Former employee here and I have been treated with nothing but disrespect all because they’re still angry I left a while ago. Trisha the manager still berates me and bullies me like she did when I worked there. If you took a day off, she’d say that’s unacceptable and you have to call in at least 24 hours before ur shift. Like sorry my shift started at 6 am and I woke up with the flu. She expected me to still work AND serve customers when I had the flu. She said because I called out on a Saturday that it was the busiest day and it will never happen again. As if she doesn’t schedule 30 people on a shift then send people home right as they get there. I was promised 40 hours but I only got 30 because labor was high but she’d never go home. She’d make sure she got her 40 hours plus overtime but her employees who needed money got their hours cut. This company was the worst I had ever worked for do not work here unless you want a middle age woman gossiping and talking bad about her employees like a child. When I got served they knew it was me and pretty much messed my drink up and didn’t bother fixing it. Don’t come here ever. Horrible manager and employees.

Do you want to try something 10 different ways and feel surprised everyday? This may be the store for you. The service is nice enough but terribly inconsistent

Management here will put a fakey fake nice persona, but the manager Beck is very condescending. Her mannerism was horrible. I asked for a large drink, and received a small drink. I could have cared less that she made the drinks wrong and disgusting, but to go about it and not fix her mistake was absolutely disgusting. Her communication skills should be reevaluated and she should be provided further training, offered a vacation, or asked to resign. I also knew my neighbor who worked under her management and ended up moving to caribou at coborns because of her horrible behavior. I didn’t know who she was talking about until I encountered this horrible person myself. Anyone who works there should get out now, you deserve better, know your worth! Door dash is available in the area if you have a vehicle. Otherwise I would never work for a manager like her. Please take Beck out of a leadership role! She gaslights her customers. Which is wild her mental health hasn’t been questioned. This location stole my money from me. I also updated customer correlation via email about this. Everyone should start doing this. Very horrible service. The batista Beck was extremely rude and made the customers inside wait a very long time. When she finally got around to serving us, all of our orders had something wrong with them. would never come back. The other servers were no issue though.

Good service and delicious coffee. Took a few times and all the time everything was cool. Thanks for your business!

A caribou that feels like a local coffee shop. Lots of seating, great for studying or meeting with friends.

Nitro cold press.i didn't even take a drink yet. More than half air foam. Giving 3 because it tasted good but not worth $6 for this amount of drink.

Store was out of an item on their menu and when I politely if I could have a straw I was informed they aren’t allowed to give out straws unless it’s a blended drink. Never have had a bad experience here before but I won’t be coming back.

I love my sugar free blended coolers but occasionally they are chunkie and not smooth but it's tolerable other than I will not drink my cold coffee anywhere else in Willmar

I had to wait at least 10 minutes before being helped. They were catering to the drive-through of customers before people inside. Nice place & was clean.
