A decent hotel but small rooms as compared to Delhi hotels. The rooms are clean but don't have good or any view to it. Best place ever for a luxury and peaceful holiday. The property is very clean and beautiful location. The management is very cooperative and friendly, special thanks all front desk staff they were very helpful during our stay. The food is also very good and tasty 😋

Nowhere while booking or on their website is mentioned that they won’t allow customers to pick up food from Swiggy, Zomato or outside delivery guys. We were told of this rule while checking in. When we looked at their own restaurant menu, it was overpriced. This is a very cheap game which no reputed hotel ever plays. Their staff looked at people suspiciously, and practically frisked them, for everything they carried in their hand while getting in and out of the hotel, just in case they bring in food. A couple of times they even checked what was inside the bags for outside food. Horrible violation of privacy. Secondly, their housekeeping was poor. Three people were given only 2 towels, that too after many calls to the reception. All in all, not recommended.

The staff of the hotel is polite and friendly. The hotel is neat and clean. Amenities like buffet breakfast, Mini-Bar facility inside room makes stay good. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Buffet breakfast facility is from 7 AM to 10:30 AM.

I and my family stayed two nights here and everything was excellent. The metro station was very nearby too. The room was also very clean, cozy, pretty and was worth every penny. We were highly satisfied with the breakfast buffet and the scrumptious dinner. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Special mention to pankaj and Aanchal for being very hospitable and making us feel comfortable.

Room Costing somehow higher than facilities. I didn't even get a foot mat in the room neither in the bathroom. Room AC was not working properly. But the good part was the service of their staff. Food cost was higher than expected.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel location was good because of my business. The rooms were dirty so I had to change my hotel after 2 days. During my stay there was smell of oil in the corridor, even from my room I could smell it. It was very difficult time for me in this hotel. And the price for this hotel with these kinds of facilities and cleanliness was very high. I don’t recommend at all.

I stayed there for about eight days. -Every day was different; there is no consistency in service -I checked in late night and there was fruit and cookies, being hungry I ate them, the front desk calls saying they would want to take the fruit and cookies back because it was supposed to be for another room and they put them in the room they gave me by mistake -When I was in the room almost sleeping, someone was trying to open my room repeatedly, a guest was trying to open my room and when the lock didnt open the hotel concierge that was with the guest used his master key to unlock/open the door and when they saw me inside, then they apologised that they mistook the room number. -They forgot the bath mat one day, moisturiser another day, slippers one day and so on -One day machine brewed black coffee was included in the breakfast, the next day they said only instant coffee was included -The soap dispenser didn't work one day -Water was overflowing in the toilet one day

Best business hotel in Naraina area I usually stay here when i come every month for business trip to Delhi Just 9.5 KM from Airport Staff are very humble and helpful In house dining available for 24/7 Food is Ok but may get bored eating same routine every day Definately suggest for Family ,solo , business etc

I went to this hotel when looking for a place to arrange a meeting cum get-together. The staff are very cordial, helpful and try their level best to meet customer expectations. This is a very big plus point . The location of the hotel is not at all a positive point and parking is difficult. The reception, common area and the restaurant are not that spacious. The charges and tariffs are on the higher side vis a vis the room sizes. We have not tasted the foods & beverages so can't comment on that. Overall, not that great a package.

I went there at cafe nine for dinner . I tel you the food test was awesome. I never had this type of test and Hospitality is really nice.chef Vijay meet with me he is very polite and talkative person.he tel story of food making prosess. Really he is rock chef and best chef for this hotel.

The worst hotel ever. The rooms are smelly. The corridor is smelly. Washroom is the worst. There is a constant noise in the room. The rooms are overlooking the parking so anyone can peep into the room. Staff is unhelpful. Ac is no functioning. And the locks don't work. Except for a feeble chain lock you cannot even lock the room. The whole place is a disaster. You can literally hear everyone in the building. The night staff is unavailable and nobody even answers the phone at the reception. It sucks soo much that it should go out of business. There is no parking either.

It's just like a 3 star hotel, the location is near Naraina Metro station, it's good if you are getting around 2.5/night (including breakfast), above that it's not recommended.

The hotel is a bit expensive for the facilities provided. I booked it for around 5k per night. Hotel and Rooms are clean. The property is new. They don't allow outside food and food from in-house restaurant is good, but I noticed the food tray was not clean, and this happened twice.

