Food was amazing 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 we loved the beef shawarma sandwich so much we got it twice! The owner “Edie” (he told us to call him that) was extremely kind, gave us dolma rolls to try (delish), and offered to take our picture! Definitely gonna go back next time we visit. 😊

Absolutely delicious!! Eddie was super friendly and gave us some great recommendations on the menu. Walked by and smelled it and decided to turn around. So glad we did!! Definitely worth the stop!

After many trips to Germany we were shocked to find a döner right here in Denver! We came here today for our anniversary lunch, and we were not disappointed. The owner is super friendly and happy to have a conversation with you. We both got chicken shawarma and some rice (no yogurt sauce in my pic - he gave me hummus since I can't eat dairy). While we waited he offered us a taste of the lamb, which I wouldn't have expected to like, but it was fantastic! We will be back so some of our non-traveling family can see what they're missing 🙂

Terrific shawarma/doner sandwich served out of a cart on the 16th st mall. The guy who runs the place is very friendly and had a tips or two all things Denver!

Oh. My. God. I go to this place at least twice a week and I cannot stress enough how amazing it is. The owner is super kind and really cares about his food. Definitely in my top ten places to get food here in Denver. Don’t sleep on this place.

Hard to find such excellent taste for this price. Highly recommend. I was hesitant to take out from food trucks on 16th Street but this one was great.

I had lunch from here for the first time and I’m very impressed. The owner is so nice and friendly and the food is made fresh while you wait. Some of the best flavor and well seasoned in food I’ve had in Denver. I ordered a side of chicken meat and falafel and will definitely be back to try more!

I ordered the veggie plate and was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed every bite of my plate! Thank you for accommodating my craving of the Greek dressing!! Definitely coming back with more people!!

I eat here maybe once every other week. I have to force myself to walk by some mornings since its on my walk to work, love his burritos. The dude who runs it is super nice and he keeps the cart very clean. Love to stop by for a breakfast burrito or some kebab for lunch. The lunch is very filling so be aware that a food coma is probable. Reasonably priced and fast, give it a try.

This is exactly what a Döner is in Germany. From the blend of beef and lamb to the spices used and the three sauces. It’s exactly right. I would recommend the combination of garlic and spicy sauce with the beef/lamb meat. Add the some taziki on the side for a nice cooling dip.

The beef Döner sandwich was soooo tasty! My friends had the chicken and they loved that as well. Honestly you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Delicious and the owner is so funny & great to talk to.

Why is this place never open when I go by!? I go during hours but no one is ever in the stand. I've been by 4 times and nothing. Is it just bad luck or is it closed? Looks delicious and want to try. Edit: ah I see, thanks for filling me in! Will upgrade to 5 stars after reopening!

I realize a vastly different review than what you tend to read here, but this is just my experience. I get there for lunch during the week and the person operating the stand greets me while blowing his nose in a napkin and wiping his sweaty face with his gloveless hands. I did not notice any hand washing, and that should have been my cue to leave. Instead I received my food which included a veggie plate, a beef doner plate with sides and salads. The amount of food you receive for the price is abysmal. Half the plastic clamshell container is full at $15. The salad was wilting, discolored lettuce, same for the tomato and onions. It was unpleasant. Every container of sauce was under pressure by the time I returned from the cart. That's unsanitary. Biologically, it means the sauces were full of bacteria and were past bad and have been fermenting. Whether it was from being in the heat too long, or unsafe food prep practices, it shouldn't be. The taste reflected this. Besides this, the beef was dry.

Best breakfast burritos I’ve found in Denver. The service is simply magnificent. Haven’t come here for lunch, but will eventually.

Best Shawarma 👍🎸 delicious addicting ! Dont miss the Falafel 🥙 or the Burritos 🌯 either! Everything here is good, including the lemonade!
