I had to undergo an urgent root canal and the clinic was really helpful in giving me an urgent appointment. Dr Khatib did the Root Canal the very next day, but the tooth was sensitive to pressure for the next 6 months, inspite of going multiple times to fix the issue, he said there was nothing wrong with the tooth. I did a CBCT(3D) xray independently and it was clear the dentist had missed a canal. I communicated it to the clinic with the CBCT report and they were prompt with sending me a referral form to endodontist and refund of the treatment. Really appreciate the gesture, but not very happy with how they did the treatment the first time.

Expensive and recommended me treatment which wasn’t needed which I learnt from second opinion.

The best dentist Ive been to in my entire life! She was so nice, understanding and accomodating. I told her that I am on the spectrum and she let me listen to music and fidget to take my mind of the procedure. She also didn't shame me for my tooth hygiene practices and advised products that would help me with sensory issues around flossing and brushing. Id highly recommend this place for everyone and anyone on the spectrum.

I am genuinely writing this review to share my experience at this dentist clinic. So... I was super afraid of the idea of extracting two of my wisdom teeth today. However, mrs. Sonya and mrs. Shanty were both so calming and cheered me up through the process. They were so understanding that a grown woman like me is still afraid of needles and the dentist HAHAHA! I felt so at home and safe. Mrs. Sonia even hold my hand when she saw me shaking. Thank you ladies. Also want to thank the dentist mr. Khatib. Super kind and always asking how I was doing. And I also have to mention the receptionists that are always so welcoming when and kind. The procedure itself was so quick! I even got extra anesthesia when I felt some pain beforehand and after that I did not feel any pain indeed (which I was afraid of). I did feel a lot of pressure as the dentist stated. I do wish I had more information about the after-care and what to expect. Since I am looking for myself now about what to do. But overall it was a nice and quick procedure. Let's wait now for the aftermath. 😃
