Sold me fake jewelry! Scammed out of 650 bucks. I came in here to get my jewelry cleaned about a year ago. When they were cleaning my jewelry I was chatting with one gal and the owner. They told me how all of their jewelry is handcrafted and she showed me a piece that I really liked. I wasn’t overly crazy about the chain but I really liked the pendant that was on it. She told me it was solid 24 karat gold. The owner Carol lied to me. Today I was at a different mall and went to Kay jewelers and Helzberg diamonds both associates at each store told me that there was no way that my pendant was solid 24 karat gold because the gold is starting to fade off. Both told me that it was definitely plated jewelry, I was ripped off. I would have been better off buying some thing that I knew was fake from a kiosk instead of buying from element 79. Essentially there’s no difference. This is beyond unethical, and it has ruined me from buying from mom and pop stores. Who would’ve thought you would buy some thing in that wealthy uppity Cherry Creek area and it’s fake. Not only that they knowingly lied to me and ripped me off. People will do you dirty, play victim, then try to convince you it’s you. Bless your heart.

Second time shopping at Element 79 and it was a pleasure as was the first time... The ladies are friendly and welcoming. Carol wrapped my purchases which were gifts so beautifuly that all I did was gift them without having to do the extra wrapping... I will definitely be back and I highly recommend your store!!

Element 79 is a high end jewelry store with very creative pieces. My husband and I went there for matching wedding rings for our anniversary. We had such a lovely time picking them out and chatting with our sales lady (can’t remember her name!). Christine helped us finalize the sale with all of the details. She was so helpful and delivered us a lovely packaged ring. Highly recommend Element 79 for any and all specialty jewelry pieces ♥️

Love this store. It is so exciting to have a new jewelry store in Cherry Creek that has fabulous, unique, one of a kind pieces and supports several local jewelry designers. They also have some really great, unique home accessories, i.e., barware and glassware, hand blown italian glass vases and some great scented candles. The owner/jewelry designer, Carol and Kiersa, showroom manager are such wonderful ladies, very knowledgeable and so fun and great to work with. I recently shopped are Signet in cherry Creek and found the perfect necklace I had been looking for. Kevin and Carol are amazing to work with. Their choices are unique and and Carol is an amazing designer herself. The store is exceptionally cute and bonus, it has off street parking. I will continue to shop here in the future for all of my jewelry needs.

I was visiting the Denver area from out of town and stopped in the store. I’m so glad I did! The store is laid out by designer which makes it easy to shop. They have a range of designers, so there is something for everyone. I especially like that the owner Carol is also one of the designers. I spent most of my time looking at her items since I find her work to be absolutely stunning. I purchased the beautiful bee cuff bracelet, a necklace and a pretty home decor piece. The hardest part of being in this lovely boutique is having to choose what to buy!

I purchased a bracelet from the Element 79 website. It was more delicate in real life than it appeared in the picture so I decided to exchange it for another by the same artist. The second bracelet was sold out. The staff at Element 79 responded immediately to my email request. They contacted the artist who agreed to a special order. Everyone was extremely responsive and helpful, making the exchange process very easy. Element 79 carries a wide variety of beautiful and unique jewelry and we look forward to shopping with them in the future.

Love this store! They have a great variety of unique, high quality jewelry from designers all across the country, plus fun gifts and local art. I sent my (now) son-in-law specifically to owner/designer Carol for an engagement ring. Even the out-of-town in-laws have had pieces done by her. (OMG I am also wearing her earrings as I write this! 😆) Staff is friendly and helpful without being overbearing. They are always doing fun events - cocktail parties, launches, concerts, etc. Overall a great addition to the Cherry Creek neighborhood!

I had such a great experience at Signet. Kevin and Carol are amazing; the jewelry is stunning and different from what you see anywhere else in Denver. They also have fabulous decorative home items. It's a really fun shopping experience, and I never felt pressured. Instead, it was great to learn about all of the different designers and be allowed to try anything on. I absolutely love the pieces that I've purchased at Signet, and I receive lots of compliments on all of them!

I had a very good experience with Element 79! I worked with Christine, who helped me choose my engagement ring. She was helpful when narrowing down choices, and worked directly with the designer on some modifications we had. I will say that the delay between paying the deposit and getting the ring was quite long, and I ended up scrambling last-minute to get the ring. That's the only knock on my review, and Christine really tried her best to remedy the situation, even going as far as offering to bring the ring directly to my apartment. So all in all it was a very good experience!

Had an amazing experience picking out an engagement with Michelle. She was able to take my vision and make it even better than I could have ever expected.

By far, the best jewelry store is in Denver and beyond. The quality of all of the pieces in this store is excellent. Carol, the owner, is wonderful as well as Christine. A welcoming environment with amazing jewelry and artists from around the globe. If there were 10 stars they would get 11.
