    Very friendly and professional! They did their best to assist me and make me feel comfortable for my MRI. The result was ready soon. Their technical support for the result and online login is provided in English, French and Dutch! All the hygienic codes for corona were observed! Really happy with my experience there. When I needed the results, I could easily go and pick up my CD at the center after having filled the formulier online. They will also send it to other locations by their formulier which is great. They also gladly answer their emails! Thank you team!

    Wow I have no words for this clinic. Exactly 1 week ago I went for an MRI scan. I was well received and was 30 minutes early. I was helped immediately, which was very nice. Guided inside and thoroughly reassured by the employee who performed the MRI scan. In between she asked me if everything was going well, I was fine until this. But now the results. You indicate that it was forwarded to the GP the same day, but he did not receive anything. The GP and I have called several times to forward it again, but unfortunately still no results. There really is an area for improvement here, this is really not possible!!!

    You deserve 0 stars. My GP gave instructions for a specific test and your staff did a different one instead. The alternative method didn’t identify a serious stomach infection the instructed test would have in the first place. I could’ve been treated properly earlier. I’m never going back. Shameful.

    Very bad experience for an ultrasound and x-ray examination to a leg. The doctor who made the ultrasound made me feel like I did not exist. He entered the room without even looking me in the eyes. He immediately applied gel to my leg and took max 1 minute to check that there was nothing bad to my leg (is that so? I do not know). He left right away and did not even give me time to ask questions. Short waiting list, but actually it took them 2 weeks to send the results of my exams to my GP. After 2 weeks (!) they sent only the result of the ultrasound and I had to call multiple times to make sure they could send also the missing results from the x-ray. For sure, I will not go back.

    Hier vandaag voor t eerst geweest. Het voordeel is dat je snel aan de beurt bent en dat je snel weer weg bent. Dit gaat wel echt ten koste van de klantvriendelijkheid blijkbaar. "Goedemorgen" en "fijne dag" werd door de balie beantwoordt met de "dag". Arts wilde niet met mij praten, ik mocht ook niet echt vragen wat er te zien was. De tijd van de mysterieuze medici is toch wel voorbij hè, anno 2023. Assistent schreeuwde door de wachtkamer mijn achternaam maar kwam niet even kijken.     Pathetic & very slow service - no responses to calls. Create a "false sense of busyness" - Haven't uploaded or shared the MRI image even after 2 weeks - how is the doctor / specialist supposed to make an assessment without the same & the patient continues to be in severe pain. Insensitive medical system overall. Update: Its been 4 weeks since the MRI done - and still haven't got the images. Doesn't matter even if a complaint is raised thru the link below. This has been your standard response & based on the reviews below from other visitors - looks like the service hasn't changed a bit at all.

    Strange employees should learn to communicate better and deal with clients with better decency. Disgusting, all in one piece and all this with 3 employees.     I attended the Clinic just over a week ago , I had read the mixed reviews , I was a little apprehensive, but , from the moment I walked into the reception , the two young Ladies were absolutely professional. If I think on , it was Anneka and Rianne, please pardon my memory, it’s my age !! They were very supportive and helped me through my Scan . The results were sent to my Doctor within two/ three days . Many Thanks for taking care of me , would totally recommend to anyone who has to go to this Clinic . John. 👍

    Do not go here, it took me 3 weeks to make an appointment, they certainly do not answer the phone and if you go to the clinic yourself, they will not help you make the appointment. While I have still been referred by my GP. In the end I made an appointment for a small thing that the GP could also do, but because this was recommended, I opted for DC clinics. During the appointment, the doctor told me exactly the same things that I already knew and supposedly wanted to give me time to think about it. I wouldn't be there if I wanted to think about it, dear man, so I'll have to come back another day. He could also say that he just didn't feel like working. This is ridiculous. Save yourself the time and let this be the last option, there are plenty of clinics in The Hague
