We spent a few weeks and went to a handful of jewelers looking for our wedding bands. We came back to John Atencio not just because it offered the best men’s wedding bands we had seen, but because of the incredibly warm, welcoming and knowledge staff. Renee was THE BEST. She made the whole process fun (as it should be when you’re buying for your wedding!), but also took the time to walk through all the details of the metals, finishes, widths, profiles, and diamonds. We were able to design something that was uniquely us and couldn’t be happier for our new rings to arrive. Many thanks to Renne and the team at John Atencio who helped us create the perfect bands!!

Overall, my experience at John Atencio - Cherry Creek was fantastic. Cheryl was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helped me get the best price for what I was looking for. I was able to pick the ring up 2 days earlier than expected and that was a relief for I had planned to propose to my fiancé the day after the original pick up day. She's has known what ring she's wanted for a long time (she still has the pamphlet of when she first saw it 10 years ago) and to me, that says volumes about the quality of their jewelery.

Just had my favorite John Atencio ring refurbished at the Cherry Creek location. She’s as beautiful as the day we bought her!!! The ring is 21 years old, over the years I’ve had to replace the stone because I keep chipping it . This time I also needed a stone plus cleaning and sizing. In the past they had stores in Scottsdale Arizona, but not anymore. Transaction happened over the phone and Fed-Ex. I applaud the customer service at John Atencio, Nanette and Marissa kept in touch with me… didn’t have to wonder or worry about timing or cost. Let me know when they received the ring… and contacted me to make sure I received the ring! It’s truly understandable that John Atencios been in business for such a long time.., his jewelry is amazing, and Nanette and Marissa are Fabulous! So happy to be able to wear my Favorite ring ever … again

I've been a long time John Atencio customer, and recently needed to file an insurance claim and replace my wedding ring. I called into the store to find out what the process was for getting my same ring replaced. Cheryl was the sales representative that answered my call and was immediately engaged and helpful from the very start. We went over my ring appraisal and she began finding the stone to fit my setting. Upon chatting we discovered that we both lived very close to each other... which was not close to the actual Cherry Creek store. Cheryl was so accommodating and offered to size my finger at her house. She also offered to bring my ring to her house where my husband could pick it up! Talk about amazing customer service. For someone who has a very busy travel schedule + kids sports schedules, this was something that really really saved me a lot of time. She was so friendly and accommodating it really made my experience top notch, and also very personal. I've always been a huge fan of John Atencio, but this made me love this company even more. Local stores may claim "now you have a friend in the diamond business"... but I'm not sure it really lives up to this experience where I actually now have a "friend" in the diamond business. I first came to admire John Atencio's work about 29 years ago as I was window shopping in Denver while attending a conference there. I now have the privilege of owning some of his creations. As my retirement neared my husband asked me what I would like for my retirement gift and I, half joking, said a 2 tone diamond ring. He surprised me by planning a trip to Denver after our hike in the Grand Canyon in October. He said if you're going to get a ring you will only get it from the best! We met with Cheryl and she was so patient helping solidify the design (I had an idea of what I wanted) and presenting us with beautiful diamonds to choose from for the center stone. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in creating this astounding, one of a kind ring. My husband also added the matching band. The presentation of the ring when I received it was very special and the beauty of the ring exceeded what I envisioned. I receive many compliments, of course. I had a few repairs done at this time and they were all completed as detailed.

I am beyond thrilled with our experience at John Atencio. My fiancé proposed to me with a family Diamond and then our vision was to pair it with a second Diamond to make a ring of our own. My fiancé was on active duty for the navy so I started shopping around alone but I was too scared to carry my Diamond around with me.
