Bagels and beans is always a guaranteed win for me. Carpaccio bagel with added cream cheese - was a bit concerned the vegan cheese wouldn’t be good but it was great. Delicious, speedy service, affordable and just wonderful.

Wonderful coffee & Lunch place. Great hangout space to meet with friends. Breakfast also available. @ Spui @ the Center of The Hage. & Awesome and kind Personnel. All food is just jummy ;-))

Believe it or not, i had not eaten a bagel in possibly 2 decades! They even had a GlutenFree version. I had a mushroom bagel with salad and pine nuts in it! Hit the spot for me having a warm bagel to fill my tummy! Good bagel!!

Ordered the BLT bagels and the chicken one this time. Its OK, but nowhere near as good as their salmon or carpaccio ones! Banana bread was cold, obviously has been frozen... wouldve tasted a lot better if it was at least at room temparature or warmed up.

I ordered for a bagel with honey and wallnut, it was 14:15 after waiting for over 20 mins I asked the womannif my order is ready and she said not yet it's busy. But she was jyst satnding there talking to someone, the other staff was preparing it and she was so slow, it took heee 1 min to cut a bagel, like seriously?? Finally I got it at 14:38. And the more disappointing was when I got it, there was almost nothing in it. I felt like i just wasted my money and time. It happened in B&B spui today (21-02-2021) pls do something about it! Overall cool place with a large book store attached. Staff was simply not enough though hence the waiting was too long for a cup of coffee, everyone remained friendly and helpful nonetheless.

Watch out if you have a VISA or Mastercard debit/credit card OR if you have bank notes over 100 EUR -- they don't accept those. Almost couldn't pay here because they just flat out refused to give back from a hundred and neither of my cards worked because they only accept maestro. I don't understand how this can happen in western europe in the 21st century. Food and service was okay though.
