Cute little local owned diner. I always have “extra” dietary requests. The waitress took the time to find out and ensure meal was made just the way I could eat it. The brisket was so tender and had just the right amount of fat on it. The wings were a really decent size. The chili lime flavor was on point. My waitress Melanie I believe was certainly busy but she maintained communication from time to time. I also love that the honor the military with a good discount.

9/4/22-The food was better here then the three days of food that I had experienced at the Gaylord Hotel and Resort. It's worth the drive if you are staying in the area. The chicken fried chicken was really moist and even their side salads were good. You get a good amount of food for the price and I was able to get 2 meals out of mine.

The best food I had in Denver! We are staying at Gaylord and their food is mediocre at best. Honestly, we ate in downtown Denver too but this place has them beat! We ordered 8 oz chicken fried steak and split it between the two of us. Plenty of food for 2! Pancakes were to die for. I don't like sweet stuff especially in the morning, but I polished that up. Service was amazing and I love the diner vibe. Definitely coming back!

The food was decent. I ordered the brisket plate and everything was delicious. Except my biscuit was rock hard and cold. Cool place, but we were supposed to be seated then the guy started doing to-go orders and left us standing there. Luckily someone else came over to finally seat us. We saw the server 3 times. To take our order, deliver the food and the check. Not really superior service in my opinion.

Airport run. Tried @moonlightdiner for the first time. Great onion rings and chicken fried steak. Ok apple pie. Amazing building. I will definitely keep this place in mind when I’m in the area. Short wait was a bit crowded but there were empty tables. Good service.

I have been here multiple times now, first time just to try something new and the rest was to bring visitors to a good local place to eat. Each time we have had great service from the employees and the food has been great each time, and we’ve ordered something new on the menu each time.

What a gem! Great food, way better than you would expect from a diner. Burgers are excellent, homemade fries are great, and the shakes are delicious! Definitely try the BBQ- they smoke it all on site. They had a special brisket sandwich that was fantastic. The staff is super nice and very attentive. It's also a great place to watch the sunset from the patio.

Nice little diner. The food was good, not great but good. They did get my daughters order wrong but she enjoyed the Santa Fe (I think) burger anyway. I was surprised they didn't even offer a comp for the mistake. She just laughed, said "I thought you said Santa Fe I'm glad you were cool with it."Guess that's what happens when you don't write down the customers' orders.

My first visit here. I was seated promptly. The server was spot on, on point, experienced. Made serving look like anyone could do it. (Not the case!). Coffee was hot and tasty, I ordered ham and cheese omelette, hash browns, and pancakes. I think the ham may have been smoked, which I didn’t care for. I would not order it again. The pancakes and hash browns were perfect. Good job. Support local. The place was clean AND had lots of flies which were annoying.

Great dining atmosphere that hits the nostalgia feels. Ordered a burger that didn’t have much flavor, but the onion rings were nice and crunchy. Wait staff was polite but a little inattentive to our table. Good food, though!

I went there because we had just left the Denver airport with my hubby and his brother. Definitely a must stop if your hungry after arriving in Denver. The portions are large and the food is so yummy. I also enjoyed all our servers.

The decor and atmosphere is nice. There are some diners out there that try to recreate the old school diner feel but they end up looking dingy. I think Midnight Diner did a good job with their decor. Service was decent. They check on you but they don't hover. Food is just average to be honest. You might need to season it to your taste. Their portion is huge so you can probably get a couple meals with each entree. Their adult milkshake also had a respectable amount of alcohol in it. Overall, it's a decent diner considering there's not much food choices in the area.

I always go to Moonlight Diner in South Florida, so to see 1 here in Denver was a MUST! Our server was sweet and attentive! The view of the mountains is also beautiful! When they are done developing the are you will not be able to see them, so enjoy while you can. I got the Moonlight Signature Burger with sweet potato fries. I wish they still had the marshmallow dip. But it was all good!

Great diner atmosphere. The meatloaf was exceptional, so they get 5 stars. I'd have given 5 stars for meatloaf half that good. But I do want to mention that the mashed potatoes were kind of cold. Possible that side dishes aren't the forte. But the meatloaf was stunning, and they have good waffles too.

We were looking for a breakfast place after landing in Denver and decided to come here checking the reviews. It had about 20 mins waiting and the place was pretty busy. I took the waffle and fried chicken strips. The waffles were pretty good. My wife got the skillet with eggs as sunny side up. It had a generous serving of their potatoes. My friend also got the pancake with chicken fried steak and gravy. The pancakes were okay and the fried steak was good. Overall a decent place for brunch with great service.

