My absolute favorite place to eat when passing through town. Menu is packed with great choices as everything is fantastic. While the food is great, the level of customer service is what sets this establishment far above its competition. Get a plate to go for on the road. I'd highly recommend this establishment.

Unexpected delicious I was really hungry but I’m always cautious about stoping at those side of the highway restaurants because most of the time food sucks and are dirty. To my surprise place was very clean. Even the restrooms were spotless. I always say that if the restroom are clean then they must also take the time to have a clean kitchen. The food was also very good. Home made taste. The owner was also very welcoming. Plenty of parking and room for two or three semi truck. Will definitely be coming back when I pass through here again

The most authentic Mexican food I have ever tried. From the Horchata to the enchiladas, this place had great flavor and the owner easily very charming making us feel right at home. We were driving from Las Vegas back to Texas and we needed a place to rest and eat. Glad we found it. I highly recommend it

Oh my goodness! SO DELICIOUS! went with something simple (chicken taco platter) sine it was a new spot for me. But WOW, easily my favorite spot in Deming!

My goodness. The salsa (red and green) to me some of the best I’ve ever had. Service was impeccable (especially with the waiter being so young). Dish that I had combined with the salsas was amazing. Definitely a wonderful find. Will definitely try going again.

We love going here. Not as many people seem to have found this little restaurant, so it is usually quieter than other places in town. Great, New Mexican food and good service; what more could you ask for?

A hidden gem in Deming. The absolute best menudo anywhere. The chicharron taco was great as was the barbacoa taco. The barbacoa was so great it will make a puppy pull a freight train. My wife loved the beef quesadilla plate. Extremely friendly owner. Will certainly be back. Real authentic and delicious Mexican food in a very clean and friendly environment.

Authentic New Mexican food. The red sauce had a nice amount of spice and flavor and the green sauce was delicious.

Excellent food and fair portions for the price. Red salsa is HOT so beware if you can’t handle that. The green salsa was more our speed. :) Family run place with everyone working hard and my friend who picked up the food said it felt like a very clean place!

After we sat down and we're considering the menu, unrequested chips and salsa were delivered to our table. Complimentary chips and salsa are something we receive at least 90% of the time at Mexican restaurants we patronize. When I went to pay, I noticed a nearly $4 charge for a basket of maybe a dozen chips and a small serving of salsa. I questioned the cashier and the gentleman Suggested it was posted on the wall. That was a turn-off. So I think we'll try other Mexican food establishments in Deming, although the food was reasonably good and authentic. Also, it was a little hard to communicate with the young lady waitress, whose English seemed to be a second language. Although I have a lot of patience for that.

Texan approved. The food here is actually really good authentic flavor & atmosphere too.! I definitely would recommend this place, I’m working in Separ NM staying in Lordsburg NM from Houston tx (713) but this is worth the trip.! Keep up the good work.!

We were passing through and found this place. We thoroughly enjoyed it, great atmosphere, the owner was great and the food was fresh. I usually don't like refried beans, but his are made from scratch. Highly recommend!

Came here 3years ago when i worked in Deming on a short term job. The food was great then. So on my way to Arizona I had to stop in and get some more of their amazing food. It was just as good as it was 3 years ago. The staff is nice and friendly.

Food is insanely overpriced. Quality is crazy low. Beef is extremely hard. Size of the meals are for kids. I ordered 1 soup, 1 fajitas and drink - total $45. I still need to go somewhere else because it was enough maybe as appetizer. BE AWARE! Never again. McDonald’s have 1000x better food and experience. For the first time in my life I haven’t left the tip.

First time visit. Greeted promptly by the friendly owner who also served me. Three well-filled fish tacos with sides of refried beans, rice and a small salad. A tasty, satisfying lunch! Green salsa paired nicely with the fish. Sadly, no beer available, so had water only. Total w/tax was $17.43. Prices for all menu items were covered so had no idea what the bill would be. Of course, I could have asked, but didn't care. Attractive decor in this small place. To my surprise, the owner turned the TV to BBC News. Will return to try other items.

Overpriced and really really bad food. Worst caldo de res I have ever had. Vegetables we're hard and what little meat it had, was chewy. Eat at your own peril. 🤢

Food was very good except that the tamale was very spicy. Cilantro in salsa and whatever sauce was served with the chips, which not all of us could eat. No alternative sauce or salsa was suggested or offered that would be less spicy.

Love this place! Stop by any time we drive through Demming. Food and service are excellent. No matter what we have ordered, it’s always great

Guy that was obviously the owner and waiter took our order then disappeared for 15 minutes. He appeared again to talk to a person that came in, which was not a customer, for another 10 minutes. I would not have had a problem with this if he had at least given us the chips and salsa and the salsa was in 2 TINY cups . Instead, we just got everything at the same time. Also, while waiting for our food I constantly heard the opening and closing of a microwave and the very obvious beeping. So, I would not call this food "fresh" He is nice enough but needs to get his priorities straight. After all the good reviews this was a very disappointing experience.

The food was excellent, the service was great. Our waiter was also our cook. The place was empty when we went in during lunch time, and that should have been my first clue. No prices on the menu should have been my 2nd clue. The food was good but not twice the price of everything else in town good. Very nice restaurant. Sad that the owners chose money over customers. I won't go back.

$11 for what could be described as a Carne Asada rolled taco billed as a "Carne Asada Burrito". Also a "$5 For Whining Charge" sign inside. I'm not gonna whine but I AM going to let people know this place is a RIP OFF!!!

RVers, this is a great stop for breakfast or lunch. The food was fresh and delicious. They also packed menudo and pasole to-go for our dinner tonight. The owner is friendly and helpful.

I am a truck driver and stopped at a hotel for the night. I could not drive any more and was looking to mexican food. This was the only place in town that would take the time to deliver me my dinner. Thank you

We stopped here because of all the great reviews. We weren't disappointed. Good service by the owner who seated us, brought our drink orders, and a basket of chips and tasty tomatillo salsa. We each had the tamale platter which was excellent and scratch made. Nice place don't miss it.

Went here on a road trip from AZ to NM, stopped in with no huge expectations. Loved everything we had, even the free salsa before the meal was fantastic. Ordered the chile rellanos and cheese quesadilla plate. Give them a try!

Disappointing. I went to this restaurant specifically for their veggie burrito as shown on their online menu. The menu given in the restaurant was different. No veggie burrito. I mentioned it to the server and was told they could make one. The online menu referenced squash, quinoa, cabbage. My burrito had mushy onions and green peppers, and black olives. Very disappointing.

The Red and Green sauces are equally good and the tacos are satisfying as they are nicely filled. The rest of the combination plates were so meticulouly crafted like a real homemade meal. The menudo comes with all the appropriate fixings and was perfectly made. I absolutely suggest eating here and I will definitely order food from them in the future.

Very disappointed. Went before for dinner. It was good. I wanted to try breakfast this time. That was a big mistake. It wasn’t busy at all. But it took more than an hour for just simple breakfast. A couple came after us were served and got food quickly and left. Worst service and breakfast ever.
