We
came
here
on
our
last
night
in
town
and
HOLY
SMOKES
it
was
amazing.
We
were
in
Denver
celebrating
our
wedding
anniversary
and
this
was
one
of
our
"must
try"
restaurants.
I
made
reservations
weeks
in
advance
(they
fill
up
fast,
so
reserve
early).
If
you
can,
get
a
seat
by
the
window.
It's
a
gorgeous
view
over
the
city,
especially
at
sunset.
As
for
the
food,
the
tapas
were
delicious
and
perfect
for
sharing.
We
had
the
Lebanese
dip,
goat
cheese
croquettes,
and
rabbit
confit
while
we
waited
on
the
paella
and
each
one
was
spectacular.
The
paella
was
unbelievably
good.
We
had
a
ton
left
over
and
its
even
better
reheated
the
next
day.
Seriously,
the
trip
was
worth
it
for
the
paella
alone!
Their
wine
list
is
also
outstanding
and
they
have
an
artisan
cocktail
list
with
innovative
options.
The
service
was
impeccable
and
we
never
wanted
for
anything.
This
is
definitely
a
place
I'll
visit
again
when
we're
back
in
town!