The best diner experience I've ever had. The ambiance is timeless, as the diner vibes are immaculate. The food was delicious- almost dreamlike. This is the gold standard of diner food. Shakes, desserts, mains, breakfast items- all fire. The portions were generous and the prices were moderate. 10/10.

This place is lively, delicious American breakfast or brunch. It’s affordable as well. Ambiance is nice. There is crowd but it only makes it lively. Try it.

Came here as one of our first stops for breakfast. Really good portions, and very attentive and pleasant staff. My party had a white selection of food to try and none of us were disappointed just very full.

Service was excellent. Loved the ambiance. The food was delicious. The chicken tenders were perfectly crisp and tender. My only complaint is they had no flavor. Other than that. The food was delicious.

On our way to the airport for my flight back home to Baton Rouge, we were looking for some feel good breakfast / brunch type food and let me tell you, they really have a good thing going! I ordered the french toast donuts, scrambled eggs & bacon and it was absolutely mouth watering good. The waitress left ALOT to be desired and was not attentive at all. We were also seated near the kitchen and I watched her stare at our food in the window for quite some time before bringing it out, as well as touch some food with her bare hands AND lick her fingers and proceed to touch other plates. We had already eaten by this point, and the lack of service we were receiving caused me to not bother notifying the manager.

Great diner! Graciously seated me close to closing tike and food came out very fast. Much appreciated! The milkshake was great. The Philly cheese steak was an interesting take! Au jus was fancy. Nice reminder of home!

Traditional diner like in a movie. Nice interior, friendly staff. Huge menu with a lot of classics. Burger patty could have been a little thicker. Draft beer and cocktails available. Prices fair.

Fun old time dinner with great food, very nice staff, pleasant service and a good value for the dollar. I had the loaded Mac and cheese, it was tasty. Good variety of selection, breakfast items served all day, American cuisine items and local BBQ. Definitely worth the stop when you are near the airport.

Great diner with lots of choices on the menu. Started with the margarita flight and chicken wings. The flight was delicious and we ordered a 2nd flight. The veggie burger was very good and the chicken tenders with onion rings were moist. A very good dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was a pleasure and she made the drinks too. Conveniently located next to the Hampton inn and other hotels. A perfect end to a long travel day.

A Diner that has booze and delicious food 🎉 Great nostalgic place to eat with all the "Diner" atmosphere. Hand spun shakes, diner bar and table seating; outside seating as well. We enjoyed our meal and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place that's not a chain restaurant.

Food was great! Portion sizes were more than enough. Our waitress was also great! Convenient location for travelers staying at surrounding hotels like ourselves. Will definitely come back!

I’ve driven past Moonlight hundreds of times. Today I finally stopped by. Why did I wait so long?!!! The food is amazing. So cool, tasty twists on diner food awaits those who visit. The service was fantastic and they were busy. The quality was second to none. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re in Denver on Tower Road near the airport, then you can go wrong eating at Moonlight Diner. A HUGE plus is breakfast is served all day. So stop by and enjoy!!!

The food is good and the location is convenient. I first ordered side salad but is dated. I changed to soup and it was good. I ordered the stake to be medium rare and the steak is a little over cooked. The portion can be more generous. Overall, a good place.

Stayed at the Hampton next door and was looking for a nice filling meal. Found Moonlight Diner on Yelp, saw 4 stars and made the decision to walk over in 28° temperature. Followed their mask mandate and walked in. Upon entry was greeted by either owner or manager and was asked if I wanted a table or sit at the bar. I sat at the bar and was given a menu. While deciding to order, witnessed a worker making a milkshake and was like why not. I ordered a bacon guacamole burger with fries and a salad, cuz I was going to order a shake afterwards, trying to be a tiny but healthy. I asked if they could cook the burger medium rare, he said yes, asked if i can have the bacon not crispy, he said yes, and I added pickles at no charge. so I placed my order. Salad was a small side salad, but was very cold and fresh. Burger came out looking scrumptious and the fries looked good. Took a bite of the burger and it was juicy, had great flavor. The pickles gave it a nice salty kick, the guacamole was fresh, unfortunately a large chunk of avocado skin was in it. Luckily it barely had a piece bitten out. I set it aside. The fries were hot, and nicely flavored with salt and there was quite a bit of them. As I was eating, the place began to get really busy. I was close to finishing my burger, with plenty of fries still to eat and out of nowhere the manager guy puts the check by my plate. I was pretty bummed. No shake for me. As I handed him my Discover card, he said we don't take Discover, so instead I gave him my visa debit card, and at the same time, pointed to the avocado skin and said that was in my burger. He said I'll tell the cook. Service was almost great, food was almost great, so gave an almost great tip. No discount given. Kind of expected that. Definitely a 4 star place. Could have been a 5, but not today.
