Worst
customer
service
ever.
During
the
pandemic,
in
the
midst
of
when
they
were
needed,
they
closed
their
telephone
lines.
No
help,
no
way
to
reach
them,
and
still
trying
to
get
through
to
them
3
months
after
our
cancelled
trip
(and
lost
money).
Will
not
buy
again,
prefer
to
spend
the
money
at
the
hotel
itself
as
they
were
super
friendly
and
tried
to
help
us
out.
The
hotel
agreed
with
us
to
cancel
one
of
the
two
nights
and
told
them
that
we
have
to
sort
payment
with
weekendjeweg.nl
as
I
booked
via
vouchers
and
thus
had
to
get
a
voucher
back.
However,
weekendjeweg.nl
refuse
this
as
they
say
the
hotel
did
not
agree
to
this.
I
have
called
the
hotel
back
since,
even
got
the
name
of
the
very
kind
manager
who
said
to
quote
him
when
contacting
weekendjeweg.nl,
and
now
they
are
just
not
replying
to
me
nor
have
I
received
any
refund
from
weekendjeweg.nl.
I
can
see
in
the
other
reviews
that
I
am
not
the
only
one,
so
this
can't
be
a
coincidence.
