Update! Moving this to a 1 star. One of the worst places I've ever been to experience and food wise. We were seated immediately before out time allotted. The wait unfortunately took a long time to get to us with water, food, and even drinks. He would stand over in the corner and just hang out as we were waiting for him. When it came time to order we though no queso meant no cheese and had even said no cheese, however that may not have been heard. Talked with the manager and unfortunately this manager wasn't taught customer service at all. Very unfortunate for a large establishment at the stadium. When you ask for no cheese/no queso that is what on expects especially being dairy free. Unfortunately it came out with cheese still on it. The manager argued over the cheese as well. The waiter and manager I experienced were both terrible unprofessional. Being in the customer service industry you often expect more especially paying good money to dine and have drinks. Very unfortunate. Hope this is a lesson learned. Cheers! Oh, as I was leaving after trying to explain the situation to the manager and after he blew me off, the manager told me to never come back again. Super classy!

The hidden gem at Coors field!! Bought a $4 general admission ticket, took the elevator to this restaurant and watched the game from basically a big suite. Had some delicious food (burger and a charcuterie plate) ,watched a walk off home run for the win then back down the elevator and gone.

A bit of a hidden secret. Buy a cheap ticket and enjoy the whole game from an air conditioned booth. It is pretty close to a suite experience, except you have to pay for your food. The food isn't great, but it's not terrible. This restaurant has every opportunity to be 5 star, but it is managed well. Food isn't great, and service is dreadful, but I do think we will still be back. We spent about 36 for the two of us for dinner. I'll happily adjust my review at a later date if they improve they experience.

I usually don't slam a restaurant like this, but when it's level of incompetency, I must warn future diners. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was there yesterday for Opening Day of the Rockies with my colleague and a couple clients. So many problems. First, to make a reservation I called the Grille and spoke to Daryl. He was nice and asked me to make my reservation online. So I went online and made a 12 o’clock reservation, game time was 2:10 PM. When we arrived at Coors Field however, the gates didn’t open until 12:30 PM. At 12:30 we went up to the Mountain Ranch Grille. We were greeted by Daryl who handed us off to someone else to be seated. They sat us in the back corner which was not great, but they were nice. We ordered our drinks and some nachos. That took about 20 to 30 minutes to get our drink order and nachos out. At that time we ordered our entrées. We got a couple sandwiches, a burger and a salad. Those took almost an hour. Other tables came and left that were larger than ours but for whatever reason our waiter, Paul, couldn’t find our food. When the food did arrive, the order was messed up, and the buns on the sandwiches were rockhard. Because of the restaurants delay we missed the opening ceremonies, the flyover, and almost the first pitch. I will NEVER go back to this place and cannot recommend that anyone looking for good food, good service, or good atmosphere, ever go to the Mountain Ranch Grille. And after spending over 90 minutes there and almost $200, the waiter although slightly apologetic, didn't provide any financial compensation or anything to rectify the situation. So lame.

really unique way to experience the game! To eat here you just need a ticket to the game. We made reservations for a Friday night game but it wasn’t super busy so we could have just walked in. They have a nice buffet full of wonderful foods and it’s all you can eat. I recommend coming with a group of 4 or less. We came with a large group and had a large table that made it more difficult to watch the game if you were sitting in the back half.

They are doing a buffet for $30 ($17.99 for kids) and I have to say I was mostly impressed. They have the standard burgers, dogs, and brats but also a salad bar, chef specials, pizza, and dessert. The tiramisu was KILLER!!

Rudest staff I have ever experienced. Do not go to this restaurant until they clean up their act! We had parents in from out of town, first Coors Field experience, refused to let us take a family photo on the overlook for 20 seconds 🤔 We had a reservation and surrounding tables were empty, so we utilized a chair from the empty table. They argued with us that we MUST sit at our table in the event that “someone” showed up for the empty table. We graciously said we will move if that’s the case and the manager continued to argue. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Never again. Do not go here. Empty table photos below.

This is an absolute must to do if you have a group of friends or just two people. Absolutely incredible view of ballpark, the food is delicious at the buffet (skip the hamburgers tho not the best). Everything was just great service was friendly and efficient! I highly recommend anyone that wants to go to Rockies game pay a little extra for Mountain Ranch because you’ll end up paying the same with tickets somewhere else in the stadium buying drinks food but it’s great because the service comes to you!

What an amazing experience! My son took the family to the mountain ranch bar & grill for the Colorado Rockies game. Beautiful day! The restaurant menu was good. The food was good and consisted of basic breakfast items, lunch items were basic ball fare pizza, hot dogs, cheeseburgers etc... The food although attractive, was not what actually would bring you there. You are there for the ambience of the game in a secluded club-level area with spectacular breathtaking views. Makes all of the difference in the world! Enjoy. CAB😍⚾

Was here on May 28th and my credit card was massively overcharged by more than double what the total was. I have tried to contact via phone and email with zero luck. Not stoked to have been ripped off, and your customer service is trash.

Great day at the game! Jayson, the new Chef, is great and our meal, drinks, and service were great! A before and after of the delicious dessert. Go - check it out - you won't be disappointed.

Great place to enjoy a meal and the game with good friends or family in the cool shade with wait staff delivering your preferred libations, appetizers, meals, and deserts.
