I've
been
a
long
time
John
Atencio
customer,
and
recently
needed
to
file
an
insurance
claim
and
replace
my
wedding
ring.
I
called
into
the
store
to
find
out
what
the
process
was
for
getting
my
same
ring
replaced.
Cheryl
was
the
sales
representative
that
answered
my
call
and
was
immediately
engaged
and
helpful
from
the
very
start.
We
went
over
my
ring
appraisal
and
she
began
finding
the
stone
to
fit
my
setting.
Upon
chatting
we
discovered
that
we
both
lived
very
close
to
each
other...
which
was
not
close
to
the
actual
Cherry
Creek
store.
Cheryl
was
so
accommodating
and
offered
to
size
my
finger
at
her
house.
She
also
offered
to
bring
my
ring
to
her
house
where
my
husband
could
pick
it
up!
Talk
about
amazing
customer
service.
For
someone
who
has
a
very
busy
travel
schedule
+
kids
sports
schedules,
this
was
something
that
really
really
saved
me
a
lot
of
time.
She
was
so
friendly
and
accommodating
it
really
made
my
experience
top
notch,
and
also
very
personal.
I've
always
been
a
huge
fan
of
John
Atencio,
but
this
made
me
love
this
company
even
more.
Local
stores
may
claim
"now
you
have
a
friend
in
the
diamond
business"...
but
I'm
not
sure
it
really
lives
up
to
this
experience
where
I
actually
now
have
a
"friend"
in
the
diamond
business.