Attended one business conference here on 27/11/23 accompanied by dinner..A prestigious brand like Sarovar Portico to my surprise served snacks in paper alluminium foil plates inspite of serving in proper ceramic plates.. On requesting the waiters to change the plate as it became soggy with green chutney the plate never came again... Secondly, the QUALITY OF FOOD served in dinner was really PATHETIC...Neither there was flavour in the food rather I shud say just tasteless nor proper service was there.. The gulab jamun were all burnt from outside but if taken a bite were absolutely cold from inside.. I even made one waiter also eat it and he also accepted... For every single thing from the refilling of the salad counter, to the bowls , to the spoons everything had to be asked.. BIG SHAME ON THE SAROVAR PORTICO, NARAINA staff & their chef on their PATHETIC SERVICE and below average food quality.. Arranging , the conference on the road side dhaba wud have been a better option.. I felt really bad that the company people organised the event , paid properly also to the hotel but in return the management of the hotel least bothered to serve well & thus insulting the company executives rather... Better try some other hotel to conduct any of the occasion .. Really not expected from such a big brand like this ..... WORST EXPERIENCE REALLY .....

Had a great experience... It was awesome experience in sarovar partico naraina the hotel staff was so helpful and polite specially Kajal And Nikita they both are very cooperative with us . Location was perfect just nearest to the metro station the food quality was good we had breakfast and that was so yummy and tasty we will definitely visit again.

It was a great leisure for us. We were so much tired and the service just gave us all the relaxation. The rooms are very cozy.

This stupid hotel is worst of all times. I complained about the bathroom smelling like gutter but instead of changing my room, they sent a guy with room fresheners and denied my request of changing the room. Receptionist was superbly rude. I will suggest everyone whoever is reading this comment , should never ever book this gutter

Had a very bad experience. Very shady location and rooms. The entire hotel was smelling really weirdly. The photos uploaded by the hotel are not entirely true. ALSO, There was a mouse in our room at 3:30am in the cupboard. The hotel maintenance crew were sleeping in one of the rooms. The desk receptionist were very rude and disinterested in helping.

The AC was not cooling enough the bed like having khatmal and the mini fridge was also not working..the pullover blanket was also not so comfortable..staff was good and helpful they placed a standing fan in my room .Breakfast was good.i had visited dehradoon property and it was a nice one

We stayed in sarovar portico , naraina vihar for 9 days, it was extremely amazing expreience . Food was good . The hospitality was something which is like the most . The way all the staff took care for us was out of the way other could do . They became our family and took care of our every need of food and hospitality. Pawan , Naseem, Salman and all other stuff was very supportive and served us in a pleasurable manner . Rooms were clean. Front office staff specifically pankaj was also very nice . When ever I will come to Delhi again I will surely be staying here again ... not for the hotel brand but for the way here staff serve is amazing

Located on main Ring Road.Stayed for one night. Luckily got a decent sized room ( majority rooms are small, they are just enough) Did not need much service. But asked for an iron immediately at check in, which never came. Breakfast buffet layout was good and had ample options.

Located on ring Road Naraina chowk.... Is well connected to West Delhi. Room on offer are small, but staff seems professional. Location good but inside compact. Average standard, convenience in movement makes sense in going for it.

Called up to book a room from 9-10 Feb. The ph was answered briefly informing that there are no rooms available for the date, and the line was disconnected. Not the usual Sarovar Portico. This is a small boutique types of a hotel with ground +3 storey building with tiny rooms. The entry itself is like you are entering a small house. There is 1 small lift. The common areas are small and bit cramped up. Lots of noises from the rooms next door, and sound of HK staff talking and working can be heard all the while during the stay. The room comes with practically no view apart from the construction of a building adjacent. Mind you, they do not allow food delivery from outside which is a big turndown. Does not deserve paying more than 2.5 K per night at the max. On the positive front, the staff at reception were professional and customer friendly. The bed was comfy and comforter as pullover was nice for a good sleep. Did not try the food there so cannot comment.

I’m feeling lucky that I found such a caring place to stay. The people mostly could not do enough for us; so helpful. We had a very early start on the day we left India but the kitchen wouldn’t have been open then. They made us a packed breakfast and served us chai in our room, so kind. The rooms were good, the food and service also, wish we could have stayed longer.
