We travelled from Groningen to London and the experience was amazing. Everything was correct and on time. The hotel was very friendly and had very good breakfast. A little far from the city but with public transportation accessible on walking distance. We just loved the surprise destination and the arrangements. Definitely going to use the service again!

Amazing experience with Verrassingstickets. Initially we had lot of doubts about the hotel, but everything was really good. We traveled to Prague and enjoyed to the core. Flight travel was also very good with easyJet. Strongly recommend!

A nice way to go on a trip to a destination you would probably not select yourself. Positively surprised with the quality of the trip, taking into consideration the relatively low price. The selected hotel was excellent and I ended up having a lovely time in Basel. Will definitely book a surprise trip here again in the future.

Even when Ryanair cancelled all flights to our destination last minute, Verrassingstickets.nl was able to rearrange our surprise trip and it was even better than before. Nice, charming, clean hotel, positioned right at the sea-side, in a sunny and warm destination. Definitely worth a do-over!

Nice trip, fair price. We bought it via ah for €89 p.p. We went to Poznan, which is a lovely city. Hotel was nice and close to the center. Wizzair is also a nice airline.

Like other customers, I booked a trip but the dates that I selected were not available after 3 attempts. Cancelled the trip while in contact with customer support in the last week of september… and now I’m still waiting on the money to be transfered to my bank account. 3+ reminders were send to the financial diversion but actual answers are not given. Absolutely don’t recommend it.

Worst company ever, scam. They don't deliver anything they promise, keep charging you for extra things because else your trip will never happen, after months of trying to book and keep hearing that my dates are not available or only available if you pay for more stuff I still didn't get a refund. It's been 3 months of trying to get a refund, they finally agreed to issue it within 14 days (they legally have to actually give it in that period). Guess what, 3 weeks later and still no refund with the excuse of "financial devision is too busy"

They wanted us to pay 100 extra for a "hotel upgrade". Since we already expected that from teading trustpilot reviews we requested a refund. 1 Month later and we are still awaiting our money...
