    Worst customer service ever. During the pandemic, in the midst of when they were needed, they closed their telephone lines. No help, no way to reach them, and still trying to get through to them 3 months after our cancelled trip (and lost money). Will not buy again, prefer to spend the money at the hotel itself as they were super friendly and tried to help us out. The hotel agreed with us to cancel one of the two nights and told them that we have to sort payment with weekendjeweg.nl as I booked via vouchers and thus had to get a voucher back. However, weekendjeweg.nl refuse this as they say the hotel did not agree to this. I have called the hotel back since, even got the name of the very kind manager who said to quote him when contacting weekendjeweg.nl, and now they are just not replying to me nor have I received any refund from weekendjeweg.nl. I can see in the other reviews that I am not the only one, so this can't be a coincidence.

    I booked, but than the covid restrictions by the government happend, so I wanted to either reschedule or get a refund, but they said not possible. Wich is really crazy, since there is a global pandamic going on for a year and a half now, so I cant possibly be the only one. Not customer friendly, no good terms of conditions, not even in pandamic times.

    We booked a trip with this company and due to Covid measures that were announced later we had to cancel our trip. We contacted Weekendjeweg.nl and they told us they could not cancel it because the hotel refused our cancellation. So we called the hotel ourselves and they said cancellation and restitution would not be a problem, however invoicing went through Weekendjeweg.nl and we had to arrange the credit back with them. Unfortunately, Weekendjeweg.nl refused this even when providing them with the information of the Hotel that cancellation with a refund was no problem for them. I doubt if this is legal, but sure it's not professional nor fair. We feel scammed by this company, and advise others not to use any of their services.

    Had a fabulous weekend in Groningen. It was extremely easy to book everything. The journey there and back went smoothly and the hotel was great. No complaints here!

    I enjoy using the hotels that come in a set with the promotions of Spoordeelwinkel. The Park Inn Radisson Schiphol was a good hotel. Nonetheless I would point out some drawbacks, the breakfast starts from 6:30am although one can have an "early breakfast" (that is not as varied). The shuttle bus stop is not in front of the hotel but a couple of meters away once the parking lot is over. The shuttle of the hotel only runs every 40 minutes, not bad but less frequent that others.

    I had 2 coupons which were overtime due to Corona. No flexibility and short/standard answer: money lost. No more!!

    Definitely would not recommend this service. I wanted to change a booking, after receiving an update from the hotel that dinner would not be available that night. The hotel staff themselves said it was fine to change the booking although it could only be done through BookIt/Weekendjeweg. When I tried to change the booking at weekendjeweg they said changing the booking one day beforehand was too late. It kinda feels bad that it would have been possible to change the booking if I had booked directly at the hotel instead of through WeekendjeWeg. This seems to be a service that gives you less rights as a customer.
