Friendly and helpful but it was just a small counter within some other business. No toilet facilities for visitors as mentioned in some other posts. I think the VVV had moved to this new location recently

The staff were helpful, but weren't the nicest. I felt like I had disturbed them by asking about the best tourist sites. They did help, though, which is the most important thing at the end of the day.

Came here to buy my combi train + bus + entrance ticket for keukenhof, and was pleasantly surprised that it was a bit cheaper than the online price. The lady whom I spoke to was polite and helpful.

A perfect place for tourists and guests who visit The Hague to obtain all types of info about the city, things to do, places to eat, activities, culture, guided tours and city walks. If you haven't prepared for the visit you should go here. Service is always kind.

Nice office in centre of Hague but a.tjey seemed interested in was selling you something , not in deepening free information as you had to ask for the maps from a separate desk!
