Great, great Vietnamese food! I think we’ve found our go-to neighborhood spot. Spring rolls (with mint!) were fresh and tasty. The special noodle bowl was a huge portion but I couldn’t help myself from crushing the whole thing. Fiancé really enjoyed her Bo Luc Lac as well. We will be back to explore more of the massive menu!

Hands down one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants! We were a group of 5 and ordered a bunch of dishes to share family style. Everything was packed with flavor, authentic, and cooked well. There was a bakery next door where we got some bahn mi to-go. Highly recommend stopping by here if you want a nice homey meal!

Had a great dinner here. We came for pho, which we had and were thrilled to see such an extensive menu. Can’t wait to come back and try more options that we don’t normally find. Everything was amazing, veggies fresh and well prepared.

Easily one of the best Pho restaurants in Denver! It is beautiful and classy. Highly recommend for a tasty place for a date. The food is also so satisfying! Will come back again to try their Deli & Bakery

I was so excited to try this restaurant after reading reviews, unfortunately it was not my favorite. Food was bad, place was small and old , kind of pricey. Sad experience!

Had dinner this evening at the New Saigon restaurant. Let me tell you folks, it was delicious! Service was outstanding. Food was delicious, prepared promptly, the dining room was clean and had a warm vibe! I would like to see an all English menu. (Broaden my variety a bit)

Fantastic place! The food was great. The service was great. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was impressed. The prices do reflect the times in regards to inflation. Make sure you use the app and not the hard copy menu. The menu is extensive and the portion sizes are very generous. We ordered one entree and it fed both of us with leftovers to take home to the wives. The food was excellent.

My friend recommended this place for me when I was on a snowboarding trip in Colorado. We liked the food here so much, the food was good with reasonable price. It turned out to be must stop by place when we travel here. My fiance also went to another trip with friends and stopped by one more time that skiing season.

This was our first time at this location. We originally walked in to the small store attached, so I recommend making sure you enter in the restaurant side. We were greeted right away, and our server was very attentive. The menu is very large, so I recommend looking before hand, or taking some time to look at all the options. we decided to get a shared entrée and it was more than enough food for two people. I recommend getting a shared plate as all entrées seem to be pretty big. The soup was very good and our entrée was amazing. The prices are definitely worth it for the quality and quantity of food that you get. I am excited to return and try something new. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!

I have been enjoying delicious, authentic Vietnamese food, Pho and Noodle bowls since 1987 at New Saigon. It is an absolute treasure and staple for delicious Vietnamese food. Highly recommend the super bowl and my husband enjoyed the squid salad with shrimp crackers, cheers!

Service was awesome and so was the food. Not my style of beer but was still good. Duck and wonton pho. Seafood and mussels dish with rice.

Best vietnamese restaurant in town and has been for years. I went there for the first time in a couple years and was so pleasantly surprised that it reminded as good as it's always been. There are many great Thai and Vietnamese restaurants in town but New Siagon is and has remained the gold standard.

So yesterday I order a combo noodle bowl for delivery. Get a call that they don’t do delivery…that’s on me. So I call today and see if I can just come in and pick up what I ordered yesterday. What do these class acts do…they double DAHN! They hooked me up with 2 of what I ordered. What a class act, dats business. Couldn’t recommend this place more, you need 20inch circumference of food plate this is your place. Such good food, great people, this ain’t the old Saigon. Dis…Dis is new

We went with family to New Saigon and really enjoyed everything. I did not get a picture, but the soups are fantastic. I tried the hot and sour and the wonton soup. They were both amazing. All of the food we ordered was so good and I would recommend it. They have a very large menu and not much parking. They also have a little store attached that appeared to me as traditional meats. Our food came out rather quickly, and we were so happy with our meal.

Hands down one of if not the best Vietnamese restaurant in all of Denver CO. I brought my wife here to celebrate a very special occasion, our anniversary. Would highly recommend it as our experience here was the best while visiting. Good meal portions, great tasting flavors, perfect service. Our waiter was amazing, great and very attentive to our questions and detailed when answering them. We ordered the sweet and sour fish soup with rice and seafood stir fry with mixed vegetables in a clay pot. And if you like baked goods there is a bakery next door. This area has many other restaurants for you to try as well! Enjoy!!!

Recommended by a Denver local, so I decided to try them out. I ordered Cơm đặc biệt for lunch and got a huge variety of meats on my plate. It was fantastic and filling for the price. The ambiance is nice, as well as the staff as they were very attentive. My only complaint with this place is that the restrooms are single-person only and require you to wait until the person using them is finished, which can take some time.

Our table of 3, back for another lunch, said: the grilled pork egg roll noodle bowl is so good can’t talk and eat; the special noodle bowl is satisfying and filling and is worthy of a return visit and; for the less hungry eater, the appetizer was perfect and just the right combination of flavors, shrimp rice paper spring roll and vegetable dish which is a delicious combination of pickled radish and carrots and fresh greens.
