Haven't been to an Ihop for about 2 years. Last time low quality and bad service is why I decided not to go anymore. I got invited to go eat Ihop with family. I didn't want to go but decided to give it a try again. I got the French toast with all the sides. After I ate I got sick, I regretted going back. First thing, it's over priced for what you get. I have eaten at other restaurants for the same price and I gotten better quality and service. Second issue the coffee, the toast, and even the hush browns were terrible. Especially the syrup, that syrup they serve you is so bad. I remembered that was the #1 reason I don't like to eat there. I recommend to try a family owned breakfast restaurant for better quality and service.

This establishment should be glad I'm human enough to even give one star. We waited a long time for our order to even be taken. By the time our food came it had already been over an hour of waiting. They got the order wrong. The food was unexpectedly greasy. If I had wanted that much grease I would have gone to Fosters Freeze or asked Five Guys to let me drink whatever oil was leftover in their deep fryer. Wont be coming back.

You need to wear a mask when you enter. We are seated away from the other customers so the lady there told us that we can remove our mask. We came in on a Friday afternoon and there are few people inside. The food is great and service is very good.

Good food, the crepes are not worth the price found lacking in filling. Atmosphere is usually light not crowded. Service is good.

I ORDERED ONLINE FOR DELIVERY, and I got my online order after a long wait time due the fact that these people JUST DON’T CARE this place is always slow, has bad service, the waiters, waitresses, manager all have to be TRAINED in hospitality ,friendliness, and over all customer service!! For all of them especially the manager

When we walked in and we were waiting to hear the wait times, the server didn’t even look at us and he let a party of 5 behind us, who had just walked in get seated before us right away, when we We had to wait 5 minutes. When we finally get our food, it’s all cold. Our waitress didn’t reappear for refills either. I would put 0 stars if I could.

My husband and I come here often and love the customer service from greetings to payment. Our server Diana was very friendly and really nice, she was really sweet chatting with us and was good about taking back my eggs to get well done since I couldn’t have them raw. We also had Janet stop by and check up on us and had a little chat, we always see her up and down checking on not just her customers but others as well.

We have been back multiple times for meetings . Every time the staff is friendly and efficient. The food is always great, and served in a timely fashion. We have about 30 people ordering off the menu, yet the kitchen gets our food out, done well, very quickly so our meeting flows smoothly. Highly recommend for the food, service, and for meetings

Manager was very friendly and we had a short wait. Waitress was very attentive to us. Food arrived timely and it was delicious

My burger was overcooked and the overall hamburger was a little dry. But the bacon was spot on. The server was there alone and tended to be inattentive. No offer to refill my water glass and then I sat for about five minutes when I was ready for my bill. I seriously thought about just walking out, but finally got her attention at the register. Mind you she only had two tables. Now I understand that she probably had other duties to attend to besides serving, but a check in now and then would have been nice.

I ordered online. Food tasted like it was frozen or made already then recooked on the skillet. Didnt make my eggs correct. Didn't make my hashbrowns right either. Some stuff was burnt like the bacon and pancakes. Just didn't taste the way I know IHOP to taste.

Janet had a great attitude,very friendly, knowledgeable about menu items, awesome service, predicted our wants, don't lose her... maria was awesome as well, checked on us even tho we weren't her customers.. great girls working here...

The place was clean, their was parking. we got seated right away. Waited about 20min we never got a server. No one came to ask if we wanted anything to drink. Poor service they need to train their staff better. Walk out, and no one even noticed. The hosted was sitting down eating. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE I won't be going again. Unless you are willing to wait a long time for service

Janet was an amazing waitress who made sure to check on us throughout our time during dinner. She was quick to serve us and asked us how everything was going and if we needed anything. My son, Noah, told her “You are the best server ever!” We appreciated her kindness and taking the time to talk with us and ask our boys their names and ages. Janet was awesome!

Food was pretty good , but our server Janet was great very nice and attentive.

The hashbrowns were ment to be crispy they were stale or just burnt but not crispy at all and 5 bucks for a tiny amount. But the staff and the manager were nice we were their for free pancakes

I ordered the sirloin tips breakfast. Meat was tough and a terrible tasting. Wife ordered the chicken fried steak gravy was super thick and cold and not even enough to cover the steak.

Love it. It's my 2nd time there and I can't wait to try other things on the menu

The food is the same everywhere, not a great value but at least predictable fare. This place was seriously understaffed for 7pm with only one staff person on the floor and the music was so loud it was like a club in there. Overall the experience was very forgettable.

Janet was my server today, she had excellent customer service! Very friendly women! She needs a raise asap!

It was very busy this morning due to large crowd coming out from the junior high graduation here in town but they seemed to try their best to give us good service and get us everything we ordered and checked on us a couple times to see if we were ok.
