to be well maintained. All and all very good Thank for the breakfast 😊!

This is my favorite restaurant, they make the best burgers and the staff is awesome! It’s always clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I bring my family here often and we always leave happy. Thanks for the great service!

They served me a famous star that was sitting in the counter for hours , it was cold that's why I haven't visited this Carljr they have lower there standards on handling food.

Excellent customer service. Employee on the receipt says Ruby C. We are from Porterville and the food there is horrible as in it looks like they just throw it together with scraps. We had to come to Delano and decided we'd stop since it was close to where we were going. Almost didn't because of our Carl's Jr.s. but it was AMAZING! The food was great. Almost looked like the picture. 🖤 Also the place was very clean.

It seems like the more chances I give this restaurant it will never be ok. to be honest this is the worst restaurant in town , dirty, smelly restrooms . food is ok. The cashiers attitude and customer service is very very bad. you can’t even walk in there because you get bad vives just walking into there! You want to walk back out every single time ,they are rude and the saddest part of this is that none of our concerns are being addressed because this is probably a franchise not a corporate restaurant. They NEED TO DO A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF ALL THE EMPLOYEES PRONTO!! I live Carls Jr it would b a shame if they close down due to those lazy, nasty employees

It took more than 15 min to get our drive thru order and literally was drenched in mayo! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Drive thru to pickup breakfast. Was early and had to wait a bit for my meal. Otherwise it was fine.

Last week me and my family were passing through While We are on vacation. As we started to ask questions before placing our order. There were two young ladies out in the front lobby Just chatting away while there was customers in line and through the drive-thru . The young lady with the name tag La Gabby. Was very rude. I don’t really understand why these people are even allowed to work in a facility if they do not know how to treat people with kindness and respect? they need to find another job or maybe go back on Welfare because I think that’s what that young woman was on before. Her face had all kinds of tattoos which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional . THE WELFARE DEPT NEEDS TO TRAIN THESE PEOPLE A LITTLE MORE BETTER. Then and only then should they be allowed to work with people in the real world !!!!! Poor girl maybe she was just having a bad day but by the likes of the reviews online maybe every day is a bad day for this carls Jr!!! I hope that they just close this place up beginning with the manager!!!! And start fresh

Stop by on 10-24-23, around 6:00pm ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was horrible. It look like the chicken was old and reheated and the french fries were cold. The bread seemed old too. Just horrible 🤮

Was trying to order at 1130pm Drive thru says its open until 12am They closed the store and wouldn’t even acknowledge that i was waiting at the drive thru. I understand they wanna go home early but if the store hours say open till 12am then they should be open until 12. Night shift workers need to do better. Honestly i wish i could give 0 stars.

I went there for food at 11.20pm . I walked all the way over there, seeing it was open till 12. However i could see a couple of staff in there but the stire was close. I tried the driver thru, but they didn't even care about it. I tried knocking on the door the didnot even notice they were neglecting me . If it is mentioned, they are open till 12. Store management should either update that they close early at store ours or take any action for the rude behavior .

Fantastic burgers! BUT!.Carls no longer has the best biscuits and gravy!! They quit having them!! One of the best items for breakfast! Still have killer biscuits but STILL NO gravy! Bought 2 biscuits today to take home and made my own gravy....too hot to run the oven! 98° at 8am! Damn!
