Just had a blinding visit to this pizzeria in Denver. The prices are spot on, especially with everything else around here costing an arm and a leg. The staff were proper sound, really welcoming. And the pizza? Mate, it was on the table in no time – quickest I've ever had. Tastes absolutely banging too. I reckon it's down to the quality ingredients they use, especially the cheese – it's a real standout. Definitely worth checking out!

Located on Larimer St closer to 22nd St. We were introduced to Marco's while on a food tour. The restaurant is clean and organized with patio seating, a bar area, and friendly staff. We tried their 'Margherita Pizza', which is made with mozzarella, tomato sauce, and fresh basil... with thin crust, slightly charred edge, prepared literally in seconds in their wood fired oven. This was such a delicious pizza, probably the best and freshest I've ever had. We also tried their house made 'Lemoncello' as a shot and was very satisfying. Overall, we had an amazing time here and will definitely return to try more of their menu items.

Had a wonderful time on Friday afternoon, we seat in the back porch. Music was at the perfect volume😁 we were promptly served our iced teas. We ordered the eggplant and Sicilian pizza. There was plenty of fresh mozzarella cheese and it was so light and tasty both dishes were delightful.

We had Sicilian pizza. Very tasty and delicious. Pizza was just right crust and not soggy under the crust. However, the Cornicione (pizza crust edge) was a bit doughy. Maybe a little longer away from the center heat would be a solution? Regardless, we enjoyed our experience there. Great service and friendly staff 👏

Delicious GF pizza. The crust was chewy and airy. And the toppings are delicious. My friends loved the non-gf pizza as well. We went here because it's official Naples style pizza and it lived up to the hype.

The arrosto salad is a must try! The warm veggies on the spring mix sounds weird but it was a perfect match. Also the vegan pizza was fire 🔥 I will be going back for more!

Good service, but bad pizzas. We only liked Burrata Genovese. We also ordered Spinach & Artichoke Dip, the dip was okay. But their Focaccia bread was not bread but an Indian naan. It's expensive and not worth the money.

Will definitely be back for the lunch special. Cocktails were really good, the cauliflower soup went so well with the pizza. Most pizza places cannot compare with the execution and freshness of the ingredients.

Visited this restaurant while on vacation from California. Picked it during our adventure to try a restaurant not in our home town. Let's just say great decision. The ambiance when walking through the front door let me know definitely a good choice. Everything looked delicious and smelled even better. The wait staff was friendly and very accommodating. The food was so good fresh and authentic.

The pistachio pizza was a first, but I don’t think the taste was very different from a regular pine nut pesto. In any case it was delicious, and everyone in our party was very happy with the pizza and salads. Would definitely go back.

Amazing food. They also have in-house made GF bread and pizza AND vegan cheese cooked the same way as their regular pizzas. Everything is fresh and made in house. The wings (appetizer) are underrated. The wings pictures are the spicy wings! Also the Nutella focaccia pizza for dessert. I can go on and on.. simply put, just try it.

Amazing pizza... Amazing salad... Amazing lasagna... Really good Panna Cotta! Can't recommend this restaurant enough! Best Italian food in Denver at an affordable price!

Went here to try some limoncello chicken wings, I heard they were good so I wanted to try myself. The chicken wings were okay, there was another option that was spicy, I got some of that sauce on the side to try them both. I preferred the spicy wings because it had more flavor, the limoncello wasn’t special and next time I would order the other one. Nice environment and good beer.

"Coal" fired dishes are hard to find in California! And so minimal exist throughout the U.S. Nice selection of dishes. Great service. And if you want to know the difference, go check it out!

The pizzas are phenomenal. The wings were even better. Great time with the locals and a great area to hang for a while on a Monday. We’ll worth the 15 minute walk from our hotel near the convention center. Couldn’t be happier!!

Came here to kill a couple of hours, just walked in from the street and sat at the patio. Good music was playing. Got a pizza, some pilsner and it was the coolest thing I did in Denver. Sorry I didn't take a picture of the pizza. It was great.

I sampled as part of a walking food tour. Very well made pizza, all taste great because of the water n imported ingredients. They have their own water filtration system to make sure the water is the same pH every time.

Came here for a good tour of Denver. It was amazing! They have certified Neapolitan pizza, where they filter their water so that it is identical to the water of Naples (mineral content, ph, etc.), have special tomatoes, oven is certified for correct temperatures etc. So they are coded to produce real Naples certified pizza! We got the pizza compania (margarita) and it was incredible! You really can taste all of the love and hard work that they put into their food! Best pizza I've had in all of Colorado! The crust was baked just right, crispy yet chewy. The sauce was amazing and has a very beautiful acidic taste that really set it apart! Also great atmosphere! Do yourself a favor and give it a try!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place deserves one! We ended up here on accident and I was shocked by how unique and great it is. And the atmosphere is so cute and Italian. Salad was great, wings were different that the typical flavors you’d see but they’re great, and the pizza was great! Our server Alayna was honestly one of the most upbeat, sweetest servers I’ve had in a long time she made the experience so much more memorable.

    1. Even though this location was in a downtown Denver neighborhood, they had a parking lot, and it was free! a very rare occurrence. 2. The dining area was large and roomy, with a large outdoor patio, another rarity in the downtown area. 3. The food was exceptionally good, I dont really expect much from a pizza place, but this made me rethink pizza eateries. When looking for a downtown eatery, I would highly recommend Marcos Coal Fired Pizza. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I really appreciate when restaurant employees are on top of their game. It makes the whole dining experience that much better.

Do not miss this pizza. Italy in your mouth with prices that won't break the bank, even though they import the cheese, the tomatoes, the flour from Italy. Extremely clean with delicious cocktails. Happy hour daily: 3-6 pm. : Select beer, prosecco ($4), aperol spritz, mules ($5), well cocktails and house wine ($5).

Love love love Marco’s gluten free pizza!!! THE BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA IN DENVER!!!! I have been there several times now from Boulder, and it is the absolute best in the area!

Marco’s was great. We attended a family event here & the staff took great care of us & the food was awesome. The pizza & appetizers were awesome but the deserts we got were the star of the meal. The cannoli & panna cotta were phenomenal.

Best gluten free pizza I ever had, and speaking as a pizza lover who's also gf intolerant that means something :) We loved Hell's Kitchen pizza! In general, the place has cool atmosphere, and the ovens in the back made the whole place smell fantastic. Will come back for sure next time I'm in Denver!
