Hate bartenders that get super drunk behind the bar. not attentive, and didn't listen to me wanting to pay cash and not on my card.

Went today to check it out. Too much drama at a bar for 2pm on a Tuesday and also appetizers are advertised as 50% on Tuesday. Wasn’t informed this didn’t start until 6pm until after we got the tab. Then the bartender just said “oh yeah sorry the menu doesn’t say that” just bad business.

LOVE yount and Bridena! Great service and I love the atmosphere here. It’s a great little hole in the wall. Don’t expect like a poppin’ club or an outstanding restaurant. I don’t understand the bad reviews. It IS WHAT IT IS. It’s a neighborhood spot where it feels like the set of cheers and the food is decent. Always a good time stop hatin’ on pub.

I used to go there by myself and tip really well cos i was so glad to be out of Aurora! Then, my debit card got hacked there and i was being charged even when i wasnt there. Got my money back but man, that felt really really rude and a couple of the employees where shady and its a coke bar. Im over that ****! Place is overrated dont go there.

I was only here for a little bit. The place has 3 pool tables and cork dart boards a covered smoking patio and a bar area.

Sara needs to re-adjust her attitude! She was mad i didnt tip when i was fast and straight forward....was in and out in less than 5 minutes i also was sitting right by the check stand! Im not sure about anyone else but i dont think walking 2 feet and serving 3 drinks deserves a tip! Pluss she is allready being payed to work so asking for a tip to be payed more is kinda disrespectfull when the work is easy and doesnt give issues. I seen a comment a below about a short haired blonde and i assume it was her being mentioned. Ill still be going there but if sara is the bartender ill be asking for a different one to serve me!

Accidentally got over charged last time & they fixed it no problem! Thank you for making something normally stressful, stress free. Also they're always playing the throw backs! And it's super great that they have more than 1 pool table

Fantastic staff and it's our go-to spot for Nuggets during regular season. Only one of like 3 places that has Altitude. All the sandwiches are great and drinks are cheap!

Love Michael! He’s always been THE best! He’s attentive, caring, and such a good spirit. I forgot to tip Bigger! I was in a mood and also being oblivious and when I left I realized WAIT! So next time I owe Michael biggest tip ever $$. Also the Vibez are always chill! Mahalo, Ui

Service was just ok, had to ask for everything, food came out cold. Didn't give the happy hour discount even when we here for happy hour. 1½ stars

False advertising for Happy Hour. It says Tuesday half off appetizers on the menu from 12pm-7pm, however they did not honor it and instead wrote in sharpie a tiny @6 that is ineligible on the menu and said it started at 6pm not 12pm. Weak drinks. Only one person working during day. Food is below average to save costs. - Although staff was nice, everyone seemed to be hungover and in their sweatpants. You get the feeling the bartenders try really hard to impress people at night outside of work, and not at all while at work. There was a lot of strange chit chat, like everyone knew each other and was involved in each others drama.

Decent neighborhood bar. Food is sub par for a place that calls itself a pub. Regular bar food, but none of it is very good. Decent pool tables, but there is only one cue that isn't broken beyond use. Edit: they have upped their prices to the point it isn't worth going anymore. The whole place has gotten grimy and is kind of falling apart. Food has gotten worse (which I didn't think was possible) and the atmosphere is just desperate. The bartenders are cool, and so a good job of keeping things light and fun, but there is only so much they can do.

Service and staff are nice, but a heads up for dog owners! There are multiple dog review websites that say the patio here is pet friendly and that is not the case. So definitely drop by the Pub on Penn, but consider leaving your dogs at home unless they don't mind being tethered separate from you.

Good place for a beer wouldn’t recommend the food. Service was ok. Had to walk to the bar for everything. Would recommend just bar service if going.

I personally love the Philly and ask for the dip used for the French Dip sandwich. I also love the club sandwich and the wraps. Service is always great and I always know I can show up and will have friends From The neighborhood hanging out. Teresa Steele

Decent food at a good price - the burrito was huge and spicy, sandwich and wrap looked good. Relaxed corner bar type environment with lots of tvs and a separate room with pool tables and foosball table. Kind of a get your own drink at the bar place, which was fine. Multiple local brewery choices on tap.

Chill sports dive bar with friendly bartenders, surprisingly delicious bar food, a pool table, & patio. I recommend the quesadilla & fries!

Whoever the heavier set blonde haired bartender was needs to readjust her after morals after kicking me out for asking an old man not to stare uncomfortably at me. Probably was only worried about her tip from a regular so you guys just lost a group of customers that come in on the daily. She was there 1PM on June the 20th, don't become a bartender if you can't properly protect your customers.

So, I probably shouldn't be letting this little secret out there.. but the food here is fire. Burger, chicken wrap, corn dogs, tater tots, and more. It's has all been really good. I hope to be able to get food here for many years to come

Great local pub vibe. I’ve stopped by twice this weekend and love having it as my go-to neighborhood bar. You really can’t beat the location, being close to everything Capitol Hill has to offer, but nicely tucked away on a side street, adding to its neighborhood feel. The staff is super friendly, remembering me after just my first visit and making sure to attend to me quickly even when I come in alone with a book. Although it has a dive bar thing going on, the food is excellent and fresh. A huge thumbs up to the French fries - warm and crispy! Given its sports bar leaning the place can attract a bit of a rowdy crowd once in a while, but more often than not it’s super chill and a great place to hang on a hot afternoon. I am so glad to have this bar as my regular local hangout and look forward to reporting on how it compares to other places on Capitol Hill.

Wouldn’t accept my Colorado Digital ID and kicked us out after we ordered and paid for drinks.

Food is super mediocre. Most bland mac n cheese I've had in my life. The burger is ok.

Great drinks and food! The bartender here is best. I think hims name is Mikey. He took the time to make my wife two separate drinks that she really enjoyed. She is the pickiest when it comes to drinks. Dope atmosphere and chill vibe. Great music on the TouchTunes.
