Update 1/12/23: water was off all day because of mismanagement of the building and “back flow issues”. Claimed it is back please see photo below of “water” we are now provided with - that is after running our faucets for 30 minutes. Update as of 12/26/22: parking garage that was suppose to be installed mid December is still not in. Multiple cars were broken into last night but still no added security. please look up Denver posts crime report before moving in here. Storage unit on site was broken into. Tags on car have been tampered with in garage. Parking garage door has been broken for over a month - and security added is not here the entirety of the time office is closed. Pool has been broken for half the time of my lease (in month 8). Bike storage was broken into leading to my bike having stolen parts. Gym was “3 weeks out” from being fixed when on my tour, still in the same state. Takes multiple requests for any work order to be completed and not in a timely manner. Worst renting experience I’ve ever had.

For those of you looking to lease at the Gardens at Cherry Creek apartments, Madeleine Seib is an incredibly responsive, caring, and accommodating leasing agent for the complex. I recently moved into a one bedroom with my partner, and she made the process pleasant and smooth. My moving situation wasn't ideal, and Madeleine made sure to take us through our options so we could make the best leasing decision. Our texts and calls never went unanswered, and we felt very comfortable with our decision to live at the complex. Madeleine and her team will work hard to put you and yours in a space you love! A huge thank you to Madeleine and the entire leasing/management team for all of your help! Highly recommend!

These are stylish units with sliding wall doors that are really make a 1 bedroom feel huge. I personally really liked their rooftop terrace areas that overlook the rest of the city. Although I'm just window shopping right now the gardens that cherry creek is definitely a high contender for my next home. I toured with Cameryn and I couldn't have been happier with my experience!

This place is great! Awesome amenities. Comfortable floor plans. And very close to Cherry creek trail. The front desk team, Madeleine and Camryn helped me start to finish and were extremely helpful and attentive. They answered all my questions quickly! Nick with maintenance got all my issues fixed within the first week of move in. Highly recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about the two ladies who work for the Gardens at Cherry Creek. Mari and Madeline are extremely welcoming and do an amazing job at making you feel like you are at home. From the second I walked in for my first tour all the way to the move in process, they truly make you feel like you are part of a tight-knit community. They have helped me with any and every question, or maintenance need I have had promptly. Wonderful people who love doing their job and take pride in it. The view from my apartment is also stellar and second to none. Everyone who I have met in the apartment so far has been inviting and a pleasure to be around.

Great location for a busy night life. Close enough to all major routes such as 70 or I-25. The neighborhood is quite and pleasant. The staff is incredible, super responsive and always happy to help. I lived in plenty cities and different neighborhoods, cherry creek north is a must.

I have loved living here at Gardens at Cherry Creek and have lived here for 2 years. Madeleine, Jake, and Cameryn in the office are so helpful and friendly! And Caleb, the maintenance tech, is amazing! Always completed my work orders in a timely manner and gets the job done correctly! If you are looking for your new home I highly recommend Gardens!
