It was absolutely delicious. The bartender was absolutely gorgeous, and that has nothing to do with it but it is not a bad thing. 🤣😂 I had a Lemoncello Mojito and my partner and I shared the New Yorkese. It was fantastic! Got some chocolates to go. Also a cream puff and a Canolli but those might have been eaten in the car on the way home so no pictures to be had. Let me tell you though, I recommend.

This place is in a league of its own. Firstly, the menu variety is astounding. Secondly, the food itself was undeniably the best Italian food I've had in a really long time. I can't wait to go back.

Parisi is a really special place. “Fast casual” ordering and an easy going environment but the quality of the food is far from fast casual. The menu selection is unreal and makes it difficult to choose. All the food is excellent and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Easy 5 stars.

Impressions/Atmosphere Don't judge a book by it's cover. The atmosphere is interesting and clean, going for that Italian market vibe with a bar, pizza oven, and gelato stand. We decided to try it out because of the great reviews, and the pictures of the food looked pretty solid. However, in my experience, this place was severely disappointing. Buckle in because this review has categories. Entrees To be fair, we only ordered two entrees of pasta. The spaghetti carbonara, and the gnocchi sorrentina. Both came to our table within minutes of ordering, which was surprising but not unwelcome given the market atmosphere. The carbonara was very creamy but generally had little flavor and seemed more like an alfredo sauce than a proper carbonara sauce, mediocre at best. The gnocchi was the most concerning. While the sauce was tasty, the gnocchi themselves were either uncooked or just not gnocchi in any sense of the word. They were very light and extremely doughy and chewy, to the point that neither my girlfriend or I wanted to eat more than a few bites.. they also did not have the typical shape of gnocchi. Serving uncooked dough is unforgivable for an Italian restaurant. Olive oil At the table there is Olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip your complimentary bread in, sounds pretty nice.. only its not Olive oil. I honestly don't know what kind of oil it is, but it certainly is not Olive oil. As someone who grew up in a traditional Greek family and with many Italian family friends, I would put money on this. We abstained from the mystery oil during our meal after a few tastes. Questionable practice During our visit we were seated next to the Gelato stand. As we sat trying to figure out if the gnocchi were cooked, we witnessed a/the chef walk out of the kitchen, through the bar, to then scoop a spoonful of Gelato.. put it in his mouth and walk away. I don't know if that's a normal occurrence, but seemed like an unhygienic practice. Conclusion Anyone who has had quality authentic Italian food will be severely disappointed by the food here. I am genuinely amazed that there are such high reviews for this place, maybe we just ate the wrong things? Luckily the prices aren't too high, so I could see this being a lunch spot for anyone who works close by and wants some Italian on the go. Overall, if you are looking for good Italian food.. look elsewhere.

We were looking for a casual Italian restaurant due to our attire not being the most fancy and it was 4 pm on a Sunday. We had tried to go to 2 other places, but they were busy or closed, so we ended up here, but we were so glad we did! The setup is a tiny bit confusing, when we got there we waited at the front and an employee gave us some menus and from what we gathered, you order first and then are seated. We came right before the dinner rush, so there was ample seating. The complementary bread was a nice surprise and they have balsamic and oil on the table for you. We also got the panzerotti for appetizers and they were delicious. Perfect for 2 people. Between the two of us, we go the pollo al mattone with truffle mashed potatoes and asparagus, the gnocchi pesto and the fiochetti alla pera. The homemade gnocchis and tagliatelle were phenomenal. I ordered the gamberetti just based on the description and it was amazing!! Lighter and sweeter, but absolutely delicious. We’re big fans of gnocchi as well and this was by far the best gnocchi we have ever tried. The chicken dish was our least favorite, not because it was bad, but because the pasta dishes were so good. We were quite fond of the truffle mashed potatoes too. Afterwards, we grabbed some gelato on the way out, both the lemon bar and spumoni were so good!! The staff was friendly and we really loved the casual aspect of this restaurant. We were beaming about the food when we left and knew we would be going back soon, especially because of the prices. Thank you!!

The food here is delicious! The staff is super friendly also they speak Italian and their accents are to die for 😍 fall in love with the staff and the food. The price is a little expensive, but I'm not mad about it. The atmosphere was excellent. They have gluten-free options and they were very helpful!

😍😍FIOCCHETTI ALLA PERA 😍😍 - glorious little pouches of housemade pasta filled with gorgonzola & pears, in a parm & mascarpone sauce, with a delightful balsamic drizzle... SO. DANG. GOOOOD. I'll be back to Parisi every future time in Denver, and while I want to try the whole menu now, it will be flippin' *difficult* to pick something other than this unique, 137% delicious dish... Super-timeconsuming line to order, deli-style, and a server cleared my table while I stepped away to the restroom. The pasta and bread were so good tho that I had zero shame about basically tackling him to get my saucy bowl and bread sponges back 👍😆👍

Had a disappointing experience... went with group of four and all the dishes and the mussels for an appetizer were excellent. However the lasagna I ordered was soaked in grease! I mentioned it to the wait staff with a response of well it depends what kind of meat the chef uses. I'm not typically a complaining type so I went ahead and ate what I could around the lake of grease. Might try it again for a different dish (stay away from the lasagna) but was not amused with the BS response and a chef that will let a dish go out looking like that.

Stopped in for dinner Sunday night. Line was long but but it moved quick enough. The prices were reasonable for serving size. I had the Ravioli filled with gorgonzola & pears and it was delicious.

This place is AMAZING! I would give more stars if I could. Natasha was great we had the calamari appetizers and the pizza. We are only in Denver for a few hours but will return on our next visit.

Easily top 3 Italian in Denver. Easily. And not only because of the delicious pizza, or the wide variety of pastas and risottos, also because they do the most Italian thing you can do - let you chat and enjoy yourself after you finished your dinner. (No, pronouncing bruschetta like you want me to know you were an exchange student in Florence does not make the restaurant any more Italian). Really great vibe and excellent Italian cuisine.

The bread is the best...difficult to find really good bread these days and this place tops it. Also, the Italian food was delicious 😋

Lovely Moscato, nice warm bread complimentary, and a tasty boscaiola. Sat at the bar and it was quick and friendly service. Will definitely be back with friends.

Best Italian spot in Denver hands down. Everything they make is from scratch with quality ingredients—great pizza, panini, pasta, entrees and more. They even have a little market within the restaurant with lots of goods straight from Italy, including an extensive cooler of gelato. I can’t say enough good things about the food here, and the wonderful people who make it run. Everyone is always very friendly; every visit feels like a big happy Italian family lunch/dinner. To borrow an old slogan from the illustrious Olive Garden, “when you’re here, you’re family”.

Great food and service! We come here all the time for lunch and dinner. We prefer to sit at the bar because you receive full service. If you want a table, you need to order at the counter. This is the pollo al limone. Everything we’ve had here is excellent. You can’t go wrong!

Parisi is a great spot to grab some tasty Italian fare. You order at a counter and then sit down and the food is brought out to you. They also bring very tasty bread in a basket and there is olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the tables so you can get however much you like to dip. The pesto pastas are great. There is also a little dessert shop within the restaurant with cannolis.
