The employees are awful, every time I’ve been in the store they have been rude and not helpful. They even laugh at girls who have bigger sizes in the changing room in front of them. In order to pay you stand in front of them and they just stand there and talk to themselves. Worst service ever experienced. You’ll be better off at a different store.

I called to cancel an article that I had ordered via AfterPay and never picked up from the store and was told that I had to come to the store to cancel it. I found this strange since I was just informed by the Klantenservice personnel to call the store to cancel it! The lady in the store was very insistant (and not very pleasant) stating that she would cancel it this time only. Despite my explanation that the article was still in their store and that I had not paid for it, she just would not listen. Very disappointing. However please note that this review is for the Spui store only and not for all of Hunkemoller where I have always received good and friendly assistance. I think that is why I was so disappointed :(

I have ordered for the first time from Hunkemoller online. I really enjoyed my experience of shopping. First of all, the products are really beautiful. Second, the return is easy (the customer service on the phone arranged for a pickup by DHL). Third, getting a new item is easy as well (it can be easily reserved at stores). The only inconvenient point was long waiting time on the phone. Otherwise, all the service was great. I’ll shop from them again!

Very nice shop with good quality underware. When you are not sure you size, wait patiently to the helper girls they are always busy with customers . They can show you the right size and nice underware.

Worst service ever, in such small store working so many employees and they being rude and not helpful. Thus, be attentive people because if you want to return an item (not underwear) - YOU CAN'T get your money back! Only exchange or get store credits. And there is no information online about it! Don't recommend this store to anyone. What bs.
