Kasey & Shawn provided exceptional service and The Keg never disappoints. Food was fabulous as always. I have gone here for years from everything from a causal meal with friends, special occasions, company events. They are always consistent. I started with the lobster bisque (so delicious), wedge salad with blue cheese, king salmon, then crème brûlée. I love their consistency. Thank you for amazing ambiance, service, and food!

Great food. Even better service. The bacon-wrapped scallops can’t be beat and the garlic butter on the steak was incredible. Zach made the night fantastic with friendly, upbeat service. I’ll definitely be back!

The prime rib was unanimously voted okay by all four in our party. The service was good and fast. All of our dishes came out with the wrong sides which dropped my rating down a star. The supervisor or manager on duty dropped off a plate of vegetables and fruit for our young child before the meal without asking which was really thoughtful!

Nice steak house chain, this one in Colorado Mill. Easy access from I 70 through the Colfax Dr. Lots of parking. It's price along with higher end steak house, so plan accordingly. Their prime rib is best, go for Classical Prime Rib won't go wrong. Matching with twice baked potato and it comes with mushrooms on the side also. The horseradish is grinder, not creamed, so it might be a bit too strong for most. Personally I'd prefer the creamed which would match better to the favor of the rib. Weekday is easier to get seating otherwise it would be better to reserve seats ahead.

We subscribe to The Kegs mailing list and it is worth it for the yearly birthday coupon you get for subscribing. The steak is always hot, juicy and cooked perfect to order. The staff is always friendly and professional. If you want casual, the bar is a great option or the dining room if you want a more formal dinner atmosphere. Love the food and the drinks.

Steak cooked incorrectly twice: My fiancé and I were really looking forward to eating here. We were visiting Colorado and spent a good bit of time looking for a steak restaurant. This place looked great! The beginning of the meal was really good. Nice wine. Nice service. Things unfortunately went south when the entree’s arrived. I had ordered my steak medium but it came out well done. Listen not a big deal it happens. While i really don’t like sending meat back, they took it back immediately to get it right. Unfortunately the re-prep of the meal took 15-20 min. (at least as long as I Waited for it to arrive in the first place)  The manager came by to say that he was going to buy us dessert. While he was trying to be nice, this didn’t really make me feel better about the LONG wait for the recook. When the second steak finally came back the steak was medium on the ends but in the middle was very rare (see photo). At this point the waitress said she would take it back and try again but I was so hungry and frustrated at that point that I said that wouldn’t be necessary. She said she would talk to the manager. He offered to pay for my steak. While a decent gesture the whole meal was ruined by this point and took 1hr longer than it should have. When you go to a steakhouse you want the steak cooked correctly. Ideally the first time. But definitely the second time.

We had the rib-eye, mixed green salad, garlic mashed potatoes, corn, and onion rings. Everything was AMAZING! The salad was one of the freshest I’ve had and the steak was THE BEST steak I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve eaten a lot of steak. Highly recommend!

My wife and I decided to let The Keg cook Thanksgiving dinner. We had a wonderful meal (their pre-selected menu of turkey and all the fixings plus salad and dessert) We love the ambience. Our server Jeremy was so attentive. Every member of the staff was smiling and wished us a Happy Thanksgiving.

Our entire experience was wonderful. From the bar staff to our table side service, we experienced a very value added experience. Our steak was cooked to perfection and the salad was refreshing. Took dessert to-go...but can't wait to try. Big shout out to Jeremy and the management team. Thank you. We WILL be back.

I’ve been to the KEG a few times and generally am pretty happy with the experience. My son and I went and sat in the bar. I ordered a filet which was very good as usual and my son ordered a sirloin. Both were cooked perfectly but my son wasn’t pleased with his steak (he’s 18). I generally buy my steaks from Edwards meats so he knows good steak.. I tried his steak and was surprised to find that it was very tough to chew and not tender at all. It seemed like a London Broil cut or something less than.. Just expected more from a place like this. Everything else was just fine but this made the night and bill a bit tough to swallow (pun intended).

My wife and I had dinner here tonight for my birthday. Our server was Abby and she was wonderful and very friendly. The atmosphere was great and all the staff seemed to be very happy. We both had filets and they were so tasty and cooked to perfection. We come here about 5 times a year and have never had a bad meal and service is always top notch. You cannot go wrong here and make sure you get a reservation.

