The food is reasonably tasty and the prices are reasonable. There's also enough TVs at the bar here to watch whatever sport might be on too. My partner and I ordered a trio of appetizers which made it a lot harder to finish off our entrées. I also had a couple of cocktails which were delicious. Just the right amount of strength I like them at. There's not many restaurants similar to chili's in the area. That, along with it being walking distance from home for me will be the reason I come back. There's just something good knowing that you're not spending a fortune for a decent meal. If someone from management sees this, please look into making it easier to use gift code vouchers. It took my partner a frustrating 20 minutes trying to figure out how to use it and we ended up giving the code to the waitress who had to ask someone out back for help.

Definitely the worst service I’ve ever had. We sat on the patio around 5 on a Friday afternoon. There’s not a lot of people here, so o don’t understand why the wait for a drink was over 17 minutes after being ordered. My husband had to go in and get it and it was just sitting there at the service area. There’s at least 4 employees I can see not doing anything. Our appetizer came out before my drink, without silverware or plates. We also had to go in and get those. Our server has yet to return at all.

My bestie and I went to Chili's around 9pm. They close at 10pm. The staff was friendly. The server had a large table and there was no help from the manager. So we had to wait for our food because the server was serving her big table. I'm sorry but in my experience every job I have worked at the manager helped out when the need arises. But other then that the food was delicious and as for the young lady you did a fantastic job. Keep breathing.

A favorite of mines. Always friendly staff and quick service. Chills is always offering promos through there Chilis app. I ordered a Crispers entree and got a free appetizer. Get the app and load up on your rewards.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, good and drinks! I ordered the October Signature drink the Spider Rita and the 2 for 25 deal. I cannot believe the outstanding service I received. Thanks Chilis!!!!

Stopped in for lunch and a drink and our waitress was so sweet and friendly. Food and drinks came out quick and everything was delicious. If you sit on the patio there's great people watching. Can't go wrong with Chili's

Unprofessional staff! They seem liked they never had some decent customers before or customers that speak English as their second or third language extremely upset with how their attitudes towards us. The girl at front who directs customers towards the table was even worse! We simply asked if we could sit outside and they replied with high volume voice “CAN I GO ASK?” I would never recommend this place to eat with the current staff. Extremely poor customer service!

The food was awesome and the employees kept good company. It was hard to hear though, and the service was a little slow. I think my mom might've gotten sick (who was eating with me), but I'm not sure. She also tends to have awful luck with food on road trips. The place was slightly dirty, but I imagine it's not the easiest place to manage in downtown Denver. I went at 8 - 9 pm too, so it wasn't exactly the earliest.

I had half rack of ribs dinner here. The ribs were cooked just right. The meat fell off the bone very easily and was very tasty. The fries and Cole slaw were fresh and tasty too. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes which I enjoyed very much. I recommend this Chili's very much.

The food was great,all new menu very impressive. The sirloin was cooked perfectly. Looking forward to going back very soon. Bon appetite 😋

This is in my top 3 favorite 🌶 Chilli's! For starts our waitress was great, but we didn't catch her name. The Fujitas were delicious, the music was a vibe, and security is top notch.

Great food and even better service. It was slammed and there was only one waiter for our section but he did a great job of keeping everyone set and happy.

Decent meal that was served quickly. Their prices are not too bad. They have a kiosk you can pay at the table with. That makes the process go smoothly. Sunday to Thursday the hours are 11am to 10pm. Friday and Saturday they are open 11am to 11pm. They have a happy hour although I'm not sure when the hours for that are.
