Si dr malah blg smpe blg 5-7 kali muntah itu juga normal πŸ˜… lulusan mana tu dr yaa.. Saya ulangi sekali lagi ke dr kerna udh adu mulut, hahh 5-7 kali itu normal?? Gag dehidrasi tuh dok? Lalu si dokter blg : agar ibu tdk panik, mknya bu"SILAKAN CARI RS Yang Lain" Dengan nada tinggi😠 Fix saya pindah, saya juga gag mau anak saya ditangani dokter seperti dia. Saat itu sngt mengecewakan, pdhl saya & keluarga biasa brobat. Terakhir saya pndh ke RS yg lain untuk penanganan pengobatan anak saya. Skrg Puji Tuhan sdh sehat.

    Lahiran ERACS pake BPJS.. +top up kamar dari kelas I ke VIP deluxe.. Pelayanan oke banget.. perawat dokter semua ramah... makanannya juga enak.. nyaman... dikasih souvenir baby juga sebelum pulang...

    Semalam sore sy bawa anak saya yg berusia 4 tahun berobat gigi ke drg anak utk melakukan PSA. anak sy nangis ketakutan Krn MGKN dirasanya sakit. Dokter dan perawatnya trlihat agak kesal. Sy tanya bagaimana kelanjutannya pun TDK ada solusi. ntah kalo ga sanggup disarankannya ke tempat lain kan Masi maklum sy. TP ini kesannya sombong skali. kemudian dokter keluar dgn alasan sudah azan. Yasudah sy maklum. Tapi kemudian perawat jg keluar bgt saja dr ruangan tanpa ada alasan ATW basa basi. Kami ditinggalkan begitu saja diruangan. Sy bingung kok ga ada sopannya. akhirnya sy keluar juga utk solat magrib. Begitu sy balik lagi eeh sudah ada pasien lain masuk. Sy sampe bengong kok ga ada pemberitahuan sama sekali. Hrusnya enak kan ya kalo ada dibilang " maaf ya bu km trpaksa masukkan pasien lain Krn waktunya mepet". Kami sama sekali tidak dianggap. Dokternya pun acuh tak acuh. Ngeliat pun enggak, apalgi minta maaf. Benar2 gak sopan. Akhirnya saya ambil kembali berkas saya, sy cancel aja. Apa begini pelayanannya dokter dan perawat dsini? Sy sungguh sgat kecewa. Hrusnya dokter gigi anak ramah anak donk. Fyi sy pasien executive yg sudah bolak balik berobat di hermina. Dengan kejadian ini sy kuapok kesini lg.

    Pelayanan lambat. Kami daftar sbg pasien rawat jalan BPJS. Petugas pendaftaran lambat. Setelah panggil satu pasien main hape. Begitu terus. Begitu juga dg bagian radiologi. Kerjanya lambat. Nunggu hasilnya juga lama. Setelah hasilnya keluar (CD hasil radiologi), mau balik ke ruangan dokternya, dokternya keluar, ke parkiran. Nunggunya lama lagi... udah lebih setengah jam nunggu dokternya ga balik balik. Kapok berobat kesini. Semoga management RS Hermina membaca keluhan ini.

    Aku ga ngerti kadang liat pelayanan bpjs di RS ini. Utk pelayanan rawat inap BPJS, okelah para suster nya baik2 menangani pasien bpjs. TAPI utk bagian pendaftaran/nurse station, knpa ya kok rata" mukaknya jutek gitu. Bisa jd mungkin capek, tp pasien yg datang dlm kondisi sakit pun ngelihat perawat yg respon nya ketus dan jutek kan jadi makin sakit ngelihatnya. Ada itu ga kelihatan namanya tp gayanya sprti paling sok senior, haduuuh awak yg mau berobat liatnya makin naik tensi awak. Suster-suster, klu gak dr BPJS pun ga ada kerja kalian, lbh banyak pasien BPJS. Kami pun kan bayar jg. Lebih banyak pun kami bayar tiap bulan terus menerus. Klu lihat suster-suster rasanya pengen kasi bintang 1 tp mikir lagi bahwa ga semua disitu yg kya kalian. Di IGD pun begitu juga tp aku maklum krna banyak pasien darurat. Tp baru kmren aku ketemu perawat pria inisial B orangnya sangat baik dan peduli sama pasien2. Cekatan pula. Sy mengapresiasikan dia.     Adik saya penyakitnya suka kejang2 dan sudah sering dirawat di Rs Hermina. dan harus meminum obat dari dokter dengan rutin. knpa ya klo dlam pengambilan obat tuh kayanya dipersulit yaaa. ketika kontrol dokter bulan agustus, dokter mengatakan kalau utk pengambilan obat pasien gak usah ikut lagi krna pasien sudah tidak kejang. nah pas bulan september kami dtang ke rs utk ambil obat dan tidak bawa pasiennya..dan kata staff nya pasien hrus ikut,..dan obat pun tidak diberikan padahal adik saya ketergantungan dgn obat itu. tidak konsisten atau gmna saya bingung..apa krna pake bpjs? pelayanan rumah sakit skrg gimana yaaa rumah sakit itu membantu org yg sakit dan membutuhkan. ya klo ttap begini terus ya saya juga akan mengadukan rs ini ke pusat pengaduan layanan kesehatan.jadi tolong pelayanan diperbaiki ya

Tapi pas kluarga dtg ngejumpai kami, satpam tdk ada di dpn lift dan kluarga pasien menyuruh kami untuk masuk ke lift tiba kami udh masuk lift pintu lift di tahan oleh satpam dan dia nyuruh kami keluar dengan omongan yg lumayan sopan la, ternyata di dlm lift ada dokter laki laki yg sudah lumayan tua dia nanya kesatpam ada apa trs satpam blg ibu ini udh di blg gk bisa naik tapi tetap naik dok. Dan dokternya jawab "kayak orang hutan kalian" di depan org banyak seorang dokter bilang ke tamu seperti itu.     Pengnangan di ruang isolasi yg sangat lambat, anak saya di rawat di ruang isolasi kata nya hasil rapid nya reaktif jd harus di isolasi, anak saya masih bayi info nya per 3 jam harus minum karena diagnosa awal dehidrasi, tp pada jam 5.30 selang di mulut nya lepas, dan istri saya mau memberikan minum jam 6, karena sdh jadwal nya minum, tp sampai sekarang jam 8 lewat belum dipasang selang nya, katanya butuh penanganan ekstra tp kok seperti ini penanganan nya lambat, dia itu bayi butuh minum karena dehidrasi.