We love visiting The Keg, especially for their lobster in the summer. The lobster was very good. Service was great. 4 of us however had overcooked steaks or burgers (medium cooked well done). The manager did bring new ones out for those of us who wanted it cooked again.

We went with steak and lobster in mind as they were advertising lobster week... and were dissatisfied....no lobster add-on available that night! The tap water tasted like algae and mold. We ordered sparkling water as an option instead and told our waitress about the taste she seemed unfazed. We ordered the stuffed lobster mushroom appetizer, and it was terrible. My husband got the 14oz prime rib and was very pleased. The meat was cooked perfectly and super tender. I ordered the pistachio encrusted salmon and was very disappointed. The pistachios were burnt and ruined the flavor of salmon. We passed on dessert as the meal was just sub-par. The manager never came to ask how the meal was, and the waitress seemed annoyed that we said the water tasted bad...as the two tables next to us complained about. Won't be back!

Disappointing. Made reservation week in advance for 3. Got seated, an hour later we got our orders. No apologies or offers from server. Never had a shift mgr stop by to check on us, never saw a mgr checking on any table. Really? Food was fine once we eventually got it. There are better restaurants out there at Keg’s price points.

Always a wonderful dining experience here. We had a larger party (9 people)after our wedding ceremony and experienced really attentive, friendly and fast service, excellent food as always. I had the bacon wrapped scallops and stuffed mushroom appetizers and loved the lobster bisque. I enjoyed the blue cheese fillet as an entrée and the Creme Brule for dessert which was perfect

We stopped here for our first time. It was wonderful. Our waitress Sarah was very personable and on the spot with refills and entrees. The steak and lobster was great. But the best was the carrot cake! It was delicious! Definitely worth the stop. We will be here again!

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience here for Father's Day dinner. Arrived at our reservation time, we were seated and offered drinks and bread in a timely manner. However, we then waited over 90 minutes before receiving our food, the staff was working on CLOSING before we received our dinner - which was NOT properly prepared. 2/3 steaks not cooked to order and the third came out without the toppings that had been ordered. There was very little apology made through the course of our 2+ hour experience and no effort in making it right. VERY upset with the service and food. Would NOT recommend and will NOT be back. At steakhouse prices, I expect MUCH better.

They had some challenges but overall it was serviceable. It’s definitely a chain, but a nice one. Our server was friendly, and he helped explain the different choices. He also did a good job getting our martini orders just right (a weird quirk is that we had them served in normal glasses since they ran out of martini glasses. They still tasted great). My steak was nicely cooked and had good flavor. The cauliflower mash didn’t have much flavor, but it was lighter than getting a potato. The veggies were a nice addition, too. Overall it was a good meal.

we came over here and spent our New Year’s eve a few days ago and was disappointed..😏 even though it was snowing hard, but still we drove half an hour from our place coz to this restaurant coz we thought it was worth a try for us first timers, especially to spend a special occasion like New Years, but it wasn’t…it even took us more than half an hour to wait for our food and when it arrived, they were in small portions of servings…the steak was burnt, the brussels sprout and some other veggies were burnt and overcooked for expensive meals which weren’t worth it…tsk..tsk…we’re never going back here again a charge to experience for us..😏☹️🤔 u can still find some other high end restaurants that’s worth of every penny u paid with good food and good customer service…just saying…🤔

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The atmosphere, the service, the food, all if it was amazing. Bobbie was exceptional! He had my family laughing and wanting him hang with us within minutes of meeting him. This was the Icing on the cake to our Colorado trip! If Bobbie says you want ___ or ____to eat/drink, don't think twice, just say yes sir!

Great prime rib! Bread and salad both excellent, nice beer list and a twice baked potato. The horseradish is the hottest I’ve ever had 🤣, Proceed with caution. All around excellent dinner and table service!

This spot was our host for Thanksgiving dinner while we were in town for vacation and it was incredible. If you’re looking for a place to have good drinks and a hearty meal, this is your spot. To all of the staff at the keg, a big thank you for being our family on thanksgiving night!

Not a bad steak dinner near Colorado Mills shopping. Steaks were decent. Server was fantastic and managed my my humor well. Wedge large enough to split. Mid 40's for the steaks which includes a side. Reservations recommended on high shopping days and weekends. Enjoy
