The people working at this shop are very friendly, however most of their items are way overpriced. I feel this is the case for most second-hand stores in The Hague. Would recommend to visit the 'kringlopen' outside the city, there the prices are roughly 1/4 of the prices they ask here.

Sorry, but it's a mess, many things mixed up, difficult to walk, most of the objects don't have a price tag and they give the price according to your face when you go to pay.

Main reason for the low rating: almost everything is way over priced. Sometimes it's pretty full and you can find and leave with something, but the prices....I don't go here very often anymore. It's not a true kringloop with their prices.

An absolute mess. All DVD’s are stacked in front and above of each other which isn’t great to find a movie you’d want. As for furniture, it’s all over the place. Do NOT recommend!

I visited the store a few days ago, and I noticed that the prices were significantly higher compared to the branch on Neherkade, which is closer to my home. When I asked about a discount, the employees at the store responded in an aggressive and unfriendly manner. Additionally, the overall condition of the shop was quite messy.

Very high prices

I love this Kringloop, I've visited many around the city but this one stands out, some of my favorite pieces of clothing and furniture I've bought here. The staff is always kind and they offer incredibly generous prices. This store has everything you could need and more.

Not a lot of great stuff to find here, but their collection is books is impressive.

Friendly people but freaking overpriced!

It is nearby my place so I am a regular there. It is not as big as the others, but still has variety in products. Love the shop.

IF YOU ARE A YOUNG WOMAN ALONE! DO NOT GO TO THAT SHOP !! One of the staff members working in that shop, a man from mediteranean background between 40-50 year old had inappropriate comments (harassment) towards me at the entrance of this kringloop situated near regentesseplein. I was in shock and I confronted him with his behavior that he cannot harass women on the street or in a shop, he denied. I also went inside the shop to talk to other staff members about the incident and informed them I will make a complaint at the police. It is not acceptable to behave that way towards women especially if they are just coming to a shop. Onother staff member, a woman (foreigner) of the same age denied and became very aggressive and defensive. I finally got help from a couple who were passing by to get out of the situation. I am not sure what kind of employees this shop employs. They are maybe people in reinsertion in society or living off benefits. I found it very unpleasant experience, while I was just passing by. Be careful if you are a young woman on your own. Don't go to that shop, the staff is beyond unprofessional!

You can find almost everything. It’s a pity no prices, you have to ask for the most of the objects. Suggest to visit.

We had a very traumatic experience with one of the staff. She hit my friend and accused us of making a lot of mess where in fact it’s not us who did it. We tried to explain but she’s very aggressive, RACIST and disrespectful. She yelled in front of the other customers. On the other hand, the guy who’s in the cashier was very nice and the stuffs are very affordable. If you are white people, I will recommend you to come here and she really likes to accommodate you. If you are Asian, I advise you to find another store. Just saying from our own experience. Btw, we’ve been here twice and got the same bad experience.
